I booked a family room in the duplex on the first floor. There was no air conditioning and it was extremely hot. There was no power switch at the bedside. I had to turn off the lights and go to bed in the dark. I didn’t have a bedside, so I slept against the wall. There was a dirty table and I didn’t know what to do. What kind of facilities and environment are there?
