"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded our room for free so we could check in sooner, which was a huge help since we were traveling with seniors and children. The room itself was spacious and very clean, featuring a smart toilet, disposable facial towels, and a smart speaker for controlling everything. The TV was enormous! The cleaning staff on our floor were also very kind. The complimentary foot bath was a nice touch, and breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Plus, there's a Phoenix Theater downstairs where you can catch musicals."

"Came to Hefei for a weekend trip by high-speed train, it's my first time in this city. I chose the Grand Hyatt for accommodation. It's on a high floor, offering great city views. Check-in was very convenient, the hotel lobby is on the 40th floor. Shirley at the front desk even upgraded us to a lake view room, and we could see Swan Lake outside the window, which was pretty nice. The WeChat butler service was also very attentive. The hotel room and bed were both large, clean, and hygienic. Breakfast was decent with a good variety. The freshly baked dried plum vegetable pastry was delicious, and they also had local specialty snacks like Sanhe rice dumplings. Breakfast is on the 39th floor, offering panoramic views from all sides, highly recommended."

"This is probably the best hotel within the Jiuhuashan scenic area. We stayed in an Executive Twin Room in Zone B, which was one of the few rooms facing the sun. The hotel facilities are top-notch, the lobby is grand and uniquely decorated, and the small garden is charming. The room is quite spacious for a hotel within a scenic area, with everything you need, very well-arranged and comfortable. Breakfast is also very rich, with a good mix of Chinese and Western options, which is quite impressive for a hotel on a mountain. The dinner menu also features excellent dishes with a strong local flavor. The hotel service is even better; the staff picked us up from the transfer station, and a young lady helped me carry my suitcase, lifting it the entire way to prevent damage to the wheels from the stone path. When we checked out, Zheng, a front office staff member, introduced us to various aspects of the scenic area and invited us to come back. The cleaning aunties were also very kind and meticulous. This is a fantastic hotel, and I highly recommend it! 👍👍"

"If you are looking for a B&B Homestay type of accommodation this place is amazing. The breakfast was delicious. You don't get a choice but everything was so tasty with different things each day. The room was very comfortable and clean. We needed to use a translation app but that wasn't an issue. I needed to work on one of the days of our stay and the wifi was reliable. I sat downstairs in the general area all day and felt very relaxed being there. The location is super, nestled in the traditional old road. So many food places! This is pedestrianised but it's only a short walk from the main roadway. We would highly recommend this lovely accommodation."

"Before coming, I compared almost all the hotels and guesthouses on the mountain, and Beihai stood out as having the best value for money. The room size was quite decent, and the concierge service from Xinyi was excellent – she was very knowledgeable about the surrounding attractions and routes. The location is also good; it's about a 10-minute walk to Monkey Watching the Sea, which is currently the closest viewpoint for sunrise. Bright Summit is a bit further, probably a 45-minute to an hour walk for the average person. The closest to the hotel is the Yungu cable car, about a 20-minute walk, making it very convenient for going up and down the mountain. The hotel restaurant's breakfast spread was very generous, and the à la carte dinner dishes were also delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the old chicken soup – so fragrant! The hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming. There's also a cat named Yundou, who's plump and adorable and often wanders around the hotel entrance early in the morning. Right outside the hotel, there's also a medical station, a police station, and a coffee shop, which makes the facilities incredibly convenient. While prices on the mountain are high, it's understandable, considering all the food and drinks are carried up by porters. I hope they are compensated fairly for their hard work. Overall, it was a good experience, and the money was well spent."

GGuest UserI stayed at the Funley International Hotel in Hefei's Economic Development Zone, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is very convenient, with Metro Line 7 providing direct access to the hotel. There are plenty of attractions and shopping malls nearby; Huizhou Garden and the Oceanarium are right next door. A two-stop metro ride gets you to Sam's Club, and the Zhengda Plaza and Zhonghuan City offer a wide variety of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The room was spacious and didn't feel cramped, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The front desk staff were warm and polite; they even offered bottled water on a hot day. The restaurant's food was delicious, and with three meals included in the room rate, it offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth staying at.

