花灑出水忽冷忽熱，空調不夠冷，畢竟是老酒店也算了！但前台服務員態度差，對待網上訂房的客户非常不友好，總是安排在樓層的最邊上的一間，如果都是這樣區別對待，以後也不敢在去哪兒網訂房了！！

酒店設備齊全，環境衞生都蠻不錯，不足的是早上的早餐太少了吃不飽，餐廳的工作人員太吵了，有時候想睡懶覺都被她們給吵醒了，還有酒店房間的熱水壺裡有一股消毒水的味道非常難聞，燒開的水也非常難喝，希望酒店對以上幾點意見做出整改。

垃圾酒店，衞生差就算了，房間小，空調是出風口是爛的，服務還***差，我手機沒電了，我説刷一下卡，上去充電，一會下來續費，前台説不行，必須先續費才能刷卡。然後我説那退房，前台給我來一句，退就退。以後再也不來了，垃圾。

一進房間就有一股特別重的消毒水的味道，而且房間還是特別奇葩的户型，像一個三角形一樣，如果前台給你安排到每層樓的15號客房記得千萬要跟他換，房型是特別的差，與描述完全不相符，配套設施也不對，好像40塊錢一晚的小旅館
