I would definitely recommend this ho(s)tel to young people. All the team was kind and helpful, although a very few of them spoke italian. The location is amazing, San Marco and its beautiful surroundings easy to reach by vaporetto number 2 - by the way.. if you are planning to spend at least 2-3 days it‘s worth buying a Venice card. Our bedroom was absolutely clean and the mattress comfortable. Still I would have appreciated one more towel pro person… by the high rate we paid.

First of all, the location of the hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco, and overall it is good. The room is similar to the picture. It is relatively large in Europe. The service at the front desk is also very warm. The toiletries in the hotel are relatively complete. The day we went to live was a New Year, so I felt a strong New Year atmosphere. Relatively worth it. The next time I go to Venice, I will look at the hotel in Piazza San Marco (if the economy allows it) haha.

Very good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.

The hotel is older, the staff in the restaurant downstairs is particularly good, especially a one named Paul, especially good. From the moment we checked in , being offered a chilled glass of Prosecco, to the time we checked out the service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The restaurant outside ,with a lovely view, was great and we had dinner there two of our three nights . The breakfast buffet was wonderful . Absolutely a great experience and highly recommended. The only note I would make is that we had asked for the lowest floor, which we were assigned ,due to my husband not wanting a lot of stairs . The room was lovely, however it had a large claw foot tube that was very difficult to get in and out of . A beautiful tub but given the physical limitations a bit rough . Other than that a perfect experience.
