I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was very comfortable. The room size was just right for two people, and the view from the window was beautiful, with a castle in sight and the sea to the side. It only took a few minutes to walk to the beach from downstairs, but it was too cold these two days, especially by the sea. The hotel's environment was great, and the service was good. I thought I left something behind when I checked out, and the front desk replied quickly. The basic facilities in the room were all there. Coming in winter, the value for money was excellent.

This hotel near Shenyang Middle Street and the Imperial Palace offers a fantastic stay. Its location is superb, right next to Middle Street Pedestrian Street, making dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel environment is excellent, and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient with check-ins. I've stayed here for several nights and am very satisfied. My deluxe king room was spotless and tidy, featuring smart home controls and a refrigerator, which was a great bonus. It's also quite photogenic! The housekeeping is meticulous, and they offer unlimited complimentary bottled water. Plus, there's a free underground parking lot with direct access to the first-floor reception. I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area again!

Came to Dalian to visit a friend and wanted to stay near Zhongshan Square, so I directly picked the highest-rated hotel on the first page of Ctrip's Zhongshan Square listings. The staff were all super friendly, and there are tons of great food places downstairs! Lawson (convenience store) is also super close! There are all sorts of restaurants and even small bars nearby – so much fun! Around 9 PM, after relaxing enough, I just went downstairs and randomly walked into a seafood BBQ spot, and it was so delicious 🤤 Nice, nice, I slept incredibly well! The room also had no strange smells, very, very good!

First off, the view is absolutely stunning, overlooking the cross-sea bridge and Xinghai Square – the environment is fantastic. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and they were very efficient in responding to any requests. The bellhop proactively helped with luggage. There's a 24-hour shuttle service at the foot of the hill, which is very convenient. The hotel's sky garden and lobby are incredibly photogenic; I spent half a day just taking pictures there. Plus, there are deer on the mountain! The environment is truly amazing. I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance! [Strong][Strong]

Housekeeping was prompt, and the mini-bar was restocked in a timely manner. A special thanks to the front desk for their warm welcome and check-in introduction, it made us feel right at home. Overall, this stay far exceeded my expectations, and the value for money is exceptional! I highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business or leisure!

The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family of five without any issues. Complimentary drinks were replenished daily by housekeeping, and there was coffee and ample water available. We could also request a humidifier from the front desk if needed. The electric heating kept the room very warm and cozy. There's an executive lounge in the lobby offering coffee and other beverages, which the kids loved. Upon check-in, children received their own toiletries and toys. The 24th floor has a laundry room and a gym. Most importantly, the hotel's location is excellent, right on Youth Street, close to the subway and within easy reach of Zhongjie, Xita, and the Weidawutai. We had a very satisfying stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit in the future. The hotel's service was particularly thoughtful and attentive, which was a nice touch.

Secondly, it was to help my daughter de-stress before she transitions from primary to junior high, as she's about to step into the demanding arena of life. **Reason for choosing this place:** We picked Guan Shan Lake Xikang Yunshe because its online photos were simply breathtaking – showcasing stunning scenery, lush greenery, magnificent views, and picturesque beauty that truly captivated me and made me want to experience it firsthand. (Honestly, with so many guesthouses and hotels sprouting up across Benxi like mushrooms after rain these past two years, to avoid decision paralysis, I simply picked the top-ranked one.) **First Impression:** The mountains were in a languid slumber, while the clouds playfully sketched the outline of a castle. At three in the afternoon, the golden sunlight pierced through the clouds, bathing the grey castle in a glow that felt like a divine touch and special favor. (Though this description might seem a bit exaggerated, I believe even Eileen Chang would write it this way.) Let me discuss the facilities, hygiene, environment, service, unique hot springs, and buffet breakfast all at once: * **Facilities:** Among all hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, these are personally the most satisfactory and my favorite. * **Hygiene:** There's still room for improvement. I admit I have exceptionally high standards for cleanliness; my husband, whose pocket money has been depleted by my pickiness, can attest to that. * **Environment:** The advantages here are self-evident: blessed with unique green mountains, clear waters, and swirling mist. There's simply no room for me to find fault, and I suspect the people of Benxi wouldn't allow it anyway! * **Service:** I deliberately tried to count the staff members I encountered: two doormen, four charming front desk staff, a villa driver, a room cleaning attendant, kitchen/delivery personnel, staff in the hot spring area, and dining areas... Oh, never mind, I confess my math isn't good enough to count them all. In short, every staff member I met was patient, caring, and dedicated. Their service was perfectly balanced, attentive without being overly enthusiastic. Yes, the hotel management behind the scenes certainly deserves a grand commendation. * **Unique Hot Springs:** Both my mom and daughter had a wonderful time soaking. My daughter was thrilled because there was unlimited ice cream available, which she could openly and freely enjoy – something I don't usually permit at home. My mom, in turn, was happy seeing her daughter so joyful. Given that the ice cream was actually quite high-quality, I even broke my own rule and indulged in quite a bit. It wasn't just about taking advantage of something free; it was more about not wanting to be a hypocrite with one rule for them and another for me. There were also plenty of unlimited fruits and snacks, perfect for quenching thirst and cooling down. * **Buffet Breakfast:** The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety. I prefer strong flavors in the morning and enjoyed a generous amount of boiled shrimp, baked beans in tomato sauce, Italian beef brisket, bacon, and homemade yogurt. For those who prefer lighter options, the traditional Chinese breakfast choices were truly dazzling. **A Side Note:** At 4:27 AM, I leaned by the hot spring pool in my room. The water temperature was 37.2 degrees Celsius, exactly half a degree higher than my body temperature – just enough to help my tense nerves loosen their first button. True enjoyment, I realized, is found in places where even time seems to slow down. At that moment, I gazed at the mist still lingering over the distant mountains and fields outside my window, then slowly closed my eyes, drifting back into a soothing dream, only to be awakened by: ”Mom, Mom, Mom, is the hot spring water ready for me?!”

A landmark on Youth Street, right in the city center. Even though the hotel has been open for a while and the facilities are a bit dated, it still feels very luxurious. It offers unique spots for night view photos – a perfect recommendation! Also, Sunny, our butler, provided thoughtful and responsive service; they were always there when we needed them. Our stay at the Grand Hyatt truly made our wonderful Shenyang trip even more romantic.

The moment I opened the door, I was stunned by the ocean view through the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The blue sea and sky merged beautifully, the morning sun sparkled on the water, and at night, the lights twinkled like a galaxy. I could enjoy the magnificent scenery right from my bed. The room design was simple yet elegant, spacious and unconfining. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, like sleeping on clouds, ensuring a good night's rest until morning. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, equipped with an excellent hairdryer and high-quality toiletries. The water pressure was stable and the temperature was just right, making for a super comfortable shower experience. Details like high-speed Wi-Fi also showed how thoughtful everything was. Both the facilities and the warm service were impeccable – a truly five-star experience!
