When night fall is quiet and serene. It is quieter then many streets and good for someone who enjoys a quiet night and less noise disturbance.
The location of this hotel is a super plus point. Is near to many tourist spots. Easy for me to access to many places on a bike. I hardly take any Didi during my trip.
The interior and design of the room is good.. Cleanliness and housekeeping need to improve.
The washing machine needs an upgrade.

"The room is simply perfect, while the overall building is a bit decadent: while the inside of the room was very clean, as soon as you step out it is very dusty. The location is extremely good: few steps away from the metro and even less from the Muslim quarter. The street where the hotel is is very silent, but as soon as you get into the Muslim quarter be ready to have a looot of noise and movement around - at all time of day and night."

The starting price for taking a taxi from here to major scenic spots is basically the same. There are various local snacks, supermarkets, and supermarkets downstairs. Xi'an SKP and Xi'an Heshenghui are within easy reach, and across the street is the city wall. There are many nightclubs such as bars, small bars, and nightclubs along the city wall. The surrounding supporting facilities can be said to be what they need, very mature areas
"The location is incredibly convenient, with the subway station directly outside. It's perfect if you're on a business trip and want to explore the city a bit. Excellent value for money, and they can provide official receipts/invoices. There are plenty of amenities downstairs, and they even provide a washing machine for in-room use. It feels like a hotel-style guesthouse, and the linens are absolutely top-notch – professionally laundered, not just haphazardly washed like in some smaller guesthouses. The host is very welcoming and goes out of their way to accommodate requests. Plus, there's complimentary mineral water! I'll definitely make this my go-to place for future business trips. Highly recommended!"

"i arrived late at the hotel and there was only a courtyard view room left. i requested for a city view room which was the room i booked online. the front desk helped me arrange when the guest in that room checked out. the city view room is fabulous. the view is great and relaxing. the housekeeping staff is friendly and efficient. she helped me to spray deodorant in the toilet everyday to get rid of the smell. many thanks to the staff of the hotel to make my stay in xi an a happy one. the hotel is well located next to the metro and it is well connected by the public bus. you can get to the popular attractions in an hour. there are many eateries and supermarket around the hotel, so it is very convenient."

"For our cultural trip after the high school entrance exams, staying in an academy-style hotel was simply perfect. The entrance was so unassuming we almost missed it, but once inside, winding paths led to a secluded and tranquil retreat. Both the reception area and our room were adorned with classical charm. We had booked a 'Light Ink' double room, but the kind front desk attendant upgraded us to a family suite free of charge and went out of her way to offer fantastic sightseeing recommendations. Our room was spacious, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, and the soft, lightweight bedding was the best we'd encountered on our entire journey. Right outside, you can easily find handmade souvenir fans, calligraphy scrolls, and traditional seals. The entrance to Yongning Gate City Wall is just a stone's throw away, and it's also conveniently close to the subway. Overall, we were extremely satisfied!"

Dear guest, the hotel is located at Exit C of Yongningmen Subway, turn right when you get out of the subway and walk for about 1 minute. Located on floors 6-15 of Pearl River Times Square, the front desk is on the 6th floor and turns right when you get out of the elevator. The 1st to 5th floors are Hopson Mall! Parking can be parked at the B2-A area of Heshenghui directly to the guest room! There is a fee for parking! There are many shopping malls nearby, such as Heshenghui, Skp, Wangfujing downstairs, and the transportation is convenient. Each room is equipped with a washing machine, free washing powder, refrigerator, and microwave oven. Very convenient, self-service laundry. Takeaway is not afraid of cold. The front desk is equipped with dryers, ironing machines, and self-service ironing and drying. Suitable for business trips and short stays. We will serve you wholeheartedly.

The room itself was spacious and well equipped. However the sanitary conditions of the room are very disappointing."

"Overall, it was a great stay, a decent unit within a commercial hub where you can find endless food options. There is a supermarket in basement one, and numerous mini marts nearby. The unit was clean and neat, and the only feedback was that the owner should provide an anti slip mat in the bathroom to prevent fall. The subway is just a short walk from the block (Xiaonanmen Station exit G), which is 2 stops away from Drum Tower. The building is located at the corner of the main road, which makes the vehicle pick up a challenge. But the best pick-up point should be at the front of Tower 2."

Cleanliness: Excellent. They thoughtfully provide complimentary disposable bath towels, face towels, and slippers.
Environment: The place is very clean and feels secure. It's incredibly quiet for sleeping, thanks to having only one unit per floor. Each floor is equipped with surveillance cameras for added safety. There's also a wonderfully spacious terrace, which was a real comfort.
Service: Outstanding! The host was exceptionally thoughtful, often treating us to fresh watermelon.
Location: Absolutely perfect! The Muslim Quarter is literally downstairs, making dining and getting around incredibly convenient. Reaching all the major tourist attractions is also a breeze."

