Some room types even have private terraces, perfect for enjoying a drink and chatting with the sea breeze – it really enhances the vacation vibe. The hotel is just across the road from the beach, and it's only a 5-minute walk to Xianluo Island. They even provide free sand-digging tools, making it super convenient for families with kids. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the smart room controls are easy to use. The laundry room is available anytime, showing great attention to detail. It's also close to a food street, making everything from dining to transportation convenient. The value for money is exceptional, and it's definitely on our list for a second visit!

Very very happy with this hotel. 1. very good customer service that made us feel at home. The front desk staff and all the service staff are friendly 2. Good location. Walking distance to old town and also 正定夜市 which is the biggest night market at Hebei 3. The hotel provide free fruits and afternoon tea daily 4. Very spacious and clean room. The bed is cery comfortable and cozy Will recommend it to my friends and will stay again for our next visit

I came here to experience the hotel because it was newly opened. Indeed, all the facilities and equipment are quite new. The room is equipped with a sofa bed, the screen is also movable, there is a small bar and tableware, and there is a quilt in the cabinet. It is very suitable for family travel. At the beginning, I felt that except for the cold attitude of the front desk, I was quite satisfied with everything else. We just arrived at the room. Fruits were delivered right after. As a result, when I took a shower at night, I found that the hot water was very small and I couldn’t take a shower at all. I could only call the front desk. The solution given by the front desk was to change rooms. Because there were a lot of luggage and it was late, I didn’t want to change rooms, so I asked the engineering to repair it. But they still asked to change rooms. Okay, then change rooms. We asked the staff to go to the room to check whether the hot water was normal. As a result, the staff did not check and came directly to our room to let us change. We asked again to check, and the staff went to check. The result was also broken. If we didn’t check it, wouldn’t we go there directly? ? ? ? Very speechless. Later, we changed our room to the 7th floor and checked that the hot water was normal. After we moved our luggage over, we looked at the bedding, and it turned out to be very dirty. There was a little garbage under the pillow. It was outrageous!!! We asked the front desk to come again, and they asked us to change rooms. Let's change, and asked her to check the room first. I really didn't want to bother, but the attitude was not good, and asked us to check it ourselves. I was very tired, so I asked my boyfriend to check it. The quilt was dirty, okay. Dirty. I said, then change the quilt for us. The staff asked us to pick up the quilt ourselves. This was the first time I encountered such a situation, and I was shocked. Okay, okay, I just want to take a shower and go to bed. It's really not as good as the attitude of the Hanting Hotel we stayed in the day before. The cleaning of the second day was OK.

Another fantastic stay at Novotel, just as excellent as before. It's my go-to hotel when visiting Shijiazhuang for business. The location is superb, with convenient transport making it easy to get around and conduct business. The breakfast is extensive, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and helpful. A nice bonus is the complimentary afternoon tea. The hotel is right next to Wanlimiao Pedestrian Street, meaning there are plenty of dining choices all around. I even got a complimentary upgrade to a suite this time! I'll certainly be choosing to stay here again on my next trip to Shijiazhuang.

A good budget hotel not too far from the train station..I just walked there. The staff are nice and you even get a free breakfast in the morning.. wow! Good heating and a washing machine to! Probably the best value hotel in Handan. Highly Recommended!!

Overall, it is a very good store. Location: 7 bus stops from Handan East Station, 7 minutes by Didi, and the price is about 10 yuan Service: quite enthusiastic, rich breakfast, but not replenished in time. Facilities: The sofa is very good and can be turned into a bed. But the screen window is broken and can only be opened manually, everything else is good.

Very modern / new and confortable rooms - we got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Right by the ski slope ; 3 buildings you can reach through the parking lot or if the weather allows it from outside where you’ll find plenty of restaurants ; ski rental / gear rental services just right outside the ski lifts. In the room though no plates / cutlery / cooking tools but as we are in touch on WeChat with a very nice lady, I guess we could have asked for it. 潇湘 was helpful all along and would immediately reply to all our requests. A coupon system to get access to the breakfast restaurant ; other coupons to get discounts to rent gears and buy ski cards (a bit complicated when you don’tread Chinese) but we did manage to use them. For ski passes: note that if you buy 4 hours ski pass, it starts when you swipe your first ski lift but I think the équipement rental is for 24h so you might not have to give back your equipment every day. A bit of a hassle every morning to queue up for ski pass / equipment in the midst of CNY.

The room was very clean and had a light fragrance; the bedding was also very comfortable.

Originally, for this ski trip to Chongli near Beijing, Genting was my first choice. However, I have a soft spot for big brand hotels, so when I saw there was a Crowne Plaza, I switched to it. Firstly, I love that the rooms have wooden floors, and secondly, the balcony view from the room is absolutely stunning! I couldn't get enough of the mountain and lake views; every day, besides skiing, was spent just taking photos. The hotel service was also incredibly satisfying, especially our butler, Linda Fan. She was exceptionally thoughtful, patiently showing us rooms until we were completely happy. Her warm and helpful service made this trip very enjoyable, and I'm very grateful. I also want to mention the hotel's breakfast – a rich variety of delicious options.

The hotel is new and clean, and parking and getting around are very convenient. I stayed there in winter, and the room was very warm. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast was also very plentiful. I would definitely stay here again next time.
