Is 18 degree water acceptable for a hot bath? Imagine going to a new room and the same problem happens. Then, a representative from the hotel comes to your room and says that 18 degree water is normal.
This is the worst service I’ve ever had a hotel and I’m including one star hotels. They lied to my face and refused to provide a room with warm water.
My girlfriend and I were so pissed, we wanted to leave. They offered to let us go only if forfeited the right to leave a review. We decided to stay in part to write this review.
This place clearly has plumbing issues and rather than fix it, they just take the PR hit. Also, the breakfast is not 5 star quality.

酒店的房間正對着太湖七裏風光堤，看出去風景很漂亮，酒店的大草坪上挺適合搭帳篷的。酒店房間很大，住着挺適合的。酒店大堂挑空很高的，看上去十分氣派。

酒店的房間很大，打掃得很乾凈，湖景房看出去的風景很美，酒店門前一大片草坪蒼翠欲滴，我們凌晨五點就起床了，為了看看太湖的日出，雖然沒有看見完整的日出，但是我覺得窗外平靜如鏡的水面和倒影也太美了。

五一小長假全家一起出去旅遊，因為要打卡拈花灣和靈山大佛，特地選了太悦，果然沒有讓我失望。整體風格就是江南園林風格，房間面臨太湖正好是七裏風光堤，騎上酒店送配的自行車逛一圈非常美噠。酒店前台接待熱情，房間特地給升了級，雖然酒店建了有段時間但是整體感覺還是很不錯的，適合度假。

五星好評給人文服務。我們提前半小時到了，前台小姐姐也給辦理入住了。退房的時候，額外提醒並提供給我們礦泉水。酒店周邊風景很好，開陽台門可以看到對面自行遊玩的帳篷客。比較遺憾沒有時間使用2小時自行車騎行特色項目。

帶娃一起來玩，房間夠大，陽台外面就是太湖，在房間裏就可以看風景，酒店離靈山大佛和拈花灣景區都很近，特別適合自駕，店裡的工作人員態度很好，會主動提供幫助，知道我們水不夠了還主動給我們水，早晨的早餐也蠻好的，好評。
