"My experience staying at this hotel as below. 1. They provide pickup and drop off from the train station. The day before the Inn contacted me to make arrangement for the pickup. Then they arranged to drive me back to station on the day I leave. Service was efficient and prompt. Much appreciated. 2. I was able to use the washing machine to wash come clothes which was much needed. Comb and toiletries were provided. So grateful for these little necessities as I left mine at the previous hotel. 3. The boss upgraded me to a bigger and better room because it was the low season. The kang bed was so comfortable and firm. I had the best sleep so far at this Inn. I'm so happy. 4. The Inn is inside the old city and practically next to one of the city gates. Very convenient for sightseeing old Pingyao city. 5. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Boss also gave me a bottle of vinegar. Wish I could take it back to UK with me. 6. The price of this Inn is also very reasonable and affordable. 7. Pingyao is a beautiful, ancient old city. Worth coming. I highly recommend staying here. "The hotel was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Downstairs, there's a noodle shop that's reportedly been open for 20 years, making it very convenient for dining. Since I arrived a bit early and my room wasn't ready, I went to eat first. The hotel is spotless, the breakfast is excellent, and the views from the hotel are great. Downstairs looks like a big park with a river running through it. Overall, the service and environment are excellent, and it's extremely clean. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip, and it's also conveniently close to the high-speed rail station."

"The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well and wasn't too noisy. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and there was even a washing machine (though I didn't use it). The slippers provided were sterilized. The hotel is located right on a bustling street, not far from the Bell Tower walking street and the subway (about a 5-10 minute walk). My room faced away from the main street, which was nice. Breakfast was decent. Overall, good value for money."
