I've lived here so many times, but this time it was really bad. The room was noisy and small, and what's worse is that there were no toiletries!

This is the first time I give the worst review. 1. Management chaos: I booked a balcony room with a view. I arrived at the hotel at 15:45 and got the room card. As a result, the room was not cleaned. I asked to change the room, but the front desk said there was no room. I asked to wait for the aunt to clean and check out. The front desk contacted the boss and said that they would not refund and said that there was a room. 2. Deceiving consumers and mixing fakes with real ones: As a result, I was not given a room with a view, but a lower grade. See pictures 1.2.3, there is no view. The room layout and bed (the online view room has a tatami on both sides of the bed) are completely different from the pictures of the online view room, which is much lower. The toilet and washing in the view room are separated, and the room I was given is together, without a fence, and the bath water flows everywhere, see picture 4. 3. This time I booked a twin room for my friend, and he was very satisfied with the room. It was very comfortable and quiet, with a view of the small park on the mountain. The tatami design was especially good, as two beds could be placed on the tatami. When the children got out of bed to play, they didn't need to wear slippers. They could play directly on the tatami, and then change into slippers when they went out. The balcony could also be used to dry clothes, which was really suitable for a family trip.

The boss's service is particularly good. Unlike other reviews, he answered all questions politely. I will recommend friends to come next time.
