This is the first time I give the worst review.
1. Management chaos:
I booked a balcony room with a view. I arrived at the hotel at 15:45 and got the room card. As a result, the room was not cleaned. I asked to change the room, but the front desk said there was no room. I asked to wait for the aunt to clean and check out.
