I chose this hotel for a last-minute trip, and honestly, I didn't have high expectations, but my entire experience was surprisingly excellent, offering incredible value for money. I just have to rave about it! First and foremost, I have to give a huge shout-out to Vision at the front desk! I was exhausted from traveling all day, lugging heavy bags, and just generally feeling wiped out. Vision was incredibly gentle and patient. He processed my check-in super fast, not making me wait an extra second. He also proactively and meticulously told me about breakfast times, the locations of the pool and gym, and clearly explained parking instructions. Later, I was a bit careless and accidentally lost my room key. I rushed to the front desk to get a replacement, and Vision was still incredibly patient, smiling the whole time, showing no hint of impatience. His service was truly heartwarming and instantly made me feel at ease. Overall, the hotel's attention to detail is superb – definitely not cutting corners. They even gave me a lovely little souvenir, which I really liked; the steam eye masks inside are fantastic! For someone driving, parking is always a concern, but the hotel's parking lot had plenty of spacious spots, easy to get in and out of, making parking totally stress-free. The lobby entrance was spotless and bright, with no strange odors, which immediately felt welcoming. I really need to praise the room's cleanliness! It was meticulously cleaned. The sheets and duvet covers were fresh and tidy, the bathroom had no water stains or smudges, and even the corners and crevices were perfectly maintained. The in-room amenities were complete and sufficient, and of good quality. The whole-house Wi-Fi was very stable – no buffering when watching shows, browsing on my phone, or working, it really didn't slow me down at all. The breakfast the next morning was exactly to my taste. The variety wasn't flashy but very substantial, with meat, vegetables, porridges, pastries, and drinks. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were homely, making for a very comfortable meal. In my free time, I checked out the gym and pool. To my surprise, the facilities were all very new, with equipment neatly arranged and spotlessly clean. The pool water was crystal clear and well-maintained. A simple workout and relaxation session there was incredibly pleasant. Overall, I'm really satisfied with my stay! From the service and cleanliness to all the facilities, everything was thoughtfully done, and there were no disappointments. If I come back to this area, I'll definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Fraser Place Dalian. Before our arrival, Flora Sun kindly contacted us in advance, and she was also incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming during check-in. Thanks to her thoughtful hospitality, we were upgraded to an amazing suite with a spacious living room, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. This made our trip with friends much more comfortable and enjoyable. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. We accidentally entered the wrong delivery address when ordering food, but a staff member went out of their way to locate the delivery, retrieve it, and bring it directly to our room. We were genuinely touched by this level of care and attention. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations in every way. As a group of three friends traveling together, we were able to create wonderful memories and enjoy a much more relaxing stay than we had imagined. The kindness and professionalism of Flora Sun and the entire hotel team will remain one of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely choose Fraser Place Dalian again on our next visit to Dalian and would confidently recommend it to anyone planning to stay in the city. Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service. This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself. If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite. Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out. I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. This hotel is almost perfect! The room was impeccably clean, not a speck of dust anywhere. The location is great, with direct access to K11. A lady from the front desk provided excellent service – she was beautiful and kind, truly radiant. They even surprised my child with a little gift for their birthday, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was fantastic and offered views of the Grand Theater. The buffet lunch is also highly recommended. All in all, everything was just wonderful! 👍

On my way to Shenyang, I stopped by Jincheng and was tempted to try some barbecue. I found Taikoo on Ctrip. Environment: Nice Facilities: Good Service: First-rate, very attentive. Highly recommended. The surrounding area is well-equipped with convenient parking, perfect for self-driving trips. The breakfast is excellent, with both local specialties and Western options. Highly recommended.

The hardware facilities are decent, but it doesn't feel like a resort hotel at all. The staff quality varies wildly. I'm being conservative in my assessment because I did see some very dedicated employees, but there were a few individuals with extremely poor service attitudes, and unfortunately, they were in key positions. As shown in the picture, the 'deluxe sea view room' I was given had a view entirely dominated by rooftops. I had booked for three days, but I decisively checked out after one. I won't be returning.

For a relaxing winter weekend getaway, Luneng Hot Spring is always our top choice. We trust the facilities, but what really makes it comfortable is the warm and friendly service. Mary recognized us as returning guests right away and proactively handled our check-in, even upgrading our room. Throughout our stay, she checked in on our needs and provided a fruit platter. It was a wonderful weekend, full of warmth, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Anshan Holiday Inn. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made me feel at home. I also really appreciated the convenient location and the quality of the breakfast. I got together with my friends and chose Hilton Huiting in Xingcheng. I was really surprised. First of all, the location is not far from the train station. It seems that it takes ten minutes to get there by car. The entrance lobby is full of warmth. The front desk staff warmly received, especially praise cuckoo, Very enthusiastic and patient to answer our questions, let us have a feeling of home, and recommended a delicious restaurant, after we went, we felt that we didn't step on thunder at all, the breakfast was rich, and there was coffee to drink, it was really at home, and I sent a souvenir before leaving.
