1881 Luxury Suites

I'm not happy at all! I would have expected everything except writing this very negative review. I booked this apar**ent mainly for the location and the view of the Verona area. And in fact it is the only positive thing about this structure! Once we arrive we call the owner and she is here and she answers us all listless, annoyed and with the same attitude she gives us the code to enter the apar**ent. Once inside we want to turn on the air conditioning because we couldn't breathe from the heat and nothing works. We call the listless lady again and she always tells us in this slapping tone "well it doesn't work. Well what can I do. Well open the windows". I go to take a shower and there is no hot water. We call her back... she doesn't answer anymore. Today is the second day that I'm here without air conditioning, without hot water and without her answering the phone. Since I have to stay here until Sunday, if there is anyone who offers me a hot shower and cool place to stay it will do me a favor. Bad bad bad.

Very welcoming location, well looked after and with an excellent location, located in the center and a stone's throw from the Verona Arena! Great flexibility in check in, helpful and friendly host!! Absolutely excellent experience, definitely worth repeating! 🔝

I found everything very pleasant and comfortable. The only flaw is the cleanliness. There was a lot of dust in the upper part of the furniture (being allergic we noticed immediately), the floor was not completely clean (we found our rag slippers full of dust) a small stain on the kitchen worktop. I think if you fixed these little things with a more thorough cleaning the score would be excellent
