I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The room on the third floor exceeded my expectations in terms of overall quality – it was clean, tidy, and well-laid out, with comfortable bedding. The natural wood decor perfectly complemented the ancient town's atmosphere. It came equipped with a complete tea set and tea table, and I could enjoy views of the Tuojiang River right from the window, making it ideal for relaxation. The room looked essentially identical to the pictures displayed online. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the ancient town, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Yet, it was relatively quiet at night, so we weren't disturbed by any noise. I especially want to thank the front desk for their service. I accidentally booked my check-in for January 1st instead of January 2nd. Upon arrival, the front desk staff proactively and patiently helped me change the reservation to January 2nd free of charge, and even upgraded my room type. The communication throughout was smooth, and their service attitude was excellent, making me feel very reassured and welcome. Overall, whether it was the room quality, the ambiance, or the service level, everything was of a very high standard. It was a very pleasant stay.

Fortunately we were fetched from the train station by one of the staff of Baihe, as the vehicle can only enter till a certain point after which no cars are allowed in. So you will need to drag your luggage quite a distance on cobbled road to the hotel, which is in the ancient town. But with the help of hotel staff, we made it to the hotel. The view from our room captured the small waterfall and I managed to get a beautiful sunrise (photo 1). But the main waterfall is a good walk away from the hotel, maybe 30mins. The night lights r beautiful. The staff were very helpful to provide a map and route of how to get to the big waterfall. Breakfast was local, simple and sufficient. On the first night, the water heater did not work, but the hotel made arrangements for me to use the shower at their sister hotel about 10mins away. All in all, a pleasant stay. However, if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The street noise and singing can last into the night.

Such a lovely stay! The reception lady is always smiling and so welcoming, it truly sets the tone for the whole experience. The hotel is perfectly located, close to delicious food spots, shopping plazas, and busy streets, yet still comfortable and relaxing. The people around the area are so warm and friendly, which made my stay even more special. I felt safe, happy, and well taken care of. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back.

We brought our family to Changsha and booked a standard twin room. The owner saw that we had a bigger group, two adults and two kids, and kindly upgraded us to a cinema family room for free! The experience truly exceeded our expectations, so I absolutely have to give it a five-star review! For families with children, location is key. This hotel is incredibly close to Changsha South Station. It was just a ten-minute walk after getting off the high-speed train, completely saving us the hassle of lugging kids and luggage around. It really got our trip off to a great start. What surprised us the most was the family twin room! The room was genuinely spacious, with a king-sized bed (1.8m) and a standard double bed (1.4m). The kids were rolling around on them, and both beds were more than big enough. We could even watch movies, and the kids were ecstatic the moment they walked in. More importantly, the ample space gave the children room to play, and we could fully unpack our adult luggage without feeling cramped at all. This sense of freedom is so crucial for family travel. Considering the room conditions and convenient location, the value for money is absolutely fantastic! The hotel's overall environment is also excellent – the lobby is bright, the hallways are quiet, and the rooms are spotless. Our entire family was extremely satisfied with this stay. It's definitely a top choice for family trips to Changsha, and we'll certainly be returning next time!

The owner is so welcoming and friendly! There's free parking, and the lobby offers self-service snacks and drinks, plus my favorite ice cream 🍦. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the rooftop lights at night are really cool. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The 'wood barrel fish' across the street is incredibly tasty and tender! The room rate was also very reasonable, and it's located right inside the scenic area, so the location is perfect! Definitely a worthwhile trip!

Staying at the Yunmei Villa near Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie was absolutely worth it! The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy Japanese Zen style, and equipped with smart curtains, a smart toilet, and other modern amenities. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommend!

I'd say this is the best value-for-money hotel I've experienced at this price point. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a stunning river view. The place was spotless, and it even came with a spacious balcony. In the evenings, the balcony caught a wonderful breeze, making it incredibly refreshing to sit out and enjoy the night view with a drink in hand – truly relaxing. We brought our little one along, and they absolutely loved it too! I'll definitely be choosing this place again for my next visit.

Our family stayed 2 adult and 2 children in their 5th floor room. Spacious with great view of the river and part of the ancient town. Area is not noisy and far from clubs and bars from the other side of the town. Walking distance from main attraction. Room is clean and tidy with great water pressure. Our host is very friendly and accommodating and made us feel at home. They provide 1 set of traditional costume and you can rent costumes for the rest of the family with minimal charge. It became one of the highlights of our trip. They even helped us get taxi back to the highspeed rail. I definitely recommend this homestay. 😊

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially because the location is so convenient—directly across from the entrance to the Tianmen Mountain cableway. The room was very spacious, and the large panoramic windows made the space feel bright and open. I also want to thank the staff for being so polite and genuinely attentive. At check-in, they provided a map of the national park, which was very helpful for navigating during the visit. It was also a lovely surprise to receive a small gift of local tea; a small but very thoughtful gesture. This is a great place to stay in Zhangjiajie if you're planning to visit Tianmen Mountain. 非常喜欢这家酒店，位置极其便利，就在天门山索道入口的正对面。房间很宽敞，大大的全景落地窗让室内光线非常充足。特别想感谢工作人员，他们不仅礼貌而且非常细心。办理入住时，他们还提供了一份景区地图，这对游览时的路线规划很有帮助。另外，收到一份当地茶叶作为小礼物也让人感到很惊喜，心意十足。如果来张家界游览天门山，这里绝对是一个理想的下榻之地。

Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped and well-designed, featuring a refrigerator, washing machine, clothes rack, and a large projection screen. Both the room and bathroom have heating. There are numerous elevators, distributed by floor, so there's no long waiting time. Cleanliness: The hotel maintains excellent hygiene. Housekeeping can be requested daily, and all bath and face towels are disposable, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene. Service: The service is excellent. I received directions before even arriving at the hotel. The front desk staff are very welcoming and promptly address any requests. Environment: The environment is great. Being on a high floor, the air is good, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offer beautiful scenery and expansive views. It was a very comfortable stay. The soundproofing is also good; I didn't hear any disturbing noises during my two-day stay. Surrounding Area: The hotel is conveniently located right next to Exit 4 of Peiyuan Bridge Station on Metro Line 1, making it incredibly easy and quick to reach popular attractions. Downstairs, there are convenience stores and various small restaurants, all in a clean and upscale environment.
