The room is relatively large, well-arranged and easy to use. The staff has a good service attitude. Cleaning and fruit delivery every day. Bottled drinking water is available on demand. Breakfast is rich in variety, including Chinese and Western snacks, noodles, wontons, fried rice, corn grains, fruit and vegetable drinks, nuts and dried fruits, etc.

Stayed for several nights. The room facilities are advanced, clean and hygienic. The environment is also very good. The service staff are also very professional. I ordered takeout, but the merchant forgot to put the chopsticks. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a pair of chopsticks for breakfast, but the restaurant was closed. The front desk was very kind and gave them new chopsticks that they had used for the takeout order.

The room is bright and square, the bedding is comfortable, I don't want to get up when I lie down, and they also provide earplugs. The location is excellent, you can go to nearby places by bus, and it's not far to take a taxi. The drinks in the minibar are also good, and the package price is really attractive. I originally booked another one, but fortunately I chose Yaxin.

1. I met a tour group when I entered the hotel. A female staff member in the lobby gave me a positive answer when I asked if individual travelers had to wait for the group to register before checking in. As a result, when the group had insufficient rooms, I also had to wait. At this time, a male staff member in the lobby said that it was my fault for not telling me earlier that I was an individual traveler. 2. I stayed in the hotel for two consecutive nights, but the bedding in the room was not changed or folded, the garbage in the trash can was not cleaned, the drinking water was not replenished, and the toiletries were not replenished when they were used up. 3. I didn't see any waiter in the housekeeping depar**ent, even though I pressed the clean up immediately button. One of the staff in the restaurant should be a male manager, who was arrogant and had a service attitude of 0. Maybe rolling your eyes at customers is also your normal service. After all, I didn't see any other service content. 4. The room looks very new, but the facilities have yellow stains, the sheets are pilling, and there are obvious stains on the bathroom floor. It also seems that your housekeeping depar**ent doesn't work. 5. The only person at the door should be the security lady, who is quite polite. In summary, this hotel is a 5-star hotel, but it is not as good as a 3-star chain hotel. It even makes me begin to doubt that hotels in Xinjiang are of this level.

There is a night market street next to the hotel. After arriving at the hotel at 8:45, I went to buy some food next to it. It was super convenient. The ice cream was delicious, and a full cup cost 5 yuan. The hotel has breakfast at 7:30. It would be better if it could provide a simple and portable breakfast for travelers who have early departure points in the morning. We didn't have breakfast on the day of check-out because we arrived 10 minutes early. What a pity.
