住過上百家酒店了，不限於凱悦艾美開元森泊…民宿也頗有研究…第一次遇到這麼奇葩的店和老闆，拽的跟上帝一樣，開民宿的初心是什麼？令人費解：
1. 【房間與預訂不符】攜程訂的若水，實際給的晨曦，anyway，一陣溝通後給換回來；作為一家開了多年且房費四位數的民宿，請專業一點；
2. 【態度惡劣】晚上洗澡無冷水，等了半個小時，強忍着用近50度的水洗了，結果老闆一上樓又有冷水了，however這個問題不糾結，但服務員説“開店這麼多年，第一次遇到這麼搞事情的客人”，真醉了，民宿就這種素質嗎？
3. 【衞生不合標準】2條浴巾，一條有血漬一條有毛髮，誰能忍！
但凡對住宿有一定質量要求的消費者，勸你還是繞道而行吧，外部裝修氣派、內部細節一塌糊塗，花錢找氣受嗎？

老闆和老闆娘都像自家長輩一樣親切，有一種回家的感覺。雖然民宿在馬路邊，但是晚上很安靜。裝修都是帶有小心思的。早飯也很清爽。過馬路就是水杉濕地，很方便。

服務熱情周到，晚餐實惠好吃，酒店乾淨整潔，寵物友好，露台和房間裏都能遠眺四明湖，到四明湖水杉林和樑弄鎮都很近。臨走還有自製的樑弄大糕相送。沒什麼可指摘的地方，非常好，家裡爸媽，老公，狗子都很滿意。下次還會住這裏。

非常滿意，老闆娘特別熱情，廚師的魚頭燒的非常棒，一次非常開心的旅行，走的時候老闆娘還送了一袋紅薯，自己家種的（回家已經吃完，紅薯特別糯甜）

服務：賓至如歸，服務貼心，老闆娘人超級好，很好溝通
環境：位置不錯，風景很好，民宿修成莊園的樣子，晚上在莊園散散步非常安逸
美食:民宿的菜也出乎意料的好吃，點了一次晚餐和午餐，都可以送到房間，很適合懶人hhh

民宿的兩個屋頂花園都能看到四明湖。民宿院子大，這時節院子里長着桂花、柿子、桔子、柚子等。還有帳篷搭着給大家使用。走時還送了桔子和當地特產的大糕

很不錯的民宿，設計設施都不錯。員工服務/態度也都很好。要説缺點，就是浴室下水比較慢，另外隔音不太好。除此之外就沒什麼缺點了。推薦入住～

每一間房都很大，很乾凈，床品非常舒適，高級，衞浴設施也完全不輸酒店標準，關鍵是老闆娘一家非常友善好客，不但給我們升級了房間，臨走還送了一個自家種的大西瓜，超級暖心，晚餐也是在民宿吃的，老闆娘家的飯菜分量足 味道好，好非常實惠，太推薦了！全家的玩的很開心，謝謝老闆娘一家
