We absolutely love this hotel. All the staff are friendly and kind. The room is spacious and clean. It's so convenient with Lawson in the hotel and shuttle bus going to and from disneyland and disneysea. Highly recommended.

Good location for people who want to visit Tokyo Disneyland. They provide all-day shuttle bus to Disneyland. Beautiful decorated room.

The location was very near Disney resort and bus is provided, the room had a nice view of the sea . ‘‘Twas a great place , the kids enjoyed it so much .

The room really spacious if you are talking about Japan hotel . I like that free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disney land and sea as it extremely convenient.
The location and hotel stay is highly recommended for holiday makers.

アメニティが結構少なくてびっくりしました笑ハンドソープと顔の石鹸が一緒になってるタイプでした。何回かプッシュしても泡立たなかったです…そしてクレイジングオイルがなくてフロントに聞きに行きましたがなくてローソンに買いに行きました笑それ以外はとってもよく感じました！ホテルも綺麗で清潔、トイレとバスルームが別々な点がとってもいいです！ディズニーまでとディズニーからの無料バスもあります！が、めちゃくちゃ車内が混みます笑笑ですので早めに行くといいと思います！！とっても友達ディズニー楽しめました！！ありがとうございました！

施設は新しく綺麗だが、サービスが雑で気分が悪い。
また宿泊したいとは思わない。

シャトルバスの運転手さんは、運転も乗客への対応も素晴らしく安心して乗車出来た。
お部屋はベッドも大きくて使いやすく、清潔感があり快適でした。
踏み台もあり子供への配慮も感じられた。
＜宿泊して悪かった点＞
電話応対が役に立たない。
チェックイン時にアメニティやシャトルバスの時刻、ウェルカムドリンク等の案内が無い。
エントランス前のスタッフは無表情で愛想がない。
チェックアウト時誰からも挨拶がない。
