We had free costume dressing from hotel, gdscent capsule laundry and my baby girl experienced her first snow in dalian too 13/12! We love snowy in Dalian! Downstairs of Zhongjie Palace Hotel is Zhongjie Pedestrian Street. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Palace University. It is very convenient. There are large shopping malls around, and it is very convenient to eat and shop. The observation deck on the 26th floor can see the night view of the Palace Museum. The free underground parking lot is very good. Well, mineral water is unlimited, and it is particularly convenient to drink without restrictions.The cost performance is relatively high, and I will come to the 26th floor again if I have the opportunity.There is also a large shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. This was my first stay and I was extremely satisfied. I've stayed at Ibis many times, and it's always great. The service attitude is super good, and the front desk staff are lovely. The hotel's location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find great food. It's really close to all the attractions. The room was very clean, and the environment was comfortable and cozy. The bedding was spotless. You can even store your luggage after checking out. All in all, I was very happy with my stay and highly recommend it!

This hotel is a landmark in Dalian, very close to Xinghai Square, and within walking distance. The hotel also provides a shuttle service between the hotel and the foot of the mountain. Our butler, Dansey, added me on WeChat a day in advance to ask about our arrival time and any room preferences. She even upgraded our room. After we checked in, Dansey noticed my child was interested in the desserts at the lobby bar, so she sent some up to our room, which made the child very happy. The room has a certain vintage feel to it, but it's the kind of old that's charming, not run-down. It's increasingly embracing that sense of history, much like European hotels that have been around for decades or even centuries. The view of Xinghai Square from the hotel window is absolutely beautiful. As Marriott members, we received complimentary breakfast for the children, and the breakfast spread was quite generous. The decor was modern and cozy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep; the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and plenty of hot water. 🤝 Attentive Service: Check-in at the front desk was efficient and friendly, and every staff member had a smile on their face. Housekeeping was prompt, and the mini-bar was restocked in a timely manner. A special thanks to the front desk for their warm welcome and check-in introduction, it made us feel right at home. Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations, and the value for money is exceptional! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure!

I stayed here for a business trip, and the facilities were quite comprehensive, with everything you could need. There's also a small lounge downstairs, which was very pleasant for chatting with friends. The environment was excellent, always playing soothing music that was very refreshing. The location is also fantastic, very close to the subway station and conveniently located near Laobeishi and Shenyang Zhongjie. The room hygiene was very good, and the housekeeping staff were all very kind and handled any issues well. The front desk service made me feel right at home, very thoughtful and anticipating all needs. It was excellent, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm here for business. It's fantastic! And with Christmas just around the corner, the atmosphere is wonderful. As soon as you walk in, you feel the festive spirit.

Secondly, it was to help my daughter de-stress before she transitions from primary to junior high, as she's about to step into the demanding arena of life. **Reason for choosing this place:** We picked Guan Shan Lake Xikang Yunshe because its online photos were simply breathtaking – showcasing stunning scenery, lush greenery, magnificent views, and picturesque beauty that truly captivated me and made me want to experience it firsthand. (Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.) **First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.) Let me discuss the facilities, hygiene, environment, service, unique hot springs, and buffet breakfast all at once: * **Facilities:** Among all hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, these are personally the most satisfactory and my favorite. * **Hygiene:** There's still room for improvement. I admit I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness; my husband, whose pocket money has been depleted by my pickiness, can attest to that. * **Environment:** The advantages here are self-evident: blessed with unique green mountains, clear waters, and swirling mist. There's simply no room for me to find fault, and I suspect the people of Benxi wouldn't allow it anyway! * **Service:** I deliberately tried to count the staff members I encountered: two doormen, four charming front desk staff, a villa driver, a room cleaning attendant, kitchen/delivery personnel, staff in the hot spring area, and dining areas... Oh, never mind, I confess my math isn't good enough to count them all. In short, every staff member I met was patient, caring, and dedicated. Their service was perfectly balanced, attentive without being overly enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel management behind the scenes certainly deserves a grand commendation. * **Unique Hot Springs:** Both my mom and daughter had a wonderful time soaking. My daughter was thrilled because there was unlimited ice cream available, which she could openly and freely enjoy – something I don't usually permit at home. My mom, in turn, was happy seeing her daughter so joyful. Given that the ice cream was actually quite high-quality, I even broke my own rule and indulged in quite a bit. It wasn't just about taking advantage of something free; it was more about not wanting to be a hypocrite with one rule for them and another for me. There were also plenty of unlimited fruits and snacks, perfect for quenching thirst and cooling down. * **Buffet Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety. I prefer strong flavors in the morning and enjoyed a generous amount of boiled shrimp, baked beans in tomato sauce, Italian beef brisket, bacon, and homemade yogurt. For those who prefer lighter options, the traditional Chinese breakfast choices were truly dazzling. **A Side Note:** At 4:27 AM, I leaned by the hot spring pool in my room. The water temperature was 37.2 degrees Celsius, exactly half a degree higher than my body temperature – just enough to help my tense nerves loosen their first button. True enjoyment, I realized, is found in places where even time seems to slow down. At that moment, I gazed at the mist still lingering over the distant mountains and fields outside my window, then slowly closed my eyes, drifting back into a soothing dream, only to be awakened by: ”Mom, Mom, Mom, is the hot spring water ready for me?!”

The family rooms are spacious, making it easy and comfortable to stay with kids. The afternoon tea desserts are high quality and can be enjoyed by the koi pond. Plus, it's within walking distance to Bajing Coffee Alley and Xita BBQ Street, and close to Laobeishi and Shenyang North Station, making getting around incredibly convenient.

Two 1.5m large beds are placed side-by-side; the mattresses are just right in terms of softness, and with the skin-friendly bedding, I could fall asleep instantly after a day of travel. Located on the 46th-48th floors, a quick draw of the curtains reveals the blue expanse of the Bohai Sea and the city skyline. The soundproofing is excellent; you won't be disturbed whether resting late at night or having a quiet conversation. The elevator requires a room card for access, ensuring top-notch security. The location and service are both outstanding! The hotel is conveniently located right next to the prime Zhongshan Square, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, making it incredibly easy to reach Venice Water Town and Russian Style Street. Downstairs, there's a plethora of food options, from seafood BBQ to local snacks. For those driving, free underground parking is available, so there's no stress about getting around or finding food. The front desk staff are warm and efficient, not only checking us in quickly but also proactively recommending local hidden gems. The housekeeping aunties clean the room immaculately every day, showing thoughtfulness in every detail.
