They were able to check us in early when we got there, and kept our bags secured up front when we were checking out as we had late afternoon flights but morning checkout. Very friendly front desk staff throughout the whole stay! Also in a very prime location downtown!

The location is very good as it is in the city centre, 4-5 minutes by walk to the Burrard station and Waterfront station.
Although the hotel is old(there are only one lift), it is clean.
There are not so many choices for breakfast menu, but it is fine.

It was good and nat that bad bur air conditioner sounds waa quite bigggggg. Location is awesome

It's good. It's right in the city center. It's very close to the hotel. The surrounding environment is very good. Many shops and shopping malls are nearby. But the room is a bit small. It's okay for one person. The breakfast is quite monotonous. Overall, it's okay.

Good price and location. Our sink was plugged, there was a dirty towel in the bathroom, and the hotel kinda smelled like cigarettes. Elevator is really sketchy; it’s an old building. We didn’t mind so much because we stayed just for one night, but if you’re staying longer, you might want to consider these points.
