The room looks exactly like the picture. The AC was blasting cold which was perfect for the hot summer weather. Amazing view from the balcony. Great location as it’s a few minutes walk (3-5min) from the hotspots of furong ancient town. The staff provided us with tips and recommendations of the performances and as well as a map. Despite the hotel not having any elevator, the staff helped us bring our luggage to our room (up and down the stairs) as well as from the drop off point. I really liked their free pickup service from the station, very convenient since they later help you drag your luggage to the hotel (the roads are very bumpy). There’s a bit of walk from the entrance of the furong scenic area (4-5min) so I recommend using their drop off service too since they will also help you bring your luggage directly to the car. It’s 20 yuan compared to DiDi which was around 13 yuan (save you the headache of having to drag your luggage around the uneven road).

Spacious, beautifully detailed room made for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to the Tianmen Cave cable car, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a convenience store right across the street. The hotel also offers complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to the train station, which made travel super easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I’m writing a review as a traveller from the UK, and the room was VERY expensive for what you got. BUT you aren’t paying for the room you’re paying for the view! Which was SPECTACULAR! See pics, these are from the window of the room. The room was okay for one night (all you really need in furong town) and the hotel did provide a pick up and drop back service from their local high speed rail station (it felt dodgy when going from the car park to the room but was okay). Traveller tip: YOU NEED TO PAY FOR ENTRY TO THE TOWN. When entering the town you have to pay a fee as it’s a scenic area of China, this is unavoidable and the hotel fine print does mention you have to pay this. All in all, you can enjoy an amazing view at this hotel, but I feel that for the price, you can stay elsewhere in this town and get the same experience for cheaper.

When your child exclaims that he wished we had a 2-night stay in that hotel rather than 1-night, you know the hotel has won his heart. Located just minutes away from the Tianmenshan Cableway lower station which is across the road, the hotel is in a strategic location - a relief when you want to rest after a day of walking. Our room had a tub and good toilet facilities. We were also given a pail and packet of herb for soaking our feet. The breakfast spread is varied. At the lobby are free tea and cookies.

Service: was really good. The receptionist lady gave us a lot of helpful information and was constantly available. I was really grateful for the service. Our rooms were cleaned daily, we got fresh water and towels. She also helped us get a ride to the train station, as there are limited drivers in this area (plan your departure ahead of time). Room: the room has an amazing view. We enjoyed the balcony so much that we spent a lot of time there just taking in the scenery and enjoying ourselves. At night it looked even better. We visited during peak season (international workers holiday) and still the room was relatively quiet at night. Everything was exceptionally clean. The rain shower was appreciated as well. We also got vanity kits and so on. The bathroom is a little small for people over 190 cm (you should be fine if you are shorter). The bed was comfortable and big. The only thing we missed was a Minibar (or fridge). The TV unfortunately wasn't a smart TV. Location: the hotel is located in the central city. You won't miss a thing. There are restaurants nearby and all sorts of scenic spots. If you go outside, turn left and walk until the end of the street you'll even find a shop offering coffee ☕ (which is quite rare).

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Zhangjiajie. The location was perfect—just 200 meters from Cable Car Station A to Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. It made getting to the scenic area incredibly convenient. My room was so big, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tianmen Mountain!

Excellent service and really helpful owner. He helped us with the tickets and can help with the routes around the park too. The room was big, clean and stylish. We really enjoyed our 5 days there. Also just few blocks away from the bus station. We got complimentary ice cream when arrived and the bag of local tea upon the checkout. So sweet!

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is perfect – close to all the key attractions like the Avatar mountains (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park) and Heaven’s Gate (Tianmen Mountain). Glass bridge and Grand Canyon, Bailong Elevator. The hotel staff went above and beyond, helping us plan our entire sightseeing itinerary. They even arranged hotel drivers to drop us off and pick us up from scenic spots – super convenient! The breakfast was great every morning – lots of variety and good quality. There’s also a fantastic Korean BBQ restaurant nearby that the whole family loved. There’s a lovely pool at the hotel, but we were so busy exploring that we didn’t get a chance to use it. Honestly, we wish we had stayed longer – it was that good! Highly recommend for families or anyone wanting a hassle-free, memorable Zhangjiajie experience.

The best experience in west Hunan. The staff always friendly, smile service is normal at here. If you drive by yourself, staff can help you to park the vehicle. When you check in, you will get a welcome fruit and some Chinese local snack. There are shuttle bus go to Furong town, what’s kind of bus they have? it’s a MPV, come on it’s shock me so much. About the breakfast, there are many options to choose. You can collect the food like fried rice, fried rice noodles, eggs e.g., and also can order soup rice noodle at counter. The food isn’t spicy, that’ll so cool!

Trying to find the hotel was the slightly difficult part unless you know what to look for, but they do have a big poster on the entrance at street level. The apartment was lovely and light. The reception staff were very helpful and also helped us buy tickets for Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. Very good location close to local shops. Do bring ear plugs though as during morning you can hear the traffic below. Would still recommend them. Good view from the room. Catch a didi to the intersection of the Jiefang Road and Yingbin Road. About 2-3 mins walk from there to building entrance. Floor 17A.
