Very clean suite, cozy and really feels like home. The view is breathtaking. Very good water pressure in the whole suite. The staff members were all very lovely and kind. Very good location, you can rent bikes all around the place. Lots of restaurants and shops around the residential area. Definitely coming back very soon!

房間挺大，就是進門巨大一股味，像甲醛味，開門窗通風很久才行，然後就是廁所巨臭，排風扇吹都沒用，一進去就臭到不行，工作人員服務挺好，陽台視野好，能看到海。

前台和管家服務比較好，但是第一天入住地真的太滑了，全是水，有長者住真的很擔心摔倒，房間整體還不錯可以看到海，五一價格比平時貴不少，不過也能接受，住的是星辰牧歌，保安態度超級不好

發表一下自己入住的真實感受:其實當天入住的時候就想退房的，和自己的心裏預期差距還是挺大的。其實這個公寓最大優點就是它的陽台比較大，而且面朝大海風景很不錯。如果大家衹是為了陽台的海景，完全可以。
我講下我入住三天碰到的問題：酒店衞生問題，阿姨不是定時定點的打掃，而且你讓她過來她才會過來打掃，其次我認為打掃很隨意，用過的毛巾沒有收，馬桶基本不擦，杯子不乾淨。
陽台坐椅有釘子裸露出來，小朋友如果坐着會有危險。
一層樓有4部電梯，有三部是我那層樓是壞的，沒辦法下樓。
如果需要小朋友的牙具和男士刮鬍刀的話，請大家自備哈，他們不提供哈。
冰箱裏有4瓶飲料，沒有任何標識告知是收費的。也不知道多少錢，問了羣裏客服才告知是收費的，雖然也不知道多少錢。
優點:管家提前溝通，可以有接送服務。
比較臟的地方我也指出來:洗刷池、垃圾桶、茶几上遙控器盒、喝水的杯子等

酒店沒有免費停車，需停在三四百米外的露天停車場，聯繫酒店會有管家開電瓶車接送，房間陽台直麪大海，可看日出，景色很漂亮，，缺點就是有一個房間衞生有些異味，還有淋浴間有個大玻璃窗沒有簾子遮擋，有些尷尬，建議可以貼層不透明磨砂膜，

住了兩天，兩天都沒看見藍天，怪可惜的。樓下全是吃的，價格貴一碗麪30，生意最好的早餐豆漿稀飯油條，一樣5元。租車樓下很多，價格比神州半島貴。教堂是封着的，根本進不去，衹能遠遠的找地方拍照。日月灣年輕人的天堂，很多酒吧，咖啡吧，能坐着看海吃下午茶，酒店過去打車10塊，走路10多分鐘，出融創島有共享單車可以騎到日月灣停車場。唯一不好房間有股黴味，而且味兒比較重

前台打電話幾個都不接，不接旅客電話，有管家接送，車太小了（別的公寓的但是十個人起步的車）管家還拉着別的客人過來（4個人），就衹能坐4.5個人的車，根本上不了車，又衹能在等一遍。
總體説服務還不錯就是感覺有點缺人 ，離開之前也會有管家送，房間一點太熱了，空調不涼快

房間很乾凈，海景房體驗感覺很愜意，海景陽台可觀潮起潮落。我們開車一家人出行車進不去聯繫前台小穎服務態度很好，很有耐心，讓我們把車停到停車場，讓觀光車去車場接的我們，開觀光車的小哥服務很好，幫我們拎裝行李箱，送到房間，走的時候送我們到車跟前，熱情！出行住宿這家旅途真的很暖心。
