Overall, it was a good accommodation but not great as compared to my previous experience at xi an. The accommodation is located at approx 50m or less at the shu yuan men main entrance but 12 to 15 minutes away from nearby metro which is inconvenient if you carrying heavy luggage. The stairs to the 3rd floor room are small and narrow. Toilet is OK, just a bit of too wet after bath as water drainage is slow. Not recommended to family with children but good for single/youngsters/business traveller.

Virtually a legit 5/5. The 7th floor roof terrace is very nice indeed. The bathrooms were clean, equipped with Western toilets and tissue paper was provided, as was shampoo and body wash. Each bed had a curtain, internal outlet and foldable table and clothes peg, plus lockers were provided, which can be opened with a fob key. Reception is 24 hours. Slippers are also provided and there is a mini shop downstairs and a small kitchenette with hot water for noodles and drinks. Laundry is also available. The only slight negatives are that all 7 floors are accessed only by 1 elevator and the reception area absolutely stinks of cigarettes due to chain smokers.

The layout of the room is extremely unreasonable, the window is in the corridor, and the public broadcasting in the corridor is always playing light music. It is a weird design. I am a college student majoring in hotel management and have internship experience. I have stayed in many good and bad hotels when I travel or intern. This is the first time I have seen music playing while the window is in the corridor. In addition, the wall on the left side of my bed is also a guest room, most likely a shower room, and the sound insulation is extremely poor. I can bear it and don't want to say more, because I have interned and know that it is not easy to do this job, but the bad thing is coming: at five in the morning, the wall on the left side of the bed came from the continuous water discharge/machine operation sound with a very high volume, which was just like the decoration on the construction site, and I woke up and couldn't sleep. Finally, it was seven or eight in the morning and I was a little sleepy. Oh my god, the voices of guests and staff came from the window again, which directly caused me to have very poor energy during the daytime schedule and I couldn't move forward at all. It was really devastating. What I couldn't stand the most was that I came to pick up my luggage on the afternoon of the 3rd. Because I ordered takeout at the front desk at the same time, it was delivered immediately. So I stood in the lobby after entering the door and paused for a second or two. Because of this, the front desk staff who looked older at the counter opposite the door suddenly shouted at me loudly without any sign, ”Which floor are you going to! ! ! ! !” It was the front desk who checked me in on the first day. It was really inexplicable. I stayed here for three days and two nights. You don't remember my face, so you are like a bomb barrel, right? Or did I hit your nerves in that second and suddenly shouted for something, as if I was a special worker. Is it because I have checked out and will not stay there anymore, so it doesn't matter if you shout at me? I was eating on the sofa in the lobby, and some people came in one after another. Why didn't I see you shout at them? There was also a man who paused for a few seconds after entering the door. He was not a guest but an outside visitor. He waited for him to ask the front desk, and then the front desk responded. Oh? Where is the arrogance you shouted at me just now? Where is the attitude of interrogating me as a criminal? Because I have strong empathy and don't want to embarrass my fellow travelers, treat the staff well, or are a female student traveling alone, so it doesn't matter, right? This is a terrible hotel. I have been to Xi'an five times, and this time it really ruined my good impression of Xi'an.

The hotel was under renovation. So the owner bought us to the other nearby hotel 藝選酒店（西安火車站安遠門地鐵站店）and that was amazing. Twice the size of what I booked and same price. Toilet and shower room are separated. It was the best among all the other hotels I booked during this trip. Recommended.

During this business trip, I randomly chose the one close to the office. I didn’t expect the room to be very good. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration style is also good. It is the type I like. The room is also equipped with skin care products and mouthwash. I really like it. I will come to Xi’an in the future Still living here.

The room is larger than my expectations, and I was traveling alone! 😂 I thought they assigned me a wrong room 😂😂 Anyway, location wise, it is 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station exit. There are convenience stores nearby where you can buy snacks and drinks. Clean. Amenities are okay. Good service. The receptionist guided me to my room and showed me how to turn on the air conditioner. Thank you 🙏

I found this Silk Road One-Bedroom Hotel again. 2024 New Store, close to Xi'an North, the pick-up service is convenient for the itinerary after arriving at the station at night. It takes only six or seven minutes to pick up and drop off on the spacious and accessible road around the North Station, and I chose to walk here by myself. The hotel is on the street. Although there are not many restaurants downstairs at 11 or 12 o'clock, there are still stalls selling meals at the door. At six o'clock on the 6th floor, the gate guard on the first floor is strictly responsible. Swipe the card to enter and then swipe the card to take the elevator. The front desk lady is warm and thoughtful, and takes the room card into the room. The newly opened store is also very atmospheric, with a full floor-to-ceiling window facing the outside, and the lighting is very good. A pair of sofa round tables are convenient for reading and drinking tea. The bedding is clean and comfortable, the sheets are clean, and there are two soft and two hard pillows, which are thoughtful and meticulous. The bathroom has a lot of hot water, which can be washed and relaxed before going to bed. The washbasin is on the left side of the entrance, with clear hot and cold water and a mirror, which is convenient and practical. Close to the North Station and away from the downtown, it is the most cost-effective hotel for weekly transfers. If you want to go shopping or go to the mall, you can transfer to the subway nearby.

The hotel service is very good. The front desk is very enthusiastic. Knowing that I have been running around all day, they let me check in early. The hygiene in the room is also very good. When I told the front desk that there was no hot water in the middle of the night, they immediately sent someone to deal with it. The efficiency is 100 points. I will stay here again next time I come to Xi'an!
