12點11分鐘才告訴客房人員12點退房，硬是多收了一個小時費用，哪個酒店不是提前半個小時通知，問前台為什麼不早點通知，前台説通知你退房哪個時間也不收費，我就想問哪個住房客人不收拾東西需要時間，想多收費用也不用找那麼多理由
