The apartment has excellent soundproofing, so after a day of activities, it's incredibly quiet for a good rest. The bedding is super soft and comfortable, ensuring a really solid sleep. The room's screen mirroring and high-speed WiFi are both fantastic. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and there's stable 24-hour hot water. It's perfectly suited for both traveling with friends and solo trips!
Five-star review! The free room upgrade at Sanya Tiancheng Hotel was such a delightful surprise ✨
Choosing Sanya Tiancheng Hotel for this trip to Sanya was definitely the right decision! I had only booked a basic sea-view room, but upon check-in, I was informed of a complimentary upgrade to a larger room. It was such a pleasant, unexpected bonus that truly made me happy and satisfied.
The upgraded room was incredibly spacious and featured its own private ocean-view balcony. Opening the window revealed stunning panoramic views of the clear blue sea and the iconic Phoenix Island – the scenery was absolutely breathtaking! The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. It even came equipped with a washing machine and refrigerator, which added to the convenience of the stay. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the city center. It's just a short walk to the beach, and shopping districts and food streets are all nearby, making dining, shopping, and getting around incredibly easy. Plus, there's free parking for those who drive.
While it doesn't offer an excessive array of complex services, the core experience was truly excellent, and the room upgrade alone made it incredibly worthwhile – fantastic value for money! I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit to Sanya, and I've already recommended it to my friends~

This stay was absolutely perfect! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, KK at the front desk greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm. She not only patiently answered all my questions but also proactively introduced the hotel's high-tech amenities, like the smart robot that effortlessly handles food orders, deliveries, and information inquiries – truly impressive technology! Even more surprising, there's a self-service washer and dryer right next to the room, with complimentary detergent provided. The entire wash and dry cycle only takes two hours, which is incredibly thoughtful for guests staying longer or needing frequent laundry.
KK provided service with a constant smile throughout my stay, helping with my luggage upon check-in and even presenting a local specialty gift upon check-out. These small details really highlight their attentiveness. The hotel environment was clean and bright, and the drinks and meals delivered by the robot felt incredibly considerate. From the facilities to the service, every aspect showcased the hotel's professionalism and sincerity. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for efficiency combined with a personal touch!

Atlantis Sanya is a highly popular resort hotel, and here's a summary of various reviews:
**Pros**
* **Rich Facilities**: The hotel boasts extensive entertainment facilities like the Aquaventure Waterpark and The Lost Chambers Aquarium, making it ideal for families with children and a perfect spot for a family vacation. The thrilling slides at the waterpark and the clean, well-maintained pools are a highlight, and the underwater scenery at the aquarium is truly stunning.
* **Excellent Service**: A huge thank you to the 'Little Octopus' butler service at Atlantis Sanya – it truly exceeded expectations! From proactively contacting us to confirm flight details before check-in to guiding us through the entire process upon arrival, we didn't have to worry about a thing. During our stay, I casually mentioned wanting to know more about the beluga interaction, and the butler immediately compiled the schedule and best viewing spots for me. Every day when we returned to our room, there was a pleasant surprise: a 'goodnight' dessert by the bed and the balcony loungers thoughtfully adjusted. This kind of subtle, attentive service really made our vacation experience exceptional! 💯
* **Beautiful Scenery**: The hotel is nestled along the magnificent South China Sea coastline. Ocean-view rooms offer expansive vistas, and higher-floor rooms provide captivating sea views, offering a visual treat.
* **Diverse Dining**: The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety of options and authentic flavors, receiving many positive reviews from guests. Additionally, the hotel features several specialty restaurants, catering to the diverse culinary preferences of its guests.
**Cons**
* **Poor Soundproofing**: The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. Rooms near corridors, elevators, or the waterpark might experience noise from people walking, talking, or the sounds of the amusement facilities.
Finally, I'd like to thank the staff at the Aquaventure Waterpark, specifically a shout-out to the amazing Tony! My child lost their glasses in the pool and was very upset. Tony, our 'retrieval hero,' spent ages searching in the water and helped us find them. What incredible service! For anyone visiting, definitely look out for Tony! 👍

