I have to give Mehood Lestie a huge thumbs up! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything from check-in to check-out. Everything was spotless, the towels were clean and soft, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. The phone and internet setup was great, and the hotel's location is excellent. A special shout-out to Dori for her outstanding service – absolutely top-notch!

Highly recommend staying multiple nights and enjoying the 'Happy Stay' benefits, including a complimentary room upgrade to a Deluxe Room, subject to availability. This was an incredibly satisfying stay! The hotel is conveniently located near the North and South Fruit Market and the High-Speed Rail East Station, making both transportation and shopping super easy. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were comfortable and well-maintained. The service was excellent and very responsive. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Definitely recommend checking in!

Jason at the hotel welcomed us warmly, the service was excellent, the room was spacious and bright, and having a washing machine was really convenient. The location was great too - there's a snack street right around the corner. The only downside ist the construction next to the hotel, which can get quite loud. i would recommend booking a room with Pool View, to avoid the noise. Highly recommend the breakfast as well, it is located in the Bellview Hotel and the variety is amazing. Lots of dishes and fresh fruit.

Our first family room had a damp smell, but the front desk manager kindly helped us switch to another family room facing the sea. The service was attentive, and the room was clean. Breakfast had a decent variety, and the environment was pleasant. The water park wasn't open yet, and the ocean park didn't have much to do besides taking photos. It was off-season, so there weren't many people. The kids' world is still under construction. There's a food street near the hotel, making dining quite convenient. The hotel also offers a paid mini-train ride that takes you around the hotel for 40 minutes at 15 yuan per ride, which is worth it. There's Twin Beach near the Hilton, which is great for watching the sunset. If the island's facilities improve further, I would definitely visit again.

Had a very pleasant stay here! The facilities are excellent, and the public areas are beautiful and great for photos. The iron flower show at night was absolutely stunning. It was super convenient for a family trip, as it's very close to the beach with a direct walkway to Coconut Dream Corridor. The breakfast was also quite rich and varied. Cici, our Ctrip concierge, was so nice and helpful. I even left a piece of clothing behind after checking out, and they called me later to arrange for it to be mailed back. Many thanks! I'll definitely choose Pullman again when I come to Sanya Bay.

The room was great and very spacious, and the view from the balcony was excellent. The location is super convenient for getting around. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and their recommended restaurants were delicious. Plus, parking and EV charging downstairs were both very convenient.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a thoughtful design. The smart home system, intelligent lighting, and smart toilet were all excellent. The large floor-to-ceiling mirror, the stylish vanity, and the exquisite bedside reading lamps all showed great attention to detail. The complimentary fruit basket upon check-in was a nice touch, making for a very pleasant stay.

Facilities: In the second room, the bedside lamp flickered as if it wasn't getting enough power. The fan in the first room was noisy. Hygiene: The first room had a lot of ants, so we couldn't leave any sweet food open. Environment: The view outside the window was absolutely stunning, arguably the best sea view I've ever seen from a room in Sanya. Service: Butler Annie's service attitude was excellent, and she was very efficient. She promptly handled our requests regarding facilities and changing rooms. Dining: We had one of the worst dinners ever. Apart from the sea view, both the food and the environment were disappointing. The steak and pizza were all dry and tough, and there were many mosquitoes around the BBQ. It was a very tiring meal; we only ate a few bites and left. It definitely wasn't worth the 288 price tag.

I visited Hainan during the May Day holiday. After much consideration, I chose this hotel because I prefer slightly larger rooms. When I arrived, it was just after the Sanya Asian Beach Games, and many guests hadn't checked out yet. My room wasn't ready, so the front desk staff kindly stored my luggage and asked me to check in a bit later. The hotel is an older five-star property, and you can sense its past grandeur. Upon entering the room, I noticed a faint old-house smell. The facilities were a bit dated but very clean, and the housekeeping staff were attentive, cleaning daily and changing linens promptly. The room had a washing machine and a refrigerator, which made it convenient to wash clothes and keep fruit fresh, just like being at home. The hotel's buffet breakfast was decent and satisfactory. Additionally, there's a pool and gym, so you can exercise whenever it suits you. Across the street is Coconut Dream Corridor, perfect for catching the sunrise and collecting seashells in the morning, or crabbing on the beach in the evening – it was great fun. My only regret was that our reserved room was in Building B, with Building A blocking most of the sea view, leaving only a glimpse. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.
