Overall, the experience was fantastic. **Facilities:** The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with a swimming pool, spa, and everything else you could need, including a kids' club. One thoughtful aspect of the hotel is how clearly it separates families with children from those without. Building A primarily hosts families with kids, while Building C typically has very few children. **Cleanliness:** Clean and tidy. **Environment:** Incredible sea view room, and the view from the higher floors is even more enjoyable.

I've visited Sanya many times, and if you're not planning on swimming in the ocean, Atlantis Sanya in Haitang Bay is the perfect choice. The waves in Haitang Bay are strong and there are rip currents, so swimming in the sea isn't allowed. However, the hotel offers a waterpark, aquarium, C Show, dolphin encounters, and sea turtle encounters, ensuring your schedule is packed every day. The C Show is complimentary for two during your stay, and all other activities offer unlimited access. Plus, our room came with a butler, Xiaoma, who was always available to help with any issues 👍. During our stay, I lost my ID at the waterpark, and a staff member named Ken found it and contacted me immediately to return it 👍. The hotel has two breakfast restaurants, and the breakfast here is much better than all the hotels in Yalong Bay 👍. All rooms have sea views with an open panorama facing Wuzhizhou Island. The biggest advantage is the high floors, which make swimsuits dry quickly 👍. I love swimming and playing in the water, so I always bring at least two swimsuits. Here, my swimsuit dried in just 30 minutes 👍! Next time, I'll try staying in a Royal Club room...

This is a courtyard-style hotel, beautifully situated halfway up the mountain. Robert checked us in with excellent and incredibly patient service, explaining all the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. I was extremely pleased with the room upon entering; it was wonderfully cool and comfortable because the air conditioning had been turned on in advance. The room was also very spacious, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Any service we needed was promptly delivered by staff, and even our takeaways were brought to the room by a robot! The hotel felt very safe and secure. I saw a swimming pool below my room, but unfortunately, my itinerary was too packed to enjoy it. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

The best hotels in Wenchang are Hilton and Wyndham, and I've had a good stay at Wyndham before. This time I chose Hilton because it's close to the beach. Concierge: Good, there was someone to meet us. Lobby: Grand, but it would be better if the air conditioning were colder; Hainan Island has been too hot this year. Room: We had a themed room. I suggest using rooms with better views for themed rooms in the future, as the view from our themed room was just average compared to a standard room. Pool: Clean and hygienic. You need to register to use it, and the lifeguards are very dedicated, not slacking off at all. They were constantly moving around, watching the children in the water. Breakfast: Tasted good. Environment: Lots of aerospace models and popular science articles, which creates a great atmosphere. It's very close to the beach, and you can see the launchpad when you look out.

Dining with a sea view on the 34th floor offers an amazing panorama, and the variety of food is pretty good too. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly polite and made check-in a very pleasant experience with their warm greetings and helpfulness. The hotel is in a prime location on Binhai Avenue, within walking distance to MixC and Friendship Sunshine City, and only a ten-minute drive to Qilou Old Street and Cloud Library. It's excellent value for money; if you're coming to Haikou, you can't go wrong with this place.

Pros: + close to Haikou Meilan Airport + free shuttle bus to the airport (booking needed) + free laundry amenities + hotel breakfast (at Orange Hotel next door) + helpful staff who do try their best to work with what they have Cons: - severely understaffed (only 1 person working at the counter, no bellhops) so check-in was slow in large groups - ageing facilities - sad gym area that doubles as sauna from the heat - in-hotel restaurant and cafe was closed - no aircon in lobby and most spaces - greenhouse effect from glass and heat made everywhere stuffy during daytime - dusty aircon in room, needs servicing protip: as it is scorching in Haikou, please request an extra aircon card from them when you check-in, so you can keep the aircon working to cool the room while you are away. you get what you paid for, but it works!

I've only experienced this level of butler-like service when staying at B&Bs, but Jenny at Huacai truly provided a personal concierge experience. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive! 💗 The complimentary travel photoshoot offered by the hotel was also excellent. First, the photographer's skill was top-notch; I was initially worried I wouldn't like any of the shots, but they turned out really well! Second, the two ladies at the studio were incredibly professional and provided great service, with no hard selling and clear, reasonable pricing. Experiencing the photoshoot on our last day before check-out was the perfect way to conclude our wonderful trip to Huacai.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. Every staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and professional. A special mention goes to the team at the Langham Club on Level 42 and the bar on Level 43. In particular, Amber was exceptionally hospitable throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to accommodate my special requests and ensure I felt well taken care of. I am also incredibly grateful to Kevin, the intern at Level 1, who was an absolute lifesaver. He assisted me with my Taobao parcels, helped with my luggage, and even helped me make restaurant reservations when I was unable to do so without a local phone number. His willingness to help and positive attitude made a significant difference to my stay. So grateful to meet these friends during my stay in Langham Haikou. The genuine hospitality and attentiveness shown by the team truly made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Thank you all for making my stay such a memorable one.

We chose InterContinental Sanya Haitang Bay Resort for our anniversary during the Dragon Boat Festival, and our entire trip was absolutely amazing! 🥳 First, the hotel environment: the resort has an incredible atmosphere, nestled between mountains and the sea. Every photo we took looked like it belonged in a magazine. It felt so serene and relaxing, truly a perfect getaway. Now for the main highlight: I can't recommend our incredible butler, Dora, enough! 🥰 She was incredibly thoughtful and warm. She proactively upgraded us to a sea-view room, and the moment we opened the door, we were stunned. The endless ocean stretched out before us – the view was absolutely breathtaking. Upon learning it was our anniversary, she secretly decorated our room in advance, adding so much special touch. It was a completely unexpected and delightful surprise. She was always prompt in responding and thought of every single detail. Her attention to detail was exceptional. With the stunning scenery combined with Dora's incredibly attentive and personalized service, we had an unforgettable time. If you're coming to Sanya for a vacation, don't hesitate to book this place. And when we return, we'll definitely be looking for Dora again!

In the evening, sitting by the window watching the sea, enjoying a cozy moment by the bathtub, with coconut trees, white tents, and beach umbrellas outside. The sound of waves mixed with the evening breeze felt like stepping into a holiday scene from a movie. The old pottery jar was brimming with pink flowers, and tall palm trees provided ample shade. Posing for photos with the sea as a backdrop, my straw hat and green backpack instantly created that 'island vibe' in every shot. The beach was equally stunning: crystal-clear water, soft golden sand, and small fishing boats gently beached. In the distance, a few fishing figures dotted the horizon. Walking barefoot on the sand, watching the clouds drift by, all my worries were swept away by the sea breeze. From the meticulous landscape design and the romantic sea views from the room, to the relaxed beach terrace, this guesthouse truly embodied the 'island dream' in every single detail. Staying here, I finally understood what it means to 'live life poetically and give your holiday back to the sea.' Coming here during my pregnancy, with convenient pick-up and drop-off, was incredibly helpful!
