manutenção e não pode ser usada. Hotel precisa de manutenção em diversos pontos mas de forma geral voltaria a me acomodar no local. Nos deram um ovo de Páscoa pelo feriado o que foi bem atencioso.

GGuest UserThis is a hotel for families. The pool is impossible to use from about 4pm as it is overrun with children and a man blowing a whistle loudly to coordinate children using the slide.
When we arrived there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was only one bedside lamp. There were no blankets - we had to request them as it was too hot with no ac and too cold with ac on.
There is an area for dining but the hotel could do so much more with it - have cutlery laid out and table lamps, rope the area off and draw the curtains so the view is not semi naked people in the pool. The evening we had dinner there was a dripping wet woman wrapped in a towel shouting loudly on her telephone and wandering among the tables. There is potential in this hotel - just none of it is realised.
On a positive finish there is a reasonable buffet for breakfast. The hotel is near the Main Street and easy for your pickups etc and there are restaurants nearby and a fabulous cafe just down the street.

NNicholasWe had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

HHera SzPresentable hotel with decent breakfast and swimming pool and jacuzzi, located across from the interstate bus terminal. Uber is wide available and usually it takes about 7 minutes to arrive . Room is spacious and clean and shower is very good. Recommended specially for the ones who have a car. Not many food options and remember to have a Brazilian socket to avoid having to buy for an adapter at the bus terminal.
The waterfalls in the Brazilian side is approximately 35 minutes by Uber . The Argentinian side buses leave frequently from the bus terminal across from the hotel (expect to pay a lot to reach Argentina, R$35 to Puerto Iguazu plus another R$40 from puerto Iguazu to the national park. Returning the same way , R$150 plus the park ticket, that’s best to buy in advance online to save time in those enormous lines.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of town, but there's a bus stop conveniently located nearby. The hotel is a little dated. We booked two rooms, and one of them had drainage issues. Breakfast and dinner were decent. We would have liked a few more vegetables to go with the salad greens. The cheeses and fruits were excellent. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel offers transfers to the Argentinian side of the national park for a reasonable price.

Xxc1232345678The environment here is absolutely lovely, with a spacious garden and lots of greenery, complete with walking paths. The staff's English proficiency made communication a breeze. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the room service dishes were also quite delicious.

AAlexandra BenicioI read some reviews that were bad about the hotel and I was apprehensive, but I decided to take a chance and I didn't regret it. The hotel is old, and the facilities show that, but everything was very clean and organized. The service was very good, and everyone was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good, it's not 5-star level like I think some would like (I say this because of the complaints) but it's perfectly within what the hotel offers. I stayed there for 4 days for a very good price for the city of Curitiba, I didn't have any problems and I will stay there again whenever possible. 👍🏻👍🏻👏🏽😜
