11日晚上大約七點辦入住，辦入住時我問了一下暖氣的事，服務員回答説昨天壞了正在維修，讓稍等一下，回到房間大約七點半給服務枱打電話問暖氣咋樣了，説已修好讓開下試試，差不多八點我又打電話告知前台暖氣不行，怎麼解決，服務員説都是一樣的，去17樓看個房間行不行，結果不行，各種糾纏又換到708，説這個是酒店的VIP衹此一間，暖氣確實很好很不錯，但是像個***一樣聲音忽高忽低，我自己調了三遍，喊了服務員來調，服務員進來説這聲音（像抽油煙機最大風）屬於正常，😓！然後我説你調吧，看下最低風速什麼樣，最高風速什麼樣，會不會自己突然風速變大。她站那開始調，調好之後差不多五分鐘，打臉了😓，聲音又突然變大。結果又是各種絞纏又換房間到17樓，服務員問我行不行，我説差不多，就這吧，這時候時間已經十一點多，從七點十分到房間折騰到十一點多，孩子生病，中間從708換上來時孩子已經睡着，所以實在不忍心折騰孩子，我衹能説就這吧，開中央空調到早上七點十分我起來看看，温度顯示17.孩子醒了後趕緊穿衣服穿棉襖，在她們酒店就上個廁所，早起刷個牙，實在太冷了。八點左右去退房，服務員又換了種説法，説是中央空調剛啟動。😓！在辦理退房時有一位中年男性説，這房間涼的別説孩子了，我都想感冒😲😲😲。而且最後換那個房間是真臟，床頭，櫃子下沒眼看，煙頭竟然光明正大出現在床邊。如果有帶孩子入住，請提前與酒店溝通，還有中央空調的聲音。那真是**！

設施：酒店設施一般，在裝修吧，不太方便，早飯但是很豐富，但是不知道是不是吃了西瓜的原因拉肚子拉了兩天

服務員的態度特別好，我一説煙味兒比較大，他就想跟我換個房間。但是因為沒有房間了，所以衹能給了我一個空氣清新劑。後來我的廁所滴漏壞了，也及時的安排師傅給我來修理，
