The hotel was clean and in a convenient position for visit the city center. Just a bit annoying the process of registration, but should be expected in Ningxia.

贈送的牛奶和小點心，説好的一會送到房間，結果沒有送。贈送的枸杞，退房時，如果你不問前台要，她永遠不會主動給。開口要才會給，感覺像是要飯的。既然訂房時自帶這些，就應該主動送過來，而不是要才給。

房間較小（有圖），有裝修的塑料味兒很嗆，想開暖風通風竟然要等到晚9點，（當天白天最高氣温9度），設施差評！所以訂好的兩天房衹住了一天。貌似智能控制的衞生間燈不那麼好用，想關掉排氣扇也關不了，17層酒店電梯衹提供一部，電梯排隊時間較長。早餐廳，佈局太小了，擁擠，不符合酒店的規模

多次入住還是覺得不錯誤，前台服務員非常貼心，幫我拿行裏，家裡的小朋友非常喜歡這裏，進大廳有漂亮的魚塘，早餐好多菜品家裡挺喜歡，酒店在市中心前廳介紹了很多好玩好吃的地方，也方便，最後退房前台還是那麼熱情，服務也棒😃

位置在市中心，酒店整體不錯，服務挺好的，環境不錯，有客房送餐，價格實惠！本以為酒店在市中心會很吵，沒想到房間非常安靜，客房服務很棒，衣服開線了，還是客房服務員給我縫好的！😂😂很貼心，早餐也很可口，尤其是那個拉麪，味道相當不錯，下次再來銀川，還是會選這家酒店的