Pros:
1. **Convenient Takeaway**: There's a dedicated takeaway locker. You can easily order from Wallace, McDonald's, Luckin Coffee, and nearby supermarkets.
2. **Shuttle Service**: They offer a mini-bus service to and from the high-speed rail station (limited seating, requires advance booking).
3. **Festive Atmosphere**: The hotel really goes all out for holidays! The Christmas decorations and festive fireworks were beautiful – a huge bonus.
4. **Excellent Front Desk Service**: The front desk staff were very proactive in resolving issues, and calls were always answered. Hotel staff were also enthusiastic about helping with luggage.
5. **Great Location**: Very close to Stone Park and Tonggulun, and taxis are easily accessible.
6. **Friendly Cats**: There are adorable (wild) cats around, very friendly and not aggressive towards people.
Cons:
1. **Musty Smell in Room**: The room had a strong musty smell (barely tolerable).
2. **Cleanliness Issues**: The hygiene was just okay. There was mold on the walls and air vents, and the bottom of the bathtub was yellowed with uncleaned hair nearby.
3. **Poor Wi-Fi for Apple Users**: The Wi-Fi was not very friendly for iPhone users; it kept disconnecting or failing to connect, so I mostly relied on mobile data.
4. **Terrible Food**: Although the hotel food portions were large, it was incredibly bad. The Baoluo noodles had absolutely no flavor (not just bland).
5. **Noisy Cats at Night**: The kittens were a bit noisy at night (perhaps hungry or something else). I suggest arranging deworming and neutering for the cats, providing a cat house (please don't kill or drive them away) as part of the hotel's 'cute pets' initiative, maybe even creating a cat cafe.
For the price of over 400, this hotel is already quite good and offers great value for money.

An ideal vacation that far exceeded my expectations. The hotel boasts a uniquely tranquil sea view environment, and the service feels as warm as reuniting with old friends. The room is spacious and bright, with smart amenities that make everything easy and convenient. The cleanliness standards are exceptionally high. Staying here, every moment was leisurely and relaxing, allowing my mind and body to completely unwind.

We've visited Hainan Flower Island many times and stayed on Island 1 countless times, but never chose the Oubao Hotel before. This was mainly due to a negative breakfast video from several years ago that influenced our decision. However, for various reasons, we decided to stay at the Oubao Hotel this time, and our experience was unexpectedly perfect!
Firstly, the butler service was incredibly attentive. They constantly checked in on our needs, reminded us of important details, and informed us about island activities. They truly lived up to the 'caring butler' title, and we felt wonderfully looked after.
Secondly, the breakfast arrangements were very well-planned, effectively avoiding the crowds that usually come with a large number of guests. Thumbs up! 👍 We will definitely choose to stay at the Oubao Hotel again on our next visit to Hainan Flower Island.

Facilities: This five-star hotel boasts comprehensive and luxurious facilities. The large balcony with a bathtub, lounge chair, and table is a thoughtful touch. The linens are of excellent quality and very comfortable. However, the toiletries could use an upgrade. The breakfast buffet is rich, varied, and delicious, featuring Hainanese specialties. Dishes and drinks are replenished promptly, which is a big plus! 👍
Cleanliness: Very clean and tidy! 👍
Environment: Both the interior and exterior environments are excellent! It really has a holiday vibe. The hotel offers very convenient and close access to the beach and seawall, and it's clean and not crowded.
Service: The front desk and housekeeping staff are well-trained. They actively greet guests and respond to guest requests promptly and proactively. A huge thumbs up! 👍

We had two separate bookings, but Jenny thoughtfully arranged for our rooms to be on the same floor after checking our reservations, which made our trip much more convenient. The hotel environment is very comfortable, and the rooms are clean and tidy – a great experience overall. There's even a small gate from the hotel that leads directly to the HCC mall next door, so it's just a 5-minute walk.

