We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The lady housekeeper was very friendly, and she offered to meet us at the drop-off point and brought us to the hotel within the Furong ancient town. We were grateful for the upgrade to the hotel room at the third floor where we had the view of the waterfall and river straight from the balcony in our room! Although our hotel room had no breakfast provided, we were offered bread, instant coffee and packet milk for breakfast the next day.

Really convenient location! About a 5mins walk to the entrance of wulingyuan, the owner(?) was really friendly and helped booked all our tickets (even to the romance park) at a cheaper price and even helped plan our route. Theres a minimart across the street and the night market downstairs its really worth it. The rooms are also very big and comfortable. And even have laundry that you do yourselves and they help hang while you are out. I really enjoyed my stay here and will recommend this always!! I

I absolutely loved this hotel! My friend and I stayed here and the staff were absolutely stellar! I’ve never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so hands-on and helpful. From the moment I booked the room, Dandan the butler had been communicating with me about booking tickets and airport pickup. When we got there, they picked us up and went over an itinerary that fit our needs since we were only there two days. Dandan took care of all our transportation to the scenic places AND the staff also took us (free of charge!) to a really great massage place after we got back because our feet hurt. On our second day, my friend had to go to the hospital for something minor and they gave her a ride without hesitation, again free of charge. I’ve truly never had such an amazing experience at a hotel. Dandan was very responsive to all our questions and needs when we were in the park. Also the place is very clean and the rooms are lovely!!! Breakfast is good and the view is great. I love that it’s attached to a cafe so that was cool to hang out after a whole day of walking at the national park. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks so much Dandan you really made our experience stress free and so much better!!!!

Stayed in a 2 double besd river view room for one night. Staff at the homestay are informative and helpful. Helped arranged pick up and drop off from train station at reasonable price. Room is clean but a bit disappointing with the towels provided. Looks old, overly used and thin. The room soundproof was not great. Our room was same level as the lobby and street and just next to the stairways that leads to other rooms from the lobby. Can hear other staffs and guests walking up and down early in the morning. Read reviews of many old homestays in furong with view of waterfall that the room will smell of sewage but at Tusi Xuanfu it was good. No sewerage smell. Only complain is that can smell other people smoking outside from our room and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. The free chinese tea set while enjoying the view of the waterfall was bonus. The breakfast was simple, just noodle soup, mantou and instant coffee. Noodle soup tastes nice especially for a tourist like me. Would conclude that the price of the room I stayed is expensive compared to the quality of the room. The view from the courtyard is GREAT, just not from the room because the room only has view of the platform, and river but not the waterfall.

This is a great hotel! I liked everything. We had a room overlooking the river. It's quiet and quiet here. You will be able to sleep well. In other areas, the music is very noisy and loud. The young man met us and escorted us to the hotel. Showed all the amenities. He speaks excellent English. The hotel has a beautiful terrace overlooking the river. A delicious breakfast was prepared by a caring aunt. The staff tried their best to help us. They organized a car to take to the railway station. I recommend this hotel.

Lots of food nearby. We got upgraded to a bigger room. Room is on 1st floor however the owner very efficient carry our luggage and leave it in front of room. Its so cozy till we extended stay another day and cancel our Furongzhen trip. Owner very enthusiastic in promoting Zhangjiajie Forest and help us purchase the tickets. and also explain very clearly the whole area.

Service was excellent here, each one of the workers was so friendly and gave us free fruit and snacks the day we arrived. They let us choose which room we wanted to stay in, and also organised pick ups to and from the hotel, which we really appreciate. View was lovely too and we were able to see the fireworks. Highly recommend staying here :)

Fantastic view from the room, however because theres a restaurant attached to the hotel can be quite noisy. Need to bring earbuds to sleep. However, for how expensive it is, found it a bit lacking in amenities, no fridge, there is a water filter system for drinking water in the room but it doesnt work. No coffee provided in room, only a paper cup with no spoon.

Room is big, clean and comfortable. Great location access to sightseeing and restaurant supermarkets are just near by. Counter lady was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

Strategically located within the Fenghuang Ancient Town, easily accessible as it closed to the main road. Closed to restaurants. We had a room facing the enchanting river with Beautiful view anytime of the day. The forever friendly and helpful ladyboss who explained all the walking distance tourists spots.

This inn was well located in the heart of the old town with shops, cafes and restaurants in close proximity, yet ideally away from the noise and the bustle so that one can sleep very soundly. It has a lovely roof terrace which offers a panoramic view of the river. A late night snack was offered and the kind owner even gave us a bottle of local candy. He also arranged for our transport to the rail station without charge. Because my partner has trouble climbing stairs, the considerate owner arranged for us to have a room on a lower floor. All in all, a very pleasant stay and i would definitely book this inn again.

