We were in this hotel with my wife from 2 to 9 September 2023. The staff are always available with the reception with the Director and the assistant always ready to help you for anything, the rooms are very clean the exceptional Spa where Mrs. Cristina follows you carefully, the restaurant every day with a fantastic and tasty menu of super breakfasts provided by cornettes to cakes eggs suck fruit sum of everything, compliments to the metre Mrs. Maria who was always present, professional and careful to all our needs. In a trip with friends we found this hotel almost by accident, beautiful location with clean and light rooms, staff is very kind and professional and welcomed us meeting all needs even without booking. Both cocktails and breakfast are very different and articulated. I'll certainly go back with the family.

At the level of nothing to say, almost in the center of Brunico, also nice from outside, and absolutely excellent breakfast. The aspects that left us a little disappointed were: -The moquette at ground ...not the maximum ... -the view from the room (on a road, attached to the next palace ...) - the warm in the room (Despite the heat off we have sleeped discovered with a considerable heat, and a kind of noise of air conditioner even quite annoying); -personal reception with ways to make quite dry (It is the first time that we are given a map of the place to go a journey without any explanation..) In general, having to give an opinion, it can be there, although certainly there is better.
