I had a very satisfying trip, thanks to Trip.com for providing such a great value-for-money hotel. The Mando Hotel is just across the road from the beach, making it an excellent spot to watch the sunrise. You can literally walk downstairs to the beach, and I got to enjoy feeding the seagulls all by myself – it felt like a private beach experience! Compared to Aranya and Tiger Stone Park, this place has fewer people, and feeding the seagulls in the afternoon was absolutely fantastic. I also witnessed a perfect sunrise.

Very very happy with this hotel. 1. very good customer service that made us feel at home. The front desk staff and all the service staff are friendly 2. Good location. Walking distance to old town and also 正定夜市 which is the biggest night market at Hebei 3. The hotel provide free fruits and afternoon tea daily 4. Very spacious and clean room. The bed is cery comfortable and cozy Will recommend it to my friends and will stay again for our next visit

I came here to experience the hotel because it was newly opened. Indeed, all the facilities and equipment are quite new. The room is equipped with a sofa bed, the screen is also movable, there is a small bar and tableware, and there is a quilt in the cabinet. It is very suitable for family travel. At the beginning, I felt that except for the cold attitude of the front desk, I was quite satisfied with everything else. We just arrived at the room. Fruits were delivered right after. As a result, when I took a shower at night, I found that the hot water was very small and I couldn’t take a shower at all. I could only call the front desk. The solution given by the front desk was to change rooms. Because there were a lot of luggage and it was late, I didn’t want to change rooms, so I asked the engineering to repair it. But they still asked to change rooms. Okay, then change rooms. We asked the staff to go to the room to check whether the hot water was normal. As a result, the staff did not check and came directly to our room to let us change. We asked again to check, and the staff went to check. The result was also broken. If we didn’t check it, wouldn’t we go there directly? ? ? ? Very speechless. Later, we changed our room to the 7th floor and checked that the hot water was normal. After we moved our luggage over, we looked at the bedding, and it turned out to be very dirty. There was a little garbage under the pillow. It was outrageous!!! We asked the front desk to come again, and they asked us to change rooms. Let's change, and asked her to check the room first. I really didn't want to bother, but the attitude was not good, and asked us to check it ourselves. I was very tired, so I asked my boyfriend to check it. The quilt was dirty, okay. Dirty. I said, then change the quilt for us. The staff asked us to pick up the quilt ourselves. This was the first time I encountered such a situation, and I was shocked. Okay, okay, I just want to take a shower and go to bed. It's really not as good as the attitude of the Hanting Hotel we stayed in the day before. The cleaning of the second day was OK.

This downtown hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Our high-floor room offered amazing views, and the dedicated elevator meant no waiting. Just downstairs was a pedestrian street, with direct metro and bus access within a 5-minute walk. Plus, there's free parking for those driving – incredibly convenient for getting around. The bedding was just the right firmness, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western. They even had afternoon tea with exquisite desserts and drinks. The robot food delivery was fast and adorable, saving us the hassle of running errands and making our stay completely stress-free. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive: a 24-hour gym with equipment, and a laundry room equipped with dryers and detergent – super practical for long trips. From check-in at the front desk to responding to our requests, the staff were consistently warm, enthusiastic, and efficient, making the entire experience truly exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

The waiters are very nice and enthusiastic. The hotel is very convenient for traveling. The recommended bowl of noodles at Rujia is very delicious and there is free parking. I am very satisfied and will stay there next time.

Convenient transportation, the train station and the city museum are all starting prices. The overall facilities are relatively new, and the equipped refrigerator and microwave are very convenient. The breakfast is also good, with freshly ground coffee. At this price, it is under the Hilton, and it is really cost-effective

Very modern / new and confortable rooms - we got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Right by the ski slope ; 3 buildings you can reach through the parking lot or if the weather allows it from outside where you’ll find plenty of restaurants ; ski rental / gear rental services just right outside the ski lifts. In the room though no plates / cutlery / cooking tools but as we are in touch on WeChat with a very nice lady, I guess we could have asked for it. 潇湘 was helpful all along and would immediately reply to all our requests. A coupon system to get access to the breakfast restaurant ; other coupons to get discounts to rent gears and buy ski cards (a bit complicated when you don’tread Chinese) but we did manage to use them. For ski passes: note that if you buy 4 hours ski pass, it starts when you swipe your first ski lift but I think the équipement rental is for 24h so you might not have to give back your equipment every day. A bit of a hassle every morning to queue up for ski pass / equipment in the midst of CNY.

Review 🏨: Highly recommended! Excellent value for money. The hotel facilities are complete and relatively new. Since high floors generally have good soundproofing, I slept very well. There's a subway station downstairs, and shopping malls like ”FreshFresh” and ”Starbucks” are very convenient for delivery (robot delivery available). The breakfast was plentiful and the service was good. It's not too far from various attractions. The rooms are spacious, and the bathroom has disposable toilet seat covers and is very clean! Highly recommended!

The room is spacious with a private balcony offering a view of the distant magic carpet area. The hotel also provides free ski lockers, making ski-in/ski-out very convenient. We enjoyed several days of skiing, and my child, who started from scratch, picked up the basics. A big thank you for allowing us a late check-out until 2 PM due to our last day's lesson schedule. The only downside was that the room was quite warm at night, so we had to open the window and turn off the air conditioning to cool it down.

This overall experience exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean, the facilities were complete and functional, and the soundproofing was also good. The service was exceptionally good, responsive, and very thoughtful. Convenient for travel, quiet environment, and a very comfortable stay – definitely worth the stay! Clean, attentive service, quiet and comfortable environment. Excellent location, convenient for travel, and great value for money – a very satisfying accommodation experience. Highly recommended!
