The hotel personnel were very service minded and helpful. The rooms were good with good beds and a bathroom that fulfilled our needs. The breakfast was good with nice staff. Also cutlery on all seats, not only chop sticks.

The VOCO always has extremely supportive and friendly staff from housekeeping to reception.The rooms and hallways feel brand new with extra attention to cleanliness. The rooms are super cosy and comfortable including the super soft bed making the stay extra relaxing . we would 100% recommend this hotel to friends .The level of service was simply best of class. Phoebe was kind,attentive and very gracious,thank you phoebe .Daisy is super nice,she is so nice and helpful,beyond expectations.I love this property.

Xi'an Jingkai Voco Hotel is conveniently located for travel, with a great location and complete facilities. The room is also equipped with a purifier and a coffee machine. The owl on the bed is very cute. The staff has a good service attitude. I would like to praise the guest relations director KIKI for his serious follow-up work. The hotel is clean and tidy. There is also a 24-hour gym which is very good.

It's my first time staying at voco. I feel it's a bit neither high nor low. The room is a bit small. Compared with similar hotels, it's a bit expensive. It may be that it's not cost-effective during the May Day holiday. The shower room in the room we stayed in didn't drain smoothly.
