位置極佳，到景區門口區區小几百米，停車也方便。服務熱情有禮，升級房間，送禮品，送早餐。老闆是退伍軍人，做事有板有眼。老闆娘曾是金牌導遊，指導你玩遍小東江，那是綽綽有餘。
我是退伍軍人，鄭重提示：全國的戰友們，來小東江，必要優選明新賓館啊！

很滿意，老闆娘跟老闆是資深專家，主動給很多旅遊景點路線等tips，非常nice。住宿走路去景區入口大概幾分鐘，一路上有很多店鋪可以吃早餐的，很方便，不要開車進去景區，節假日，塞車很久都進不去，太麻煩了。房間挺大的，喜歡有三人間，方便親子游，老闆娘家產的橘子一絕！

沒有拍旅店照片，簡單文字點評一下
整體體驗感值得綜合五星，但硬件條件確實沒有滿分
優點：1.離東江湖景區近，出賓館步行十多分鐘就是景區入口，距離高椅嶺白廊等地驅車也相對方便衹有十來公里。2.老闆熱情好客，會向你介紹如何購票，如何出行更方便，臨行退房還送了特產。
不足：1.屬於自建房沒有電梯，如果高樓層行李多可能不方便拿取。2.房間設施相對簡單，但是比較整潔，並不影響使用。3.假期人多停車可能會不方便，但是老闆會盡力幫忙找車位。
假期出遊的話，房費偏高，如果對住宿沒有過高要求可以考慮這家，比較經濟，非假期出遊可以根據情況考慮別家的

離東江湖景區特別近，門口車位不多，晚上趁着人少可以直接停到景區停車場。房間寬敞乾淨，體驗很好。
