服務不行 電視遙控器壞了 聯繫客服後説跟前台説，就沒動靜了 也沒有人來解決，浴缸熱水沒放多久就沒熱水了，凈水器衹有涼水，房間裏沒有熱水壺

這是一個宇宙級別的酒店，雖然剛進去，有點臭，但是在酒店經理的幫助下，給我們35塊錢的補助，後面空出來一個放假，我們把這35塊錢升了我們房間，服務態度很好，就是忍受不了房間用清新劑遮擋臭味的方法，不過最後的結果還算滿意。

住過這麼多酒店，這個酒店真的太無語了。1.新裝修的，可是三樓居然沒水，白天入住時水很小，到了晚上果然停水了，本打算換酒店的奈何玉樹的酒店都滿了，服務員給送了兩小桶水，但沖個廁所就沒了，也不好意思讓她爬樓再送，問了服務員居然説三樓水壓不夠，就這樣，天啊～原來這不是偶然事件。2還有床單也沒有洗乾淨，有很明顯的印跡，給前台反映説滿房了，沒有多餘的床單更換，最後鋪了個被套。3.隔音幾乎沒有，樓道里走路説話就像在我床尾一樣，直到凌晨3點才消停。大家慎重💔

新開的酒店，是因為航班取消被迫再住一晚，在網上對比了好久選擇了這家，簡約風，還很環保，提供直飲水設備，吃飯要出去走幾步

衞生真的很差，床單被套還有枕套都是臟的，尤其枕套，不過服務員小哥都幫忙換了，不過地好像沒掃，有煙頭
