A concierge reached out beforehand to help with a quick and efficient check-in, and they were incredibly friendly. The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a really restful sleep. All the bathroom amenities were provided, water pressure was stable, and there was plenty of hot water – the attention to detail was excellent. The public areas were elegant and quiet, not noisy at all, and the overall cleanliness was superb. The hotel facilities are very well-maintained, and it offers fantastic value for money. It's perfect whether you're traveling for business or leisure; you'll have a comfortable and worry-free stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town, and I truly recommend it to everyone!

It's really good. In fact, its service has surpassed the price. The hotel is super big, the room is also big and clean, with a bathtub, the breakfast has a lot of variety, and the environment is particularly good. What I like most is the service, opening the car door, taking the luggage and delivering things, and the housekeeper added me to solve problems at any time.

Just downstairs was a pedestrian street, with direct metro and bus access within a 5-minute walk. Plus, there's free parking for those driving – incredibly convenient for getting around. The bedding was just the right firmness, and breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western. They even had afternoon tea with exquisite desserts and drinks. The robot food delivery was fast and adorable, saving us the hassle of running errands and making our stay completely stress-free. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive: a 24-hour gym with equipment, and a laundry room equipped with dryers and detergent – super practical for long trips. From check-in at the front desk to responding to our requests, the staff were consistently warm, enthusiastic, and efficient, making the entire experience truly exceptional. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit!

My stay this time was great! The lady at the front desk was so helpful during check-in, and she even offered a complimentary room upgrade, which gave me better lighting and a nicer view. The hotel is well located, near to shopping mall and restaurants. The room was comfortable, big, tidy and clean. There was a washing machine at the room and soap was available for free. So convinient to wash the clothes. Breakfast with a lot of options, everything tasty. Staff really kind. Bottles of water were also included for free, for each day. Highly recommend this hotel.

I kept hearing about the new Lanxi opening and wanted to check it out, but it turns out I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up. **Location:** It's in Phase 10, not in the main resort area. It takes about 30 minutes to walk there from the beach. **Parking:** There aren't many parking spots next to the hotel, and the signs are unclear. I had to drive all the way around to get to the lobby, only to find out later that I could have just walked through the Sea Restaurant. **Note⚠️:** You *can* drive to the main resort area, but it's not free!!! **[No one informed me of this during check-in.]** **Room & Environment:** The sea view was decent. However, there were mold spots on the walls in the room, and the balcony door was broken; it needed an engineer to fix it. The fixed showerhead in the bathroom sprayed water in various directions, and the water pressure was low. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear the strong sea breeze outside in the middle of the night and even the sound of toilets flushing in surrounding rooms. **Shuttle Bus:** To go from the hotel to the main resort area, just wait for the bus at the hotel entrance. To return to the hotel from the main resort area, you need to contact your butler to arrange a car. **Sea Restaurant:** This was the only restaurant available near the hotel. The cashier lady's service was good. The overall food quality was not good and couldn't compare to the restaurants in the main resort area. I saw a restaurant manager (perhaps) asking for feedback from diners. I thought they would ask everyone (there weren't many tables occupied at the time), but they clearly only asked the property owners. Perhaps the opinions of hotel guests aren't considered important. **Conclusion:** For this price point, if you want a sea view, stay at Club Med. If you want convenience, stay at Anlan. You can even park for free in the main resort area. This place truly isn't good value for money.

Ladies, if you're looking for a travel photoshoot, head straight to Musen! Their value for money is great, the service is excellent, and their photography skills are top-notch. They perfectly captured the wonderful ambiance of my trip, turning those beautiful moments into everlasting memories – I'm so thrilled! My stay at the Marriott was already fantastic, and the photoshoot was just the icing on the cake. I'll definitely be back to shoot with them next time I visit [grinning face emoji]. The hotel is also close to the beach, and it's quiet and uncrowded during the off-season, making it perfect for a getaway.

Overall, the Shangri-La in Qinhuangdao is definitely worth a vacation! ⛱️ 1️⃣ The hotel management is very professional and the service level is high. Although there was a bit of a queue when checking in on the first day, someone immediately helped with our luggage as soon as we entered. The management even directed guests to the 23rd floor for check-in when they saw the long queues. 2️⃣ The cleanliness is impeccable. Before check-in, a manager even performs a hygiene inspection. The bedding and pillows are incredibly comfortable; I practically fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow. 3️⃣ The five-star standard is truly impressive. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, and the desserts and dinner at the executive lounge are very thoughtfully prepared. Turndown service is also available. The swimming pool water is crystal clear and maintained at 28 degrees Celsius. We barely left the hotel during our entire holiday. 4️⃣ The hotel has a beautiful garden, and with just a card swipe, you're right on the beach where you can feed seagulls. 5️⃣ The soundproofing is excellent. We stayed in the room closest to the elevator and were initially worried about noise, but we couldn't hear a thing.

During the May Day holiday, we stayed at Cuipingshan Guest House and happened to catch the hotel's treasure hunt. During the treasure hunt, the children got to know many plants in the park and had a lot of fun. Every service staff we met was very enthusiastic, especially the staff in Building 9 who saw that we brought our children with them. They took the initiative to send us a few more bottles of water, fruits and yogurt every day, which was very considerate. The hotel environment is very beautiful, and it is very quiet even during the May Day holiday. I will come again in the future.
