Came late for check-in but was room was spacious and clean! They gave me a free upgrade too. Parcel and food delivery was send up to me, making it very convenient. Thanks to 管家小林 for advice and assistance!

Wow I love the neatness of the hotel and also enjoyed my stay it has the sea view, I must say the breakfast was so nice and the front desk were really helpful This guy called Eason really assisted me with all I needed from getting to the hotel, to the yacht ride and every thing I needed during my stay It was an amazing stay and an amazing experience in Sanya

Now this hotel is hands down the best hotel I have ever been! As a black solo traveller, I always feel the need to be extra safe in new spaces but this place? Amazing! From the hotel facing the beach directly to the bike rental right opposite to the hotel to the amazing space the hotel actually is, to the staff!!! This is definitely my number recommendation for anyone visiting Sanya! I have never felt so welcomed by foreigners. The moment I stepped in to the hotel, the staff were ready to help, language barrier did not stop them from providing her 100/10 service! They recommended activities and even took me to the salon and picked me back after! I can go on and on about this place hahah THE BEST HOTEL!! 这家酒店的工作人员让我的体验如此顺利！我感到非常被爱和欢迎！

This is a really lovely hotel! If there's one place I stayed at during my trip which I would like to visit again, it's this one! At first, I ended up in Tianya Town by coincidence. I liked the village and the beach, thought it would be nice to stay there for a few nights later on, so checked if there was a nice-looking hotel available and booked this one. I didn't regret my choice! I love it that the rooms are bright, with a white colour scheme, and cosy. I was a bit worried that it might be noisy at night, but there are no loud bars directly near the hotel and there wasn't much noise from people in other rooms either! It probably helped that I had a corner room at the end of the corridor and facing the village (I found the seaview rooms too expensive and actually think the rooms with village view may be more quiet). The layout of the room was also great, with a small hallway area with bathroom near the door, which means that the bed is sheltered from potential noise in the corridors. The area surrounding the hotel was also perfect for me. Tianya Town has exactly the right mix for me of enough liveliness but without too much noise and partying (earlier on, I also stayed at Houhai which was lovely during the day but so noisy at night. I much prefer Tianya, although admittedly the eastern end of the beach seemed noisier, but that's far away from this hotel). The beach is also lovely: nice view, not too crowded, small cafés (serving coffee, fruit juice, beer, etc.) where you can sit on a beanbag on the beach. It was also a nice touch that the hotel offers a free photo shoot (that's usually not really my thing, but it is a nice way for a solo traveller to get a few photos of myself that aren't selfies). First 3 photos are free. They take more of course, which you can choose to buy for 30 RMB per photo, but it's all very relaxed without pressure to buy more. The room came with a spacious balcony. The only thing I found a pity is that there are no chairs to sit on the balcony (and no chairs in the room either), but I solved it by moving a small cabinet from the room to the balcony, which seemed solid enough to sit on. I definitely recommend this hotel and hope I have a chance to visit again next year.

My Wife and I booked the Wutong Aromatic Hotel for a 4 -night stay during Chinese golden week in October 2024. What we love: 1 .The location is almost right on the beach, and there are many restaurants, food stores and supermarkets with-in walking distance. 2.The rooms and lobby area are super clean and tidy, Free airport-transfer is available. Our flight arrived after 10 pm ,and although we waited an hour for our luggage, the driver waited patiently for us and kept in contact by texting us. The service is absolutely AMAZING.I have to mention the manager, Mr. Ivan who always went the extra mile and always catered to our needs and ensured that we have a comfortable stay. When I sat in the lobby working on my laptop, Ivan kept supplying me with juice and water, free of charge. The bathtub!! I LOVED the bathtub on the balcony, with the AMAZING view over the beach and ocean. The view was STUNNING! We could wake up every morning and see the ocean. What could be improved: No. 1 - The breakfast. The breakfast consists of sausage, egg, a slice of bread (not toasted) and some salad ( cabbage?) And then either juice or milk. I would actually love some bacon, or a choice of either bacon or sausage. Instead of the salad, rather add a hash brown :) You could opt for coffee, but apparently it is charged extra ( However when I did not eat breakfast but ordered coffee only, they never charged me ) No. 2; The fitness room was unavailable at the time. So, Mr. Ivan, please fix the fitness room:) No. 3 Although tea is available in the room, there is no coffee. I strongly recommend the hotel supplies some Nescafe coffee sachets in the rooms as well.

I found a treasure in the last few days of my trip to Sanya😭! Because I had to catch a flight, I chose Tianya Town, which is very close to the airport, and I fell in love with it! ! The hotel I booked was amazing! There was no difference from the pictures on the Internet! The sea-facing room I stayed in was amazing🌊! I was woken up by the sound of waves every day, and the sea was right in front of me when I opened my eyes. Who knows this! ! All the photos I took were atmospheric photos, and the original photos were directly posted on WeChat Moments and people asked about the address! The hotel's breakfast and afternoon tea directly fed my Chinese stomach🥐, and the infinity pool was a holy place for photos! The best thing is that there is free airport pick-up! I am so sad to be able to stay in such a fairy hotel at this price🏨!

The first thing that attracted me to this hotel was the affordable prices compared to other nearby luxury hotels. It was definitely one of the better deals, and you get a very satisfactory stay in return. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, including the front desk staff, bellhops, bartender, cleaning staff, waiters, and various other encountered staff (knowing a little Chinese helps). A staff member kept in contact with me through Wechat with its built-in translation tool, answering any questions, helping with any request, and making sure each day remained a satisfactory experience. I would like to give a special compliment to Zoey, the front desk staff member who was of great assistance; she deserves a promotion! Also, praise to the friendly and hardworking cleaning lady that is assigned to building 3, floor 5 (I don't know her name); she also deserves a bonus! The room itself is cozy, comfortable, and clean. Room service is smooth, it is very convenient to take care of any living necessities, and the pools and beach are a short walk away. There are no complaints that I have in regard to my stay. My biggest highlight is definitely the big bathtub! My only suggestion would be a single foldable lounge chair for the balcony, allowing for a person to lay down outside or for sunbathing, so it is not needed to always go to the public sunbathing areas.

The pretty little lady at the front desk greeted me at the door and helped me with my luggage. She took the initiative to upgrade the room and personally brought me the welcome gift. The fruit was super delicious. Every day when we met, she was super enthusiastic and the service was amazing. The Dyson and Harman Kardon in the room are both first-line brands. The hot water in the bathtub is poured out immediately. When you open the balcony door, you can see the beach. It is very convenient to watch the sunset and sunrise. It really adds a beautiful scenery to the trip. I will book it again next time. I hope the hotel will do better and better and everyone will be happy.

Great service from all staffs, especially 小钟. She’s always friendly and serve with a smile. Room is spacious with all necessary amenities. Even comes with a washing machine. We are lucky that we got assigned to a high floor room with some sea view. There’s a huge construction site beside the hotel but it didn’t affect us as we are not directly facing it. Hotel did provide 3M ear plug daily.
