Truly an Excellent Experience. Staff was more than accommodating. Everyone was so friendly. Food is like no other resort. Everything was fresh and delicious even room service. I’m planning my trip back already.

The cruise ships at the nearby port can be noisy but this resort was beautiful and serene at most times. The staff provided excellent non-intrusive service. We look forward to coming back!

We had a wonderful week at this hotel.
The staff and hotel and the grounds were excellent!
The only issue was with *******.
They list on their site for Excellence Oyster Bay that the amenities include tennis.
Not so… We took our tennis racquets, balls and tennis clothing but there is not a tennis court in sight.
Also don’t book a transfer from the airport through *******.
There are better options when you arrive at the airport.

The resort was AMAZING! I cant say enough about the warm, caring and thoughtful hospitality in the staff. We were always greeted with a smile and pleasant conversation. The rooms and grounds are updated and well maintained. The plunge pool and hot tub in the room was wonderful. They have 24-hour room service. All restaurants were delish, especially the steak house. Reservations only needed for hibachi. I will definitely return. Only downside, if you book through ******* the transportation is not connected to this resort. We made other arrangements at the airport and that was an unexpected expense. It maybe worth a call beforehand. Otherwise, we had a awesome time. One Love ❤️

The property is beautiful and secluded so you are not getting hounded by locals on the beach. The food was mostly good, but that’s to be expected at an all inclusive resort. The daytime pool entertainment staff was great - CC kept the party going and made sure we had a great time. We stayed in Beach House 4 (Room 404). The room itself was great but next time we would request either Beach House 3 or Beach House 5 as they have the best views.
Now for the not so great parts of our experience. The last few days of our trip our room was not serviced. We would be gone all day at the beach or the pool only to return to a dirty room and no clean towels. There was also a lot of inconsistencies among bartenders and drinks.

The food at this resort is not real food. Nothing is cooked fresh everything is premade and old.
I had food poisoning from this place. Furthermore the rooms are old dingy and not kept up to date. We had the room with private plunge pool which was dirty and calcified all over. They offered us breakfast in bed to compensate but it looked like vomit on a plate. Drinks are being served in dirty reusable plastic cups. We also had plastic pieces in our blended pina coladas. The couches in the room have dirty old dingy covers on it. The sinks don’t drain and the tub doesn’t drain either.
