The hotel management and front desk staff are extremely kind and responsible, with a very pleasant attitude. The rooms are also great. I even left some belongings behind, and they kept them safe for me. I don’t understand why some people claim money was stolen—all my money was in my bag and nothing was missing.I want to express my sincere gratitude to the front desk staff. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Exceptional Stay at Sunrise Mountain View I had the absolute best stay at Sunrise Mountain View in Vang Vieng. From the moment we arrived, the receptionists made us feel so welcome. They were incredibly kind, always helpful, and genuinely tried to create conversation with us. It didn’t feel transactional at all ,they were just wholesome and warm people. The entire team was amazing, including security and the cleaners. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and felt safe throughout our stay. Breakfast was good and satisfying, with enough variety to start the day properly before activities. What really stood out was how helpful they were with everything. They helped us book our tours around Vang Vieng, arranged our train tickets to Luang Prabang, and even called a tuk-tuk for us whenever we needed one. It made our trip completely stress-free. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vang Vieng. Thank you for making our trip so special!

The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of them could speak Chinese, which was a big plus. Breakfast was also delicious. The only downside was that the pool water looked like it hadn't been cleaned, so we couldn't swim. This might have been because it had just rained that day. Overall, I would still highly recommend this place. Just a heads-up, the central bar plays music at night, and while the soundproofing in the rooms is decent, light sleepers might find it a bit bothersome.

Positives: 1. Reception was good and responsive 2. The rooms were quiet as in pairs, so no issues with noise from others. 3. The breakfast was good and worthwhile for the price. Negatives: 1. On the edge of town. Difficult in the dark to walk home 2. The outlook is nice, but the drain at the back has a lot of rubbish in it 3. Had issues with water leaking in bathroom and also power connections not working

The hotel is on the main street, so traffic until late night. Even if I had asked a quiet room (I know it is not guaranteed) I was given a room over the main street and the funny thing is that the window door was not closing so all the noise was entering, together with smells (pollution and smoke from different fires). Apart from this, room was clean and comfortable. Smell from the bathroom where, in the shower, you only have the tall and fix shower head meaning you cannot just wash your feet if in need, every time you have to take a shower. Unfortunately staff was not so helpful (anyway polite). Pool always in the shade.

Excellent Stay at Kinton Hotel – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing stay at Kinton Hotel. The place is packed with amenities and the service is truly top-notch. They provided free pick-up and drop-off, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. One huge plus is their self-service laundry and dryer – super useful, especially if you’re doing outdoor activities or a longer trip. The food was quite good, and the cleanliness was exceptional. On the first day, our room was accidentally missed during cleaning, but they immediately sent someone up as soon as we let them know – great responsiveness. I also booked via Trip.com, where it mentioned late checkout. The hotel honored that without hesitation, which I really appreciated. For a city that’s full of parties and adventures, it’s great to come back to a comfortable, clean, and calm hotel like this. The price is very reasonable for what you get – maybe even a bit more value than you pay for. If you’re visiting Vang Vieng, I highly recommend staying here. 👍

Excellent! The hotel offers a fantastic environment, spotlessly clean and ensuring a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, handling check-in quickly and efficiently. Its superb location provides easy access to public transport, making getting around a breeze. I was very satisfied with this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, speaking both excellent Chinese and English. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, equipped with all the amenities we needed. The bathroom had fantastic water pressure, which was a huge plus compared to many other hotels I've experienced in Laos, where the water pressure was often very weak. The hotel also features a swimming pool, and the breakfast spread was excellent and varied. Its location near the night market is another great advantage.

This hotel has shortcomings and advantages. Overall, the advantages are greater than the disadvantages, but I just happened to be unlucky during my stay. Many things happened, so I was not too happy. But objectively speaking, the room I booked was because of the corner on the second floor, so the scenery was really good, and the window opened to see a good view. And most of the time there are people at the front desk, so you can easily get help if you communicate in English. Breakfast is relatively simple, easy to eat, but full of delicious. The downside of course is that if you can't communicate in English, many services here are useless to you. Others, like the toilet door is a bit bad to switch, it is easy to get stuck, I don't know why it has not been repaired. Also, I was bitten by unknown insects such as fleas, my arms were very dense and itchy, and I was not good enough to leave Laos. I don’t know if the environment is too natural.
