A much better hotel comparing to BaiYun hotel in terms of the condition of the facilities and rooms. It is just newer, better and serve better FOOD . But since Baiyun is located in the Front Mountain , and Xihai on the back mountain , one would still have to stay at BaiYun if they are planning to climb front mountain , and one have to stay at XiHai if planning to climb Back Mountain. Remember Huangshan is divided into 3 areas , Front , Back and DaXiaGu with 73 peaks in total ! If you dont mind the cost , XIhai hotel is the best hotel if you are climbing the Back Mountains. Note : Huangshan is just too big , you need to see the map and plan properly before attempting ! The photos i posted is the view from the hotel ! Yesterday at noon, I called the hotel to check in early. The attitude was very good and I arranged it immediately. When I came, the front desk service was very good. I knew that we were the first time. I checked in early to the small room. I upgraded the room for free. The check-in experience was very good. The facilities are also very complete. A lot of food is provided, and we have always cared about whether we want to eat. The house is also very full, and there are everything we need. What we need to send a message to the front desk is also delivered within a minute. We asked for a lot of things in the middle, and the front desk attitude has always been very good. The house is also very clean and the disposable things are very complete. The sheets and quilts are very clean. In short, I am very satisfied. The first time I came to Xiangyang, I was very satisfied with this hotel. Also very affordable. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Xiangyang.

From the outside, it looks like a regular traditional hotel. The room is neither big nor small, and there is no sofa, but it is enough for one person. The service attitude is good. Soon after arriving at the room, milk and biscuits were delivered. Although they were from the end of 2023, they were still within the shelf life. I was watching TV at night and there was a sudden power outage. After calling the front desk, the power came back after a while. I wonder if the front desk set the room card incorrectly? Or is there something wrong with the room card insertion facility? There is no weak current socket, so the mobile phone and power bank cannot be charged at the same time. The breakfast is good. Although there are not many meat dishes, the staple food is rich and colorful.

I recently had a very pleasure staying at this beautiful hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of resources available around the area for all budgets, making it an ideal choice for any traveler. The exterior environment is stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and offering fresh, invigorating air. Inside, the hotel is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are remarkably comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Special thanks to Jenny and Yanyan Zhang at the front desk, whose friendly and enthusiastic greeting refreshed my tiredness from the 10+hours flight , They kindly upgraded my room and patiently assisted with connecting to the Wi-Fi and proactively registering the vehicle number plate which made my check-in process smooth and effortless. Additionally, they facilitated a companion registration for my relative and offered an extra delightful happy hour. Parker Zhang from the executive lounge was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips on local services and transportation, ensuring I had all the information I needed and he is very approachable. ( I did not had my breakfast in the hotel as I was keen to explore more street and local foods outside , however I love their desserts from the welcome fruit platter and the happy, it definitely made with high quality ingredients,the freshest cream and does not taste too sweet (less guilty:) This stay made my first trip back home in five years wonderfully smooth and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you for your hospitality making my visit so memorable and I cannot wait to stay with you again :)

We booked this place to stay the night before our overnight trip to Huangshan. The hotel is located between the Tangkou bus station and the Huangshan entrance gates, so you might have to take another bus or taxi (which however are very cheap to get there. The shuttle bus you need to take in the morning is in walking distance though. Upon arrival, the host gave us a free upgrade after a friendly conversation and a lot of good advice for the following trip to the mountain. The room we stayed in was probably one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in on our travels in Asia, and definitely the best value for money so far. The hotel also offers free luggage storage and offered us to borrow some hiking poles (which we unfortunately forgot in the morning). When we came back the day after, we were even allowed to take a quick shower before getting on our Taxi out of town. Overall, we couldnt have wished for a better stay and would recommend anyone visiting Huangshan to stay here.

The room is large and the whole is very spacious. My mother and I are more than enough to sleep with the children. The overall environment of the hotel, including the staff, makes me feel very comfortable. The breakfast staff will also greet you intimately every day, and will give you full emotional value early in the morning. If you come to Anqing next time, you will still choose Wanting ～ and pick-up and drop-off service, it is really nice.

I decided to stay an extra night and moved into another room. There was a torrential rainstorm and the 2nd floor corridor was flooded. Rainwater also came into my room. The staff worked very hard to clear the water. When I checked out, the lady on reception was not particularly friendly. Hardly looking up from her phone/laptop when I gave her my room key. I did not recognise her, was she a manager? The other receptionists and members of staff were very pleasant and helpful, though. A disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Super location and very nice staff. We ordered an airport pickup to the hotel with the trip app and our driver contacted the hotel to let them know when we arrived so that a staff member could pick us up by the road. Super cozy streets around the hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good, noodles and dumplings. On our second day we asked the staff to recommend a driver to take us to different hot spots and we got a very nice driver at an affordable price. Will definitely stay here again.