We stayed at this resort recently and while the property itself is beautiful, our experience with service and communication was disappointing.
From the very beginning, the front desk communication was poor. Even with a translator device, there was little warmth, courtesy, or effort to make us feel welcome. Given that we do not speak Chinese, language became a major barrier. We were not informed how best to contact the hotel for requests, and when we tried calling room service and reception several times, the calls were disconnected due to communication difficulties.
Eventually, I had to go down to the front desk to express my frustration. At that point, one staff member, Xiao Jiang, kindly shared her WeChat and personally helped us with our requests. I sincerely thank her for her support and professionalism.
At checkout, one room key was temporarily misplaced, and the front desk insisted we pay 50 yuan for the lost card. They made a big issue out of it, even though such matters are usually handled with courtesy. Thankfully, we found the card in time. This incident was not about the money, but about attitude and hospitality, which were lacking.
That said, the hotel has a fantastic location, beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and an excellent breakfast. I would still recommend this resort to friends and family for the property itself. However, I strongly suggest the hotel improve its approach to language support and guest communication. Even small improvements in courtesy and communication can make a big difference for international guests.
For this reason, I am giving three stars for service and communication, while the location, rooms, views, and facilities deserve five stars.

CChaseCaicaiThe Eagle's Nest, their top-selling room, is a must-try! We stayed in room 2001, and the view was incredible, right by the Heavenly Lake. You can even see the 'trial marriage' room (not a show flat) at 9999 from a distance. The room layout was exactly as pictured online. To sum up, the Swan Suite is the closest to the restaurant, so it's a quick walk to eat. The Cloud Roc suites are at the highest elevation, but they're guest rooms, so they're not as popular. Other room types are spread across different peaks. The hotel is 3km from Yalong Bay Night Market and Baihua Night Market. The Liupan Night Market at the foot of the mountain is also quite affordable. A big thank you to Manager Sun for specially arranging a fruit platter for us!
GGuest UserThe Grand Hotel was the first hotel we stayed at as a family, and it was a great choice. The location is lively, the price was right, and it even has a heated children's pool. The room wasn't small and had a bathtub.
I knew the hotel was a bit older, but the service was exceptional. Before we even checked in, Gina from guest services added me on WeChat, asked about our needs, and even upgraded our room. Throughout our stay, any requests were handled promptly. We had a small hiccup on the first night, but it was resolved quickly, and they even extended our check-out and provided a hotel car to take us to our next accommodation. The room itself was also lovely. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.
MM450871****I didn't have high expectations, I just wanted to stay close to CDF (China Duty Free) for convenience, but it completely exceeded them!
1. **Attentive Butler and Service:** The butler contacted me a day before check-in to inform me about various benefits, including the hotel's CDF discount coupons and hotel activities – it was all very comprehensive. And when I needed something during my stay, they genuinely helped, which was fantastic, haha.
2. **Excellent Public Areas and Views:** The public areas are huge, but consequently, it's a bit far from the beach, unlike Yalong Bay. There are tons of activities for kids (the butler will tell you), and we even saw coconut harvesting. For adults, there's a heated pool. Plus, the little train and shuttle bus in the public areas are all free – a dig at Marriott which charges 50 RMB per person for theirs...
Picture one shows the view from the sea-view room; picture two shows the view from the other side, which is more ordinary. However, most room types are sea-view, and waking up to the ocean is really nice.
3. **Amazing Breakfast:** Mainly a lot of hot food, and special local breakfast dishes, which were delicious. The variety of juices was super impressive!
4. **Spacious Room, Comfortable Facilities:** The hotel is a bit old, but it's very well-maintained and doesn't feel run-down. The bed is extra large and can sleep three people. The special slippers, towels, bathrobes, and toothbrushes for kids were very thoughtful. They even provided mosquito repellent for kids to take outside. The hairdryer is Dyson, and the toiletries are a full set of Byredo. The bathtub is huge and located on the balcony – bathing while listening to the sound of the waves is truly delightful!
5. **200m Walk to CDF:** You don't even need to drive out of the hotel; no need to worry about parking. You can just shop whenever you feel like it, haha.
The downside is that a hotel under construction next door blocks the sea view on one side, and there's construction noise. However, the soundproofing is decent enough that it didn't affect our sleep.
Ccandyrabbit0427This is a great family-friendly hotel, though perhaps not ideal for couples. The absolute highlight is the enormous, heated swimming pool, perfect for kids and seniors, especially in winter. They even have fantastic massage chairs by the pool, which is a big step up from some of the broken ones you find at places like the Ritz. 😄 There's also a smaller pool with a bubble slide, which is a hit with school-aged children and us 'adult children' alike! 😆
The Chinese food at the executive lounge is the best I've ever had, though the Western options were a bit underwhelming. However, kids aren't usually too picky about taste; they just love the colorful variety, so I'd still recommend it. I didn't try the BBQ buffet, but it sounds like it could be good, and they even have a fire show. Haitang Bay itself doesn't really have a swimmable beach 🏖️ the waves are too big, and you won't find many people in the water.
There are only three executive twin rooms on the seventh floor, and they're all at the very ends of the hallway. I'd advise against picking one, but even though mine was at the end, I could still see some of the ocean, so I was personally happy with it. The overall room decor is very similar to the Ritz, and I personally didn't find it dated at all – much better than the InterContinental at Banshan半島.
If you're traveling during the off-season, I highly recommend bringing your kids. Peak season gets expensive and incredibly crowded with children 👶🏻 so I wouldn't recommend it then. However, the advantage of the heated pool might be lost during off-season, so it's a trade-off. It's also great value for money given its proximity to the duty-free shop. That's all my rambling for now! 😘

