Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The main shopping district is within walking distance, and there's ample parking, so driving was stress-free. Our room had an amazing view; we could enjoy a beautiful sea view right from our window. The environment was clean and elegant, and all the facilities were complete and brand new, including a fridge in the room which was handy for storing drinks. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool and a gym, both of high quality, perfect for leisure and exercise. The service was particularly attentive and thoughtful, always warm, meticulous, and quick to respond. When we first checked into a standard room, we were affected by construction noise from a municipal project. After providing feedback, the hotel immediately arranged to move us to a king-size room. Their handling was efficient and their attitude sincere. The new room was quiet and comfortable, making our experience truly excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure vacations. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

This hotel is located on Ocean Flower Island, which makes exploring the island quite convenient. The surrounding environment is lovely, and the hotel itself is massive, with many guests. This can make it feel a bit chaotic, and the front desk management could definitely be improved. Breakfast was decent but not very varied. The biggest issue with this hotel, however, is the room size. It's so small that two people can barely move around, and there's only one tiny stool with no other seating. You basically have to get on the bed as soon as you enter the room. There's no space to put clothes or luggage, which really impacted our stay. We originally planned to stay for two nights but ended up checking out after just one.

This hotel definitely lives up to its reputation as an attraction hotel; it's always bustling with people. However, there are multiple counters for check-in, and staff guide you from the moment you step out of your car. Despite the crowd, someone is always attentive and proactively assists you during check-in and check-out, which is a great, hassle-free experience. We arrived around noon and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in immediately. They arranged a room with a lovely view for us. Our butler, [Hermit Crab], escorted us to our room and then provided all the necessary information about exploring the hotel – excellent service! Since it was my birthday, they even arranged for Ashley to decorate the room. She ingeniously folded towels into a cake, which was a delightful surprise. Upon departure, we received a beluga whale plush toy, a very memorable souvenir. Staying at the hotel includes complimentary access to the water park and aquarium. Although our stay was short this time, the overall experience was excellent. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay at Sheraton Haikou was fantastic! It's perfect for both family vacations and parents with kids. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Our butler, Sally, was incredibly responsive and warm. The pool and hot springs facilities are excellent, and the beach is just a short walk away. The sea breeze and the sound of the waves were so relaxing. With the coconut trees and the ocean's charm, it really felt like a perfect getaway. We booked this hotel to see Hua Chenyu's Mars Concert, and it was also convenient for reaching Changying Global 100 Fantasy Park. The concert shuttle pick-up point was right at the bus stop outside. We'd definitely choose to stay here again if we have the chance! 😊

I absolutely have to give the Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula five stars! From the moment we drove onto the property until we checked out, the entire experience was genuinely delightful and made for a perfect vacation. The location is simply incredible, directly facing the stunning Shenzhou Peninsula ocean. Opening the balcony door revealed panoramic views of the blue sea, white sands, and swaying coconut groves. We watched the sunrise over the sea every morning and enjoyed the refreshing sea breeze and calming sound of waves in the evenings. Our room was clean and spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied, offering not only standard dishes but also delicious local Hainan noodles. We definitely picked the right place for this getaway, and we will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Shenzhou Peninsula!

The hotel is indeed a bit old; some tiles flaked off the walls while I was in the hot springs, which was a minor annoyance. However, the environment is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is built within the Seven-仙-Ling tropical rainforest, with varying elevations, a well-arranged layout, and lush vegetation, providing an abundance of negative oxygen ions. The service is also thoughtful and attentive; they are always ready to assist and respond promptly. The hot springs themselves are very comfortable and relaxing.

I checked into the hotel in the middle of the night. Tired, I found the winding corridors seemingly endless, and the room felt damp when I finally got in (later I realized this is common in seaside cities, especially here right by the sea). I had to call staff to adjust the air conditioning, and after that, the air quality improved significantly. My initial impression of the hotel had plummeted. However, on the second day, experiencing the hotel's outdoor environment, the pool, and the children's play facilities, my opinion slowly began to improve. When I went out, a staff member called to ask what time they could deliver fruit and if I needed room cleaning, inquiring about a convenient time... their gentle demeanor further boosted my positive feelings. Walking across the hotel's ground-floor lawn (which was very clean, beautiful, and photo-worthy) to the beach was incredibly close and convenient. The surrounding food options were also good. After two days, I found myself liking it more and more. They even offered afternoon tea, simple but thoughtful, with a live singer in the afternoon. Sitting there, feeling the breeze and sipping coffee, was quite pleasant. Later, when I moved to a different area and stayed at other hotels, the saying 'no comparison, no harm' truly applied; I still preferred this place.

The beautiful scenery accompanied our entire stay, and the butler provided excellent service, even upgrading us to a sea-view room and giving the kids little gifts. The hotel environment and food were great. Perhaps the overall facilities are a bit old, with dated cabinets in the room. Everything else was fantastic, and the kids really enjoyed the hotel's playground and activities. It's also very close to the beach, so we could go every day to play and collected a lot of seashells to take home.

On our way back from Wenchang after watching the rocket launch with our child, we spotted Mission Hills Hotel, a place we'd stayed at before. Seeing such a great price, we booked it right away! I recall when Mission Hills first opened; it was quite a sensation, and we felt so proud to stay there. This time, with our child in tow, we arrived to find the doorman as friendly and enthusiastic as ever – truly maintaining their high standards. Even though it was almost midnight, the front desk attendant politely and gently handled our check-in, making us feel the hotel's service genuinely exceeds five-star expectations. Our room, while small, was immaculately clean. The thick carpet immediately conveyed its luxury status, and the room smelled wonderfully fresh, completely free of any odors. They thoughtfully provided a children's toiletries and slipper set for our little one. This attention to detail made us feel incredibly warm and cared for. Throughout our one-day stay, every staff member greeted us with a smile, making us feel completely at home. Mission Hills Hotel truly is a super five-star experience!

Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities and environment are truly exceptional – very clean and tidy. My only minor complaint is that the outdoor pool felt a bit too simple. The breakfast buffet is huge with an incredible variety of dishes. I stayed two days and still couldn't try everything! The Hainan specialty Hou'an noodles were delicious, and so were the Jianbing Guozi (savory crepes). Dinner was also excellent. The Hainan yellow beef was very fresh and the quality was good. The Zao Po Cu (vinegar soup) and spicy soup were appetizing and tasty. There was also a live band performing 🎤. It would have been even more perfect if cocktails 🍹 were available. The Wenchang chicken was very fresh. Service was consistently great. The hotel offers many adult activities, but you definitely need to book them in advance, as it's very difficult to get a spot by booking on the same day. I had a wonderful trip. The hotel had a full itinerary of activities, and the scenery was beautiful. Special thanks to our butler, Mile, for their thoughtful service, including preparing fruit and a small cake. The activity arrangements and bookings were very reliable. 👍
