I specifically booked this apartment for a surfing trip, and it couldn't be closer to the surf camp, which saved so much travel time. The room has a balcony with a great view, and it was so relaxing to feel the sea breeze. The washing machine even has a dryer, so my wetsuit dried super fast – that's such a thoughtful touch. The place was clean with no strange smells, and the staff were really friendly and responsive to all my requests. Overall, a fantastic experience!

An Unforgettable New Year's Stay at Central Coast Sea View Hotel, Sanya We spent four incredible nights at the Central Coast Sea View Hotel in Sanya (December 31 - January 4), and it was the perfect way to ring in the New Year. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. Our room was absolutely awesome (Smart suite)– spacious, beautifully appointed, and offering stunning ocean views that made every morning feel like a treat. The entire hotel experience exceeded our expectations with their consistently high-level service throughout our stay. Special mention must go to Levi from the hotel reception team, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs. The tour service desk also deserves praise for their outstanding assistance in helping us make the most of our time in Sanya. The hotel's location is another major plus – it's conveniently close to numerous shops and the Sanya One Mall, Sanya Bay, making it easy to explore the area and do some shopping whenever we wanted. The hotel's amenities were fantastic. With two pools plus a breathtaking infinity pool. The infinity pool, in particular, provided a mesmerizing experience with its seamless views. The children's play area was wonderful – my daughter absolutely loved it and spent hours enjoying the facilities. This was truly a memorable New Year's celebration, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to create these special family memories. Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect blend of luxury, service, and family-friendly amenities in Sanya.

She not only patiently answered all my questions but also proactively introduced the hotel's high-tech amenities, like the smart robot that effortlessly handles food orders, deliveries, and information inquiries – truly impressive technology! Even more surprising, there's a self-service washer and dryer right next to the room, with complimentary detergent provided. The entire wash and dry cycle only takes two hours, which is incredibly thoughtful for guests staying longer or needing frequent laundry. KK provided service with a constant smile throughout my stay, helping with my luggage upon check-in and even presenting a local specialty gift upon check-out. These small details really highlight their attentiveness. The hotel environment was clean and bright, and the drinks and meals delivered by the robot felt incredibly considerate. From the facilities to the service, every aspect showcased the hotel's professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen! My stay at Atlantis Sanya exceeded my expectations overall. As soon as I arrived, I could feel the strong vacation vibe. The room was clean and tidy, with ample space, and opening the window revealed a beautiful sea view 🌊, instantly putting me at ease. I slept well at night; the environment was relatively quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The Aquaventure Waterpark was a major highlight of this trip. There was a wide variety of rides and attractions, and the pacing was well-organized, ensuring both adults and children had a great time 😄. The Aquarium was also well worth a visit, with diverse exhibits and a peaceful atmosphere. Walking through the underwater tunnel, watching various marine creatures slowly swim by, felt incredibly therapeutic 🐠. I had a few minor requests during my stay, and they were all addressed promptly after communication. The overall experience was smooth, I never felt disturbed, and there was nothing to worry about. The staff were all very friendly, which made the entire vacation much more relaxing. You can easily order from Wallace, McDonald's, Luckin Coffee, and nearby supermarkets. 2. **Shuttle Service**: They offer a mini-bus service to and from the high-speed rail station (limited seating, requires advance booking). 3. **Festive Atmosphere**: The hotel really goes all out for holidays! The Christmas decorations and festive fireworks were beautiful – a huge bonus. 4. **Excellent Front Desk Service**: The front desk staff were very proactive in resolving issues, and calls were always answered. Hotel staff were also enthusiastic about helping with luggage. 5. **Great Location**: Very close to Stone Park and Tonggulun, and taxis are easily accessible. 6. **Friendly Cats**: There are adorable (wild) cats around, very friendly and not aggressive towards people. Cons: 1. **Musty Smell in Room**: The room had a strong musty smell (barely tolerable). 2. **Cleanliness Issues**: The hygiene was just okay. There was mold on the walls and air vents, and the bottom of the bathtub was yellowed with uncleaned hair nearby. 3. **Poor Wi-Fi for Apple Users**: The Wi-Fi was not very friendly for iPhone users; it kept disconnecting or failing to connect, so I mostly relied on mobile data. 4. **Terrible Food**: Although the hotel food portions were large, it was incredibly bad. The Baoluo noodles had absolutely no flavor (not just bland). 5. **Noisy Cats at Night**: The kittens were a bit noisy at night (perhaps hungry or something else). I suggest arranging deworming and neutering for the cats, providing a cat house (please don't kill or drive them away) as part of the hotel's 'cute pets' initiative, maybe even creating a cat cafe. For the price of over 400, this hotel is already quite good and offers great value for money.

