The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities and warm, attentive service. The check-in experience was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. The location is superb, making travel convenient, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. It offers great value for money, highly recommended. The hotel is overall very new, and the hygiene is top-notch. The front desk staff are friendly, making for a fantastic experience.

The hotel's overall decor is luxurious and grand, with a European classical style that feels very warm and comfortable. The service at check-in was excellent; they proactively guided me to my room. However, I was not satisfied with the room facilities. The hand towel by the sink was severely damaged, and there was a chip on the edge of the bathtub, posing a safety hazard. On the other hand, the sleeping area in the room was a very pleasant experience. The bathroom having its own independent air conditioning system is a feature many hotels lack, which was a nice touch. The breakfast experience was particularly bad – messy and completely lacking in management and service. In terms of decor and luxury, the hotel certainly meets five-star standards. However, in terms of management and service, it falls short of even mid-range chain hotels.

Hotel location was really great, But the hotel facilities were old. The bed sheet had a stain, so the hotel staff came and changed it.Breakfast did not have fresh bread and pastries.

My stay at the Grand Hyatt Qingdao was a beautiful 'surprise'. I'm so grateful to Trip.com for this amazing experience for Black Diamond members, the 'One City, One Room' event was truly romantic and wonderful. I embarked on my journey to Qingdao at the end of April. This city felt both familiar and new. I was once again greeted by the long-missed azure sea and sky, the red tiles and green eaves. Everything beautiful seemed to happen at just the right time. The Grand Hyatt Qingdao, one of the city's beautiful landmarks, truly lives up to its slogan: 'A home between the sea and the sky'. It's cozy, attentive, and gives you an endless feeling of warmth. What left the deepest impression on me was a bowl of handmade wontons at breakfast. Even though I'm from the south and have eaten countless bowls of wontons since childhood, from Michelin-starred restaurants to street stalls, that breakfast wonton (including the broth) at the Grand Hyatt Qingdao was truly unforgettable in its deliciousness. (I'd rank it among the top three 'best wontons' I've ever had). Finally, I want to thank my butler, Davis, who always responded to my questions promptly. All in all, it was a perfect experience, and I look forward to my next visit.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and beautiful surroundings. The service attitude was exceptionally good. There are many attractions nearby, and the staff was particularly nice. The sea is right outside the door, which is super great! You can also go clam digging in front, making it very suitable for a family trip.

It was a very satisfying stay overall. The staff were friendly and responded quickly whenever I needed assistance. Thanks to Liu and Ding, I was able to stay very comfortably. I really appreciate their help. Location – The location is very convenient. It’s within about a 10-minute walk to Wanxiangcheng and around 5 minutes to May Fourth Square. It was also easy to catch a taxi right in front of the hotel. Room – The room was spacious and apartment-style, which makes it a great option for stays longer than one night. It was clean, and the slippers were replaced daily. The refrigerator was large, and having a separate living room makes it especially suitable for families. The only minor downside was that the bathroom shower head was quite small and a bit inconvenient to use. I brought a portable shower head, which worked well for me. And the hair dryier was not that good. Overall, it was a very satisfying place to stay. I had a great experience.

Huge shout-out to Elly, our butler! Her service was exceptional from check-in to check-out, promptly addressing every query with incredible efficiency. The room itself was spacious and spotless, featuring a modern, light luxury design. The 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking ocean views right from the bed, and the complimentary minibar was well-stocked. The high-end bathroom with a separate wet and dry area further enhanced our comfort. My absolute favorite was the infinity pool on the 31st floor; the high-altitude views were unbeatable, and the water was crystal clear. It was incredibly relaxing to sunbathe on a lounge chair after a swim. The gym facilities were brand new, with clearly defined strength and cardio zones, and professional trainers were always on hand to assist, making it easy to stick to a workout routine. Elly's thoughtful arrangements made our entire trip incredibly smooth. Highly recommend!

Recommended by a friend, this is an older five-star hotel in Jinan. I was a bit worried it might be too old and affect the experience, but once I checked in, I realized a Ferrari is still a Ferrari, even when it's old! 😄 While the facilities do show their age, surprisingly, the cleanliness was excellent. I'm a bit of a clean freak, especially particular about the cleanliness of bathrooms and bedding. After a thorough inspection, everything was spotless, no hair or other dirt. Very reassuring. During check-in, the lovely front desk staff upgraded my room and even sent a fruit platter in the evening. The service was top-notch. Plus, the room had 10 bottles of water, more than enough! That was a thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast is on the 49th-floor revolving restaurant, offering fantastic views of many Jinan landmarks. The variety of breakfast items was so extensive... I wished I had two stomachs! 😂 The breakfast definitely lived up to five-star standards! My only minor complaint was that the room was a bit warm, but I could open the window for ventilation, so it was fine.

The price was also very reasonable for what you get. The reception can be a bit hard to find at first, as it’s located on the second floor. You need to take the first elevator to level 2, where there are signs showing the way. Once there, check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff were easy to communicate with. The room itself was large and comfortable. However, the hotel provided only a limited number of towels, which could be improved. On the positive side, the hair dryer was good and worked well. Overall, a great value stay with a nice seaside location. Would recommend for travelers looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel. 🌊🏨✨
