住了好幾天，酒店服務人員都挺熱情的，但酒店有以下幾項服務不盡如人意，後期還需要加強管理:
1.早餐的牛奶幾天去都是見底，沒有及時添加；
2.早餐的麪條、餛飩窗口經常無工作人員，工作人員來了煮的時間過長，説水得一會沸騰，和之前住別的酒店體驗感不一樣；
3.早餐種類不豐富；
4.最後一天住的時候床邊發現了一衹蟑螂，頓時心裏好難受，證明酒店保潔、消殺存在工作缺失，其實當時真想聯繫鄭州市衞生監督所進行投訴，要求相應的處理和賠償的，想想算了；
下次還會去住不，我持懷疑的態度。
