The hotel is located in Germering / Unterpfaffenhofen and is very cheap for visits to Munich and the surroundings (5-Seen-Land). It is newly renovated and very clean. The prices are very cheap - we paid with breakfast 125 EUR for 2 nights. Breakfast buffet offers something for everyone and is very extensive. Reception at the reception was friendly, check-in quickly and uncomplicated. The rooms are very small, however. The bathroom offers little deposit area, there is no box (this is not so tragic), but also for the bag offers little place. All in all the rooms are OK for the night. The beds are comfortable. A seven night stay in a very good, comfortable hotel situated on a busy main road at the entrance to a business park. We had a spacious and comfortable accessible room with a sizeable bathroom and a decent shower. The room included a Nespresso coffee machine with three pods that were replaced daily, as were the bottles of water in the mini bar. On arrival there was also a complementary tray of fruit awaiting us, along with a bar of chocolate and some cashew nuts. The room had everything we needed, including numerous power points, and there was ample room for my partner to manoeuvre her electric wheelchair, All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room rate included an excellent breakfast. There was a live cooking station for eggs etc, and at the weekend a complementary glass of prosecco was provided - a nice touch. We didn't eat in either of the hotel's restaurants in the evening, but we did avail ourselves of the Hemingway Bar menu and room service a few times. This was a limited menu but the dishes were of good quality and the helpings sizeable. My partner's requirements for gluten-free options were well catered for, both at breakfast and when choosing from the bar menu. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Köberl is basic. It's a no-frills hotel tucked away in a backyard, surrouned by garages and lots for used car sales. On the positive side: it's easy to reach from Neuaubing S-bahn station (ca 10 mins on foot) and the S-bahn takes you to central Munich smoothly. The room I was in had a bed, a cupboard, a shower, a TV, a table and a chair (I was travelling solo, hence only one chair). Toilets are shared in the communal hall. The bed was comfortable and the room really had everything I needed. The staff was cheerful and greeted me well and the place was clean and generally well-kept, albeit a bit worn. The wifi worked fine. On the downside, the place could do with some TLC and general renovations. The noise from the hall was annoying. There was no way to come in or leave your room without the whole corridor hearing the bangs from the closing doors or the loud, echoing locks. There was a fridge in my room, but it wasn't plugged in and just generally gave the impression that it had been dumped there. Also, two of four power sockets in the room didn't work. I didn't have breakfast or use the restaurant/bar, so I can't have an opinion on that.

Achat hotel situated little away from the city center. Taxi will cost you approximately euro 100/- one way. Hotel is calm and situated in a calm area but close to super markets, restaurants and train station. Rooms are beautiful, nice view from the window, full of snow as I visited this place in winter. Hotel food comparatively expensive but overall it was a nice experience.
