位置還可以，但總體感覺非常不好，房間設計老舊，床對着鏡子，空調異響，房間有異味，服務也比較差，傳菜車垃圾車都走客用電梯，味道很重，嘈雜！

剛開始入住的那間1010，環境簡直是無法形容，一股黴味，天花板跟地毯發黴！晚上八點回家，天花板上竟然發現有個小孩巴掌大的大蜘蛛！嚇得魂飛魄散！連夜就換了房間。第二天起來發現1010跟1008開始裝修！這樣的房間竟然還能拿出來營業！

據説是口碑比較好的老酒店了，牆角有發黴了。丟了張房卡補卡時被要求賠償50還是40元（具體金額忘記了），退房時前台致歉説同事收多了把多收部分退還了，實際賠償30元。

6，燈光不知道怎麼設計，床頭不能全部關燈。
7，服務意識不行，8點多一點吃早飯，雞蛋竟然沒了，問了還説就沒了，不給補上。
8，車庫停個車，蜘蛛網一大堆纏的整個頭都是蜘蛛網。
9，前台竟然手提袋都沒有！
10，最可惡，攜程上訂的竟然比**上貴了三十多，還不能退訂！

舟山怡東凱麗大酒店酒店靠近東門車站，交通便利，有停車場，餐廳更是高檔，早餐極其精美，美中不足的是標間的床是80CM的，服務環境都是一流，周邊吃喝玩樂都是很方便