Service: Very thoughtful, warm, and meticulous 👍👍👍 Cleanliness: The overall environment is good, clean, and tidy. Facilities: Relatively new, with a novel design. This hotel offers views of both sunrise and sunset. You can capture amazing photos with just a casual shot, giving off a blockbuster feel. The photographer did a great job, and I personally loved it so much that I asked them to take more.

This hotel is incredibly quiet and comfortable, with excellent cleanliness. The breakfast is lavish, and the service is outstanding. Before arrival, a butler added me on WeChat to provide information about the weather, local attractions, and the shuttle bus from the high-speed rail station. On the evening of check-in, the butler called again to ask how my stay was and if I needed anything, which made me feel very well taken care of. The hotel is divided into sections: Ocean Castle, Desert Castle, Glacier Castle, and Forest Castle, each with its own unique character. The kids had a fantastic time at Haihua Island, and staying at the Oubao Hotel while visiting Haihua Island is an excellent choice.

Facilities: This five-star hotel boasts comprehensive and luxurious facilities. The large balcony with a bathtub, lounge chair, and table is a thoughtful touch. The linens are of excellent quality and very comfortable. However, the toiletries could use an upgrade. The breakfast buffet is rich, varied, and delicious, featuring Hainanese specialties. Dishes and drinks are replenished promptly, which is a big plus! 👍 Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy! 👍 Environment: Both the interior and exterior environments are excellent! It really has a holiday vibe. The hotel offers very convenient and close access to the beach and seawall, and it's clean and not crowded. Service: The front desk and housekeeping staff are well-trained. They actively greet guests and respond to guest requests promptly and proactively. A huge thumbs up! 👍

The service was truly excellent. From the doormen to the front desk receptionists, the staff at the buffet restaurant and executive lounge, and even the head of housekeeping, everyone had an incredibly good service attitude. They were truly able to meet guests' needs and solve problems. Communication with the staff was also very smooth. The housekeeping staff were also great; they cleaned the room spotlessly and would proactively ask when would be a good time to clean, which they always did promptly. However, there was one minor dissatisfaction: I personally felt that the Executive Room type was a bit small. That said, the bathroom was very large, with a wet/dry separation, a bathtub where you could soak while enjoying the night view, and two sinks. The bathroom itself was very spacious. Overall, it was quite good. However, it seems the twin beds in the Executive Room had different sizes (the first room we stayed in had an AC problem but the beds were larger; after switching rooms, the AC worked great but the beds were smaller). I hope all twin beds can be 1.35 meters wide. The outdoor pool and the outdoor heated hot spring (39-40 degrees Celsius) were both excellent, and they even had peacocks! Overall, I was very satisfied. It's a great place for a relaxing getaway, and I'll bring my parents next time. Getting a taxi was also very convenient.

The moment I stepped onto Phoenix Island, Sanya’s iconic island experience, my expectations soared! The five iconic crescent-shaped buildings are stunning, and the island's exclusive shuttle service is always on call. Just across a bridge is the bustling city center, making it incredibly convenient to visit the First Market and Jiefang Road Pedestrian Street. Popular attractions like Coconut Dream Corridor and Luhuitou are also close by, so getting around is no problem at all. Even more delightful, the front desk attendant, Helen, thoughtfully upgraded my booked 55sqm sea-view room directly to a 120sqm sea-view family suite! Opening the window revealed an endless ocean vista. I woke up to the gentle sea breeze in the mornings and enjoyed the golden sunset and colorful clouds from the balcony in the evenings. Even while bathing, I could catch glimpses of the shimmering sea. The Villeroy & Boch bathroom fixtures in the room were exceptionally high quality, showcasing luxury in every detail – my impression was instantly elevated. Sky Lounge on the 33rd floor is also a must-visit spot. The 360-degree floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the magnificent sea and sky. In the afternoon, I enjoyed a delicate afternoon tea, with the sea breeze carrying the scent of coconuts. In the evening, I sipped cocktails to the melodious tunes of the live band – the atmosphere was incredibly romantic and relaxing. From the warm welcome at check-in to the meticulous cleaning by the housekeeping staff, the entire service was thoughtful and professional. It's truly a quality hotel that has hosted guests for the CCTV Spring Festival Gala and Miss World contestants. Here, the poetic beauty of the stars and sea perfectly blends with the vibrant local life. Whether for a romantic honeymoon, a family trip with children, or a family gathering, everyone can create unforgettable memories. I'm already eagerly anticipating my next visit!
