酒店硬件可圈可點，看得出來，很努力爭取客人的滿意度，但是細節方面要做的工作還是很多：1、房間空調基本沒有用，衹能吹風，被子過厚，導致整夜都很熱，無法安睡。2、房間隔音不好，隔壁半夜放音樂，引起其他客人投訴，服務員敲門無果，在隔壁房門口高聲呼喊“你好 服務員”十來分鐘，反而吵醒好不容易入睡的我們。3、衞生間沒有換氣。4、肥皂粘在肥皂盒裡，完全無法取出。

Gorgeous hotel set in an ideal location. The hotel is just a 5 minute Didi ride from most of the local attractions such as, The Yancheng International Street, Water Street and the Yandu Wetland Park. It is everything you would expect from a Hilton Hotel..elegant and clean rooms with warm and friendly staff. The pool was clean and quiet (no raucous children) which was great. Breakfast was tasty. I would definitely stay there again.

One thing to note is that it was two months ago when I was resting here in November that I found bugs on the sheets and they were corrected (picture 1 below). The specialist contacted me and asked me to re-compensate for a room, but I didn’t ask for it because I don’t like to take chances. But as an old customer, I am always urged to check out at 2pm, my landline is put away, and my mobile phone is bombarded! Every time overtime, the deposit is deducted according to the price. We respect the hotel's original pricing. Why is it still bombing? The landline was bombarded with 4 calls today! Very good hotel, the hotel facilities are very new, the location is first-rate, downstairs is the Shuiyu Museum and the Yandu Museum, next door is the Golden Eagle Commercial Center, eating, drinking and having fun.
