我定的房間是12月30日的星空泡泡屋，早上來了説還沒騰出來房間，這個理解，他叫我們先去玩 説收拾好了會打電話給我們，我從十一點給動物王國轉到三點半 實在轉不動了 我自己打的電話 人家説收拾好了 這麼巧的麼 我打電話就正好收拾出來了 叫我給院子裏轉悠四個小時
開房間沒有人告訴我私湯放水要提前一個半小時 我從冰雪世界步行回去 出發時打電話説讓給家裡放上水 工作人員答應 我説半小時到了可以直接泡 工作人員這時候也沒有説需要提前一個半小時約防水 我走回去半小時回去沒水，給他們打電話 人家這才説提前約 我説要放水人電話 人家説沒有 説給我崔 很不耐煩。
另外星空泡泡屋不是有衞星電視麼？電視是1寸的？我咋沒看見電視在哪裡了？沒這配置你別往上寫啊
現在是12月30號晚上八點左右 我已經退房回家了 很不好的體驗

服務員很熱情，但這次入住好像沒有放迎賓小果盤，房間抱枕套用久都起球了，淋浴間排水稍慢，且沒有門擋，洗澡時水會一直漫出到外面，其他都不錯

從西安帶孩子出遊，為了便利選擇了園區對面的温泉酒店。定的酒店+動物王國+温泉兩天一夜套票，動物王國可以兩天無限次入住。從進門酒店乾淨整潔，前台服務人員態度很好，看見帶孩子免費升級了房型，房間面積不小唯一不足洗浴得到酒店一樓，房間無法洗浴。早餐中規中矩味道適中，温泉池子較多營業到晚22：00，有孩子戲水的池子，因為行程較緊，未能體驗到位。整體酒店服務人員的態度都很贊，記得有個客房大姐叫Wendy張春霞問詢的時候回答後並介紹了酒店的其他設施臨行前特意叮囑有問題隨時聯繫解決，感謝酒店全體服務人員的熱情招待。小朋友臨離開酒店還特意交待下次還來住這裏，服務會彌補很多不足，祝貴酒店生意興隆。

服務:服務優質，有賓至如歸的感覺。特別表揚前台姓普的小哥哥，服務態度非常好，熱情貼心，主動幫忙聯繫擺渡車，温泉和早餐也安排的妥妥滴。
環境：環境優美，鳥語花香。
衞生：衞生打掃的很乾凈。住的放心。
設施：設施齊全，配置高端大氣上檔次，兩個大人帶一個孩子住正好。特別適合親子游。
總體五星好評，下次還選這裏就對了。

衞生間水有異味，就跟下水道的味道似的，給前台告知衹是説反饋給領導，沒有潤膚露還是服務人員專門跑前台找的，空調晚上聲音很大關了又冷，抽屜半夜會自動打開，還要拿紙夾緊。

本來在伏羲山上民宿住，看到預報有暴雨趕緊提前下山了，臨時起意去泡温泉。本來訂的温泉別墅A但是沒有傘，下着雨沒法泡，在前台升級成雙卧別墅。選擇真是太對了，有私湯隨時泡～下午小雨泡了一次，晚上看完送的大馬戲回來又泡一次。客房服務來來回回幫我們開關調温度，特別是蘆會新姐姐特別熱情，看着帶孩子，送了水果牛奶餅乾還有小玩具，還讓有任何需要隨時提，把孩子高興的不行。這個價格的私湯雙卧別墅和熱情的服務人員，全五分好評！
