Very nice family rooms including shower and bathroom. Very good food thanks to excellent cook. Very nice and competent reception. Great children's room. Beautiful library. Wonderful location with view of the Swiss Alps! Simple top! Good ÖV connection.

Self-service hotel, check-in and check-out is very convenient. The facilities are also very new, that is, the location is a bit biased, just on the side of the road, next to a large piece of turf, travel far away, and do not want to run Yuan, then it can only be solved in the restaurant downstairs.

The hotel door is unlocked and you can directly enter the lobby on the first floor, which has sofas, a terrace and fruits. However, there is no response when pressing the screen of the self-service check-in machine. You can only make a local phone call and communicate in English. You say the message, the staff fills it out, and you look at the screen to see if the input is correct. The staff's English is pretty good. The information is name, nationality, date of birth, passport number, permanent address, zip code, etc., but each guest needs this information. After filling everything out, swipe your card to pay, and the room card and receipt will come out automatically. The whole process takes about 10 minutes. The superior room I asked for was large in size and had a small balcony. The room was also warm. Breakfast is simple, including milk, yogurt, bread, cereal, cheese, fruit, coffee, tea... these are quite complete. When you check out, just put your room card in the room card collection box at the front desk. The only staff I saw during the whole process were the cleaners and the girl at breakfast. They didn't care about check-in and didn't speak English. The next morning, I encountered a room where the fire alarm device was triggered. The alarm sounded in the room and required evacuation. It was just a false alarm and there was no real fire. Let me focus on the sauna, which is on the underground floor. From booking to checking in, there was no information about the sauna. The road signs said wellness. I guess everyone thought it was a gym or something, as there was no one there during the hours I went there. However, according to European custom, men and women, regardless of gender, should be steamed naked together. The facilities here are complete and the equipment is very new. There are bathrobes, towels, changing rooms, showers, a sauna, four lounge chairs, tea... By the way, there is a large locker outside the sauna where you can store your luggage for a fee.

After traveling in Europe for a month, we have Liechtenstein line up as our last stop. Booked Park Hotel Sonnenhof Junior suite and end up felt cheated by this so called 5 star hotel at ***********. Firstly, this is a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately, no hotel was 5 star at Liechtenstein. Room layout is not a separate room more of a longer room that extended to have a sofa area. Balcony is quiet and faces the very strong sun from 1-7pm. They only have a cooling system not air con. So room can still be stuffy since weather is now 32 degrees (feels like 35) day time. TV has no English channels. Getting food is tough here. You can't have any food from 115pm-7pm as kitchen is close at 115 and opens at 7. They claim they serve drinks all day but you can only either sit outdoors where weather is sweltering hot or indoor facing the wall or some very uncomfortable settings. The only nice indoor area with the view is close except for their breakfast and dinner. Heading out, only very limited resto are open all day. Only 1 Newcastle open all day selling bar food. Once you head out, be prepared to trek up as is an uphill to Park Hotel. There's a Residence Hotel at centre where they've a Bistro selling nice food and great service but again close Mon and Tue. There's no gym here. Swimming pool is indoor and about 18m length. Only 1 small sauna and you have to call to get them to switch on. We managed to get 2 good hikes paying taxi CHF 70 each way to the start point at Malbun. Overall our 4 days 3 nights here cost ~ CHF 2K. Our flight is late hence requested for a late checkout at 4pm, not possible. Strictly 12pm checkout despite we spoke to few local people this is a slow week. One evening, while we were having our last drink at their bar, an old lady who behaves like the queen of England came out to each table and smile and held her hand to me. She can't speak English nor is she interested to know if we're ok. More like a privilege of us to stay at her place. Overall this place behaves like Four Seasons hotel but they really are not there. Probably because there's no competition and their culture is service with minimal smile. The only nice staff are the cleaning ladies or ladies in Pink top - all very nice, cheerful and friendly.

I stayed here for one night -- a last minute choice when my flight was cancelled and I decided to visit Vaduz. The hotel was in a perfect location -- right in the center of the city. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The included breakfast was robust and very tasty.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. Check in is independent but very easy. Large outdoor parking and free indoor garage. It's a 15 minute walk to the local market. Quiet area and connected by a bus which I never took because I preferred to walk. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant but they are closed on Sundays. There is a paid drinks machine. I didn't give 5 stars because I didn't find either a minibar or a kettle in the room. We slept very well, soundproofed rooms with shutters that allow you to sleep in the dark even on rainy days. I advise.

The room is small, but clean and comfortable. The surrounding environment is beautiful, and it is a bit challenging to drive up and down the mountain.

We planned a last minute trip to Switzerland and decided to first stop in Licechtenstein and we are very glad that we did. And equally glad that we had a room at Hotel Schatzmann. Room was very nice and clean, reasonably priced, and the staff (especially the lady that checked us in - I wish I would have gotten her name) could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Also a great breakfast.
