Super 8 by Wyndham Watertown WI

The hot tub and pool were out of service. Specifically chose that property because of the hot tub to rehad my back. Total waste of $$$$

This property is falling apart! Doors don’t close without slamming them shut, the whole place smelled of dogs, bleach, and musty. The back door to the parking lot which is supposed to be keycard entry didn’t even close let alone have working key code access. The pool was closed as well. I would not recommend staying here!

If you show pictures of a pool and say there is a pool, there should be a pool. The breakfast was pitiful and the facility was run down in every aspect.

Pool and hot tub were closed. Staff with headphones and did not even here me come in. I apparently interrupted their phone. Claimed the pool / hot tub was “waiting for inspection.” This is the EXACT same verbiage I was given at a Super 8 in this area about a year ago. I canceled and left.

Pool and hot tub weren't available for use. The breakfast options were very limited. The hitel is currently under construction. Bed was rick hard.

Did not get the room I booked. Barking dogs all night in another room. Slipped on the uncovered, unsalted parking lot after it snowed and cut my knee up. Was then charged $20 for getting blood on their towels. Front desk not friendly.

Staff was super friendly. Bed was comfortable. However, place was dirty. Hot tub and pool were advertised but it has been closed for a month. They had ongoing construction or something that was so loud up until we left. The people above us were so very loud and disrespectful at all hours of the night. Then there was a guy smoking inside and just outside the back door. Very disappointed with the misleading images compared to what we got.