"The Loft B&B I stayed at this time was so pleasant! The upper and lower floors are designed to be super stylish, with good lighting and transparent lighting. The activities downstairs and rest upstairs do not disturb each other. The children ran around the small attic as soon as they entered the door, and they had a great time.
The room was huge and clean, the bedding and bathroom had no dead ends, and I was particularly relieved to live. The most unexpected thing is that there is an automatic mahjong machine in the room, and I accompany the children in my free time. Looking at their novel and happy appearance, the happiness of the journey is directly full.
The staff is also intimate, ask the itinerary in advance, recommend parent-child play points, and have questions in seconds. It is also convenient to go out and eat, next time you bring your baby, you will choose here!"

The standing air conditioner cools down the room quickly, and there's also a ceiling fan, giving you options for optimal comfort. An extra duvet was a thoughtful addition.
The location is superb for exploring; it's right near the Nanshaomen subway station. You can easily walk south to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda or north to Yongning Gate and the iconic Bell and Drum Towers.
And the giant projector screen is fantastic for movie nights!"

MM395293****The hotel is in an excellent location. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Qinling Museum, about 500 meters. There is a large parking lot nearby, which charges 20 yuan a day, and there are also charging piles. You can park at the door of the B&B under the guidance of the boss without charging. The Ctrip reservation did not include breakfast. The boss was very enthusiastic and provided us with breakfast for free. It was porridge made with corn juice, steamed buns, eggs and 2 vegetables, and he also stuffed a few peaches for us to take with us on the road. What a home away from home! Lunch and dinner are all reserved at the B&B. The sanitary environment and price are better than those outside! After having breakfast, I went to the Terracotta Warriors and Horses first, then walked back to the B&B for lunch, and then went to Lishan Garden. For lunch, I could call the boss 30 minutes in advance to prepare it in advance.
At first, I was worried about the bad environment and safety issues of the B&B, but after checking in, I found that it was much higher than expected! Recommended for everyone to stay.

GGuest UserSeriously, I genuinely believe this is the absolute best hostel I've ever stayed in. The staff are wonderful, the atmosphere is fantastic, and they're incredibly helpful. Most importantly, it's super quiet, and the facilities are extensive. I had such a great experience! It's also amazing value for money – truly brilliant, honestly better than many hotels! If you're coming to Xi'an and haven't found the right hostel yet, you have to check this place out!

GGuest UserThis place was excellent! It's very conveniently located near the entrance to the Terracotta Warriors. The owner was incredibly hospitable, and our room was quiet. Traveling with children meant we needed to air dry a lot of clothes, and the facilities here made that very convenient. When there was a slight mix-up with our laundry, the owner happily resolved it without any fuss. Following the owner's recommendation, we drove just a few minutes to a local food street where prices were very reasonable, and the barbecue was absolutely delicious. Even though the weather was hot and the Terracotta Warriors were crowded, the private guide we hired was very responsible and thorough, even pointing out great spots for photos along the way. This was our first time in Xi'an, and we truly felt the warmth and hospitality of the local people. It's a shame we missed the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show, but we'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

Excellent service from the little brother and good Illy brand coffee. What I would have appreciate : a teapot with cups inside the room (possibility to ask for hot water at the bar upstairs). Best aerator: smelt tobacco and humidity. Street food in the area but need to walk, not easy for breakfast. These apart we liked the place and really appreciated the good willingness of the staff.

No laundry service, asked where we could find one they told us to check the app, asked which app they said they don't know. Made 0 effort to help us.
Holes in the bed sheets, look like they were made by cigarettes in the non smoking rooms.
Some type of bugs in the bathroom.
People in the hallways are very loud.
Room card was taped together looked pretty damaged.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very convenient for us as we rely heavily on the subway for transportation. The Qiaozikou station is directly in front of the hotel. You can easily reach the hotel from the airport by subway. 24 hours security & reception services available. It's in the quieter area of the Xi'an Ancient City. The location is perfect for foodie like. The nearby halal eateries can be reached by walking. If you walk further up a bit by the corner end of the road, you can reach up to Sajinqiao. It's less busier compared to the Muslim Quarter area at Huimin Street and where most of the locals go out to eat. The hotel room is clean with daily room service. Hotel staff are very helpful despite the language barrier. They provide a washing machine but there's no dryer. WiFi is provided but the connection is very limited. Overall it was a pleasant stay and worth the price. Highly recommended for travellers with a tight budget.

AAna KarinaWe arrived at 6 pm and the room was not ready. They explained they offered late check out and that’s why it wasn’t cleaned yet,. However, they offer us a late check too and took our luggage to the room when it was ready while we had dinner and explored the city. They give you a code to enter the room. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family (2 Adults + 2 Kids). It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!!! The toilets were modern. It had a kitchen that we didn’t use. It also had a washing machine with a place to dry the clothes! This really save us! The location was great, right in the city’s heart. We arrived at Xian north and it has a direct metro line 2 (27 min). You also have the Muslim quarter from 1 metro station stop. I would definitely recommend it and would have liked to stay longer.

GGuest UserUnfortunately the accommodation was not very clean. Windows were dirty and dusty. The bed was broken and supported from underneath by bricks. We found a booger on the head end of the bed. Questionable with stains could be found on the couch. The location is quite good (within the ancient walls of the city) and quite close to the metro station. The service was fine. They provided us with fresh towels whenever we asked for it.