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is indeed quite old; you can tell by the facilities and overall environment that it's dated. The front desk service was excellent, but the restaurant service was absolutely awful. The waitresses in the restaurant either couldn't understand what I was saying or deliberately ignored me. You'd ask a question, wait 10 seconds, and then they'd mumble a few words in a tiny voice. I didn't even need service, just a simple answer to my question.
GGuest UserI booked the room through Trip.com, and as a Platinum member, I didn't get any member benefits. The service staff I encountered earlier were all very indifferent until the butler Didan showed up, and then I finally experienced the Marriott quality (FYI: Didan is a girl 😂). When I checked in, I reserved dinner for the next day, but when we arrived, there was no record of our reservation, which meant we couldn't get our preferred seating. Didan helped us try to coordinate a table change, but we had to leave soon so we didn't end up switching. The front desk didn't offer any explanation either. Breakfast butler Allen provided excellent service during breakfast; he noticed our baby wasn't eating well and even offered to pack some bread for the baby to take with us when we checked out.

GGuest UserJoyful Camp Kids' Play Area and Water Park: The staff at the indoor kids' play area were incredibly friendly and approachable, much more so than at many professional children's playgrounds. Although the outdoor kids' play area was a bit chilly (despite being advertised as constant temperature, it wasn't too bad), my child had a great time.
Heated Pool: The temperature was perfect. At other hotels, I've often felt the pools weren't even 28 degrees, and my child would get cold. Here, it was just right. The Lakeside Western Restaurant is right next to it, and it offers good value for money. We ordered lunch by the pool, and for 400 yuan, there was so much food my child couldn't even finish it.
The breakfast was also plentiful, and the room was spacious enough, though the bed was a bit too soft.
The service was the biggest highlight! It made up for any shortcomings. Although check-in took quite a while, their attitude was so good and sincere that I really had nothing to complain about. Overall, the value for money is still quite good. Those who love the sight of a large lawn and the sea from the lobby might find the public area design a bit unconventional. All in all, I'd give it five stars!

I've been sending my parents here for their vacation and to celebrate their birthdays for several years now, and they're always very satisfied. The hotel's service is consistently excellent; they even arranged a birthday cake for them. The breakfast is also very rich. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. Very satisfied!
