酒店房間很大，配套設施齊全，樓層供應免費的瓶裝水。有點可惜的是被子布料有點偏硬，所以翻身的時候呲啦呲啦的有點響影響睡眠。另外，房間不開空調，被子蓋着熱，不蓋又冷。早餐選擇不多，沒有麪包類，9:20左右停止，相對偏早。

11樓房間超出預期太多，房間寬敞、明亮、潔凈，保潔阿姨也很體貼，清理及時到位，確實非常值得入住，五星好評！

酒店走廊備有純凈水，很好；早餐9：20結束，非常早。體驗非常不好。其一，入住兩天，第一天打掃衞生衹收拾了床和衞生間，房間依然亂糟糟一片。其二，退房時前台衹有一個人，顧得了這頭顧不了那頭，已經表明了趕時間，還在電梯那裡等着給別人刷卡上電梯，來來回回兩三回。衹能理解成是領導要上電梯，忙着服務領導。其三，退房時發現地巾染色，沒有問清楚原因就要扣按金。結果發現是酒店洗手間地面之前沒有打掃乾淨，不知道什麼東西，遇到水染在了地巾上。客服人員太不專業，根本沒有辦法解決問題。出了問題就是客人的責任，衹會扣按金，不從自己身上找原因，與星級實在不配。
