疊墅一層有個前庭蠻好，適合幾個朋友一起出行，自助辦理入住的，停車不是很方便小區環境還是可以的，就是很民宿類型的住宿

房間比較滿意，雖然沒有泳池和，春節期間訂的，價格1500多，也比較貴，但是衞生很好，小哥也很熱情，唯一的問題是衞生間沒有裝窗簾或防窺膜，從外面能看進來，沒有私隱可言。

房間多，電視大，難得的是能看直播。智能馬桶，熱水充足。瓶裝水是1500毫升的，抽紙質量好，還備有一次性面巾、浴巾。停車也很方便。

房租設施比較舊，優點就是面積夠大，停車方便。周邊配套比較荒，幾乎沒有。泳池居然沒在住宿的區內，還要出去走挺遠。其它就很一般，一樓蚊子會比較多。

在攜程上訂了2間3房大床房，1045一間。網上的照片環境和實地不太相符，這個小區也不在網上的定位，定位説是他們辦公室，準確定位在巧克力小鎮上有個小建議小區，旁邊3麪都是工地，大部分房間都是沒有傢俱或者剛剛裝修好的，有味道，我們是下午2-3點入住的，早上8點多就退房走了。退房一星期了也沒給開發票。

房間乾淨整潔，單家獨院，還有泳池可以游泳，離附近的幾個景點也不遠，因為淡季的原因房間價格也便宜，來萬寧旅遊的朋友們可以選擇體驗一下
