"My stay at Jinshi International was absolutely perfect! I especially want to highlight the buffet breakfast and the free shuttle service. The breakfast had a great variety, blending both Chinese and Western options. The local donkey meat pancake and lamb intestine soup were authentic, and they even had low-fat whole grains and fresh-cut fruits and vegetables, so I could eat healthily even while on a diet. The dishes were refilled promptly and were clean and fresh. I pre-booked the shuttle to the high-speed rail station, and the driver was waiting on time, actively helping with my luggage. It saved me both hassle and money getting to and from the station. The room was clean, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous. All my travel and dining needs were well taken care of. This is my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Cangzhou."

"Five-star rating for Handan Jinshan Hotel! A super hassle-free stay. Staying at Jinshan Hotel in Handan this time truly exceeded my expectations! The environment is fantastic; the hotel is nestled in a quiet spot despite being downtown, with an elegant courtyard. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a truly restful sleep. Breakfast was incredibly rich! Both Chinese and Western options were available, with hot dishes, cold dishes, congee, noodles, fruits, and desserts – everything you could want. You could even find local specialties. The choices were abundant, and I ate until I was completely satisfied. Dining was super convenient! The hotel has its own restaurant, and if you order at lunchtime, the food can be delivered directly to your room. The taste was great, and delivery was fast – perfect for lazy guests or business travelers. There's a large, independent parking lot with plenty of free spaces, so parking is never a concern. The service was attentive throughout! The front desk staff were warm and efficient, responding quickly to requests and paying attention to details, making me feel right at home. Great environment, excellent breakfast, convenient dining, easy parking, and impeccable service – the value for money is off the charts! This is a must-stay when you're in Handan. "I arrived at the front desk at 1 PM, but the hotel said they couldn't process an early check-in and I'd have to wait until the room was cleaned. This meant I couldn't use any of the other amenities included in my hotel booking. The front desk at Huanhuo Hotel was incredibly chaotic, with individual guests and tour groups mixed together and no staff to direct them. The first time we tried to check in, there was only one employee handling check-ins while a long queue formed, and three employees were standing at the check-out counter. It wasn't until we threatened to complain that a gentleman finally stepped in to resolve the issue. After checking in, I found hair on the sink and stains on the duvet, which might have been minor oversights due to a rushed cleaning. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was extremely low. Considering the overall service quality of the hotel, we decided to tolerate it rather than contact the hotel again. Overall, the stay wasn't good value for money. Only a quarter of the shops in the commercial street downstairs were open, so we had to go to the town for meals. License plate registration for parking was manual and not very smart; we were stopped by security twice upon entering and exiting, but thankfully they let us through after we showed our hotel booking.