YYi-TeeWe loved our stay at J Mountain. The balcony faces the 人字瀑布 (Renzi Waterfall) and the view is absolutely amazing — interestingly, the waterfall also doubles as a weather indicator for conditions up the mountain, since you can gauge what's happening higher up by the volume of water coming down. The location is excellent too, only 500m from the Yuping cableway. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle with driver to both the Yuping and Yungu cableways, as well as to Tangkou town, which made getting around incredibly convenient. On rainy days they even provided us with rubber shoe covers and raincoats — a really thoughtful touch. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious with generous portions, which was a real bonus after a long day on the mountain. A really memorable stay and highly recommended for anyone climbing Huangshan.

Even before our arrival, the host proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm details and assist with planning. Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease.
The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. GGuest UserPerched on the cliff face of Lion Peak at an elevation of 1630 meters, the hotel offers breathtaking views of rolling cloud seas and majestic peaks right outside your window. It's within walking distance of attractions like Monkey Watching the Sea and Shixin Peak, making it easy to catch both sunrise and sunset. Although our visit was hampered by rainy weather, preventing us from enjoying the sunrise and sunset, the fusion of the 400-year-old Red Temple with modern glass villas creates a serene atmosphere where Zen coexists with nature. Here, gazing at the clouds, listening to the pine trees, and stargazing truly soothe away all weariness. It's definitely worth another trip to Huangshan for this experience.

We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination!
On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient.
I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant.
Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it!
The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed.
The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey.
There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times.
The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes.
A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather!

ZZhuangdieThe room was clean and tidy, and we had a view of Lotus Peak and Aoyu Peak from the window. What truly deserves praise is their thoughtfulness: the room was equipped with umbrellas, a flashlight, warm outerwear, and even a foot-soaking tub. After a full day of hiking, having that was incredibly considerate!
As soon as we arrived, the customer service representative added us on WeChat. Any questions we had were answered and addressed very quickly. Even more thoughtful, they would proactively inform us about sunset times, the best viewing spots, how long it would take to get there, and sunrise times. They even organized groups with a lead guide to take people to watch the sunrise!
The buffet dinner was also quite good. The ambiance was pleasant, there was a wide variety of dishes, and the taste was excellent. It was the best meal I had on Huangshan, definitely worth recommending!

GGuest UserIt's a little far from Namdaemun, about ten minutes' drive, but the owner of the B&B is very nice, pick up and drop off. I arrived a day in advance and wanted to store my luggage up the mountain. I called and he immediately drove to move my luggage. It was very quick, so it's no problem if you don't drive yourself. The room is relatively new and clean, and there is a large terrace. Next to it is a small river with very clear water. The environment feels better than some hotels at the foot of the mountain. The breakfast is relatively simple, and you can add more if it's not enough. I just came back from climbing the mountain and I was not feeling well and wanted to eat something light. Overall, I still recommend it

FFischyingThe newly opened five-star hotel in my hometown has a great environment, especially the night view, with its beautiful fountain and light show. The room window offers a view of Sleeping Beauty Mountain. The hotel service is also excellent; they called to ask if I needed anything and helped arrange a higher floor. They even gave me a Mid-Autumn Festival gift bag with snacks and an eye mask – very thoughtful! I'm so happy that my hometown has such a wonderful hotel.

AAnonymous UserI was attracted by the pictures, but I was a little disappointed by this homestay in the ancient town. After all, you can stay in a very good hotel in Wuhu at this price.
Let's talk about the general environment of the ancient town first. It is said that tickets are charged on holidays. Few shops are open at night, and there are few people in the morning. It is said that there are performances, but there is nothing suitable for children after looking at the program list. Many shops are closed, and the streets with closed doors can also show that they were once prosperous. It should be good.
Let's talk about the hotel. The room area is OK and the environment is generally good, but my child is afraid of the slide and thinks it is too steep. I tried it myself and it was true, so I lost one of the fun of booking this room.
The breakfast is really incomparable to star hotels. It is matched by the owner himself.
I saw the reviews before that the small animals that can be fed were only empty cages. There was a cat. The baby could only play with the cat for a while. On the way to the room, I had to pass the cat house. The smell almost made me faint.
There are also advantages. In terms of service, the boss contacted in advance. When I arrived, the boss went to the door to pick up the tickets in person. There were several times in the middle when the remote control and bed sheets were replaced. The boss solved it quickly. The owner of the B&B is indeed very responsive to the guests' service and has a very good attitude. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful, the terrace is quite comfortable, and it feels good to sit on the terrace as the sun sets.
Overall, I gave it a score of four, and I hope it can be better. Or the price can be more affordable.
