We loved our short stay. Location is perfect as only few minutes walk to cable car station to visit Tianmen mountains. Local bus to Avatar mountains departs near the hotel. Plenty local food around as well as McDonalds and Starbucks round the corner. Room had nice bathtube inside the room which has nice views of surroding buildings. Will recommend staying in here 🙂

We had an exceptionally pleasant stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, bright, and thoughtfully appointed, with an excellent selection of toiletries that added an extra touch of comfort. The staff were consistently warm, accommodating, and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was also ideal, with a wide variety of restaurants and shops right on the doorstep, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Having travelled around China for two weeks, this was without question our favourite hotel of the entire trip. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.

The service here is impeccable, even better and more attentive than a five-star hotel, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The location is absolutely fantastic. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can clearly hear the TV next door, the window panes don't close properly, and the air conditioning unit outside is directly facing the window on the same floor, rumbling non-stop. Downstairs, the noise from restaurants and their loudspeakers is relentless, with several places competing to be the loudest. Forget about sleeping; you even have to raise your voice just to talk. The hotel's response was both helpful and a bit helpless: no matter how late, you can always ask the front desk for earplugs, hahaha. Honestly, in all my years of traveling, I've never encountered a place this noisy – not even a bustling market street!

The location of this place is absolutely unbeatable, truly excellent. However, the room size isn't very spacious, and because it's near the river, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes, which somewhat impacts the living experience. Despite the mosquitoes and small room being minor drawbacks, standing by the window offers an incredible panoramic view of the river. The sparkling river surface shines under the sunlight, and at night, you can see the brilliant lights on the opposite bank. If they could improve their mosquito control and make the rooms a bit more refined, this would undoubtedly be an unforgettable place to stay.

It's perfect whether you're here for business or leisure. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and tidy everything was. The public areas are spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet elegant design, and no unpleasant odors – it instantly put me at ease. The room was meticulously cleaned. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a great night's sleep. All facilities like the air conditioning, hot water, and internet worked perfectly. The lighting was appropriate, and the toiletries were comprehensive and of good quality. The bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient with check-in and check-out. They patiently answered my questions and provided thoughtful, attentive service. The hotel itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent soundproofing, so my rest was completely undisturbed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and it was clear that great care is taken with maintenance, showing very high standards. It offers excellent value for money; the environment, facilities, and service all justify the price. My entire stay was pleasant and seamless, without any inconveniences. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time I'm in the area, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to stay.

Our friend recommended us to visit Furong waterfall city. I found this hotel just searching an interesting spot by internent. Room photos were awesome I decided to book. Photo vs Reality is almost same. Unbelievable view! Outstanding performance of waterfall and old city. Sounds of waterfall is amazing, you can enjoy your life at the present moment. Staff was friendly, helpful and kind. It’s makes our stay in this hotel comfortable and safe. They picked up us from the station and dropped off to the station. Also help us to get a tickets to scenic area in advance. We’re trying local food at the rrestorante in first floor of our hotel. My sister and me found that very deliciously 🤤 highly recommended to book it and enjoy a staying at this hotel and explore local cuisine and culture.

This guesthouse is absolutely beautiful! You can even go swimming here in the summer. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming. Most importantly, the location is fantastic – it's close to all the main attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. There's even a pharmacy across the street and a store similar to MINISO right next door.

The decoration is simple and has an e-sports atmosphere, and the layout is reasonable and not crowded. The sound insulation is great, closing the door to play games, rest is basically not disturbed, and it will not be as noisy as other e-sports hotels. Zero pressure bedding + intelligent guest control, super comfortable living.

The hotel facilities are complete, the front desk staff are very helpful, and the cleaning aunties are also very polite and greet everyone they see. The hotel even offers a complimentary 'goodnight porridge' service in the evenings, and the porridge tastes pretty good. The hotel's location is also excellent, with a subway station downstairs, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and the Changsha-style rice noodles are delicious and definitely worth trying. The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with smart home appliances, perfect for modern young travelers. There's also a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the breeze in the evening – it's really pleasant. It's close to Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, so the atmosphere is lively and the whole experience is fantastic!

I booked here for a night to explore Furong ancient town. The hotel is located right into the old city and just close to main attractions. On top of everything, the hotel is located with a magnificent view of Waterfall. The view from the room is very picturesque. The hotel also offered complimentary free pick up and drop-off. The staff and owner are very friendly and generous and they helped you as much as you can. The locations are closed to local restaurants, snack and coffee shops. Highly recommended.