We are from Thailand, self-guided travel with family. We spent 1 night here in 2 separated rooms. Location 10/10 : We love it here. This hotel is not in the heart of the village area but it's just perfect. It's on the west wing but not too west, you can easily reach the center by walking. And this area is not very loud as center that has many pub and bar. The street behind the hotel has many store such as drugstore, convenient store and simple restaurant. Service 9/10 : The hotel maids here are very strong. They helped carry the luggage up to your room and give the advice. They can also recommend restaurant and activity to you if you ask. Cleanliness 9/10 : They did well both inside the room and public area. Even the terrace and balcony. The hotel look new and modern inside too. Facilities 9/10 : This room is on the 3rd floor. It's the room with balcony. We can sit and see the scenery. Very relax there. They provide the helpful service in pick up and drop off too.

Facilities: The location is very good, you can overlook the entire ****, and the ancient city of stars complement each other. The hotel's facilities are very new and overall good, except for the toilet button, which needs to be kicked. Hygiene: The only regret is hygiene. In the room we stayed in, my bed must not have been made up. My neck was swollen and painful at night, as if I had been bitten by an insect. I didn’t know if it was an allergy or an insect, so I didn’t tell the store when I left. explain. Because I saw that the bed was not made when I entered, I was worried that it was a hygiene issue (not sure). Environment: Very good. Other aspects of the hotel are beyond the price. The room has an oversized balcony and tea table. It is beautifully decorated. You can drink tea while overlooking the hotel. The sounds of singing in the city will come in at night. Service: The service is very good. Several staff members will come out to pick up luggage, park the car, and accompany you to visit the scenic spots. They are very considerate during the whole process and even help with taking photos. I was given berry tea when I left, and of course the afternoon tea was also included in the package. In general, the location, landscape, facilities, environment and services are all good. When you come to their home, you can also go to their Qingba bar to see the panoramic view of the waterfall. It is recommended.

Very great location, in the heart of the scenic spot, next to this wonderful bridge which you can view from your window bedroom. The room is nice, well decorated and clean. They offer free pick up from train station but if you don't have chinese phone number, don't count on them, even if you do all the request through trip app. They dont care. And I asked for a taxi to come back to the station but they forgot to call the driver. Need to take didi in emergency and being scam by the driver. Very disappointed because the lady in charge was very welcoming at the check in and gave all the necessary informations

Hotel is very near to the wulingyuan national park gate - so it saves a lot of travelling time if you are planning a tour to the national park forest. Owner was also very helpful - we didn't need to get a local guide to bring us into the park. When we reached the hotel - he helped us get the tickets (no extra cost- same price if you get tickets from the counter) save us a lot of time queuing for tickets, guided us how to tour in the national park, help us flag for cab- it's a very nice family run hotel. It's clean - they do housekeeping everyday - and the best part when you visit zhangjiajie during winter - the water heater is hot and you can warm yourself in the room from their aircond heater. 👍

The hotel is next to the bus station in Wulingyuan and 10 minutes from the east gate to the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff is really nice and helpful, and speaks English very well. They explained how to get to the Park, which spots to visit and when. They also help me to buy a ticket to the park. The room was clean and neat. I highly recommend this place!

The owner of the inn is very kind, accomodating and helpful. She booked our Tianmen Mountain tickets, took us to a good Chinese restaurant, and booked our car going back to Zhangjiajie Railway Station. She also gave us directions on how to navigate Tianmen Moutain, checked on us every now and reminded us to be down the mountain at 11:30am so we won’t miss our 2:00pm train. When we entered the inn, we were mesmerized as it has a welcoming ambiance. We love all the wood designs and carvings. They also offered us tea and heated blankets. We booked the Fairy room and it surpassed our expectation. It is nice and cozy, everything is made of wood. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom has basic toiletries. There is also a heater that is so easy to operate, just like an AC. We absolutely loved our stay. We can’t wait to bring our family next time we come to Zhangjiajie. Definitely worth the money!

We booked 2 rooms. Staff are generally helpful especially Yiyi whom allowed us for late checkout at 4pm. One of the hotel that is near National park east gate, About 10minutes walk, a few restaurant around hotel, main eating/amenities area is at Xi bu road. Suggest to stay here instead of zhangjiajie city when visiting Grand Canyon, since it is nearer from here.

Very nice hotel, the view is amazing and the owner very nice. The bed and the pillow were very comfortable. The room was clean and the AC worked well. The hotel is at one of the entrance of the scenic area so very easy to access. Honestly, I highly recommend this hotel!

The service is very considerate. After booking on Ctrip, the hotel contacted in advance to inquire about the arrival time of the high-speed rail. The pick-up and drop-off service is really great. Opposite the hotel is the Xiangxi Natural History Museum, which is worth a visit. The hotel is about five or six minutes’ drive from Furong Town Scenic Area. The hotel provides pick-up and drop-off service to the scenic area, so there is no need to worry at all. There is a twelve-story branch in the ancient town, where you can enter the viewing balcony for free to admire the waterfall. After the tour, you can go to the hotel's sixth-floor garden to make tea around the stove for free. It is a wonderful day.

The hotel is right by the waterfall, the staff helped us book an excursion to the red rocks directly from the train railway station with a driver who met us at the train railway station, waited while we looked at the rocks and then took us to the hotel (to the pedestrian zone). Thank you very much! Unfortunately, when we were there, there was almost no waterfall, because it dried up. And unfortunately, the staff does not speak English at all, so I had to use a translator. But we like it anyway and can recommend it to other travellers.
