An Unforgettable New Year's Stay at Central Coast Sea View Hotel, Sanya We spent four incredible nights at the Central Coast Sea View Hotel in Sanya (December 31 - January 4), and it was the perfect way to ring in the New Year. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. Our room was absolutely awesome (Smart suite)– spacious, beautifully appointed, and offering stunning ocean views that made every morning feel like a treat. The entire hotel experience exceeded our expectations with their consistently high-level service throughout our stay. Special mention must go to Levi from the hotel reception team, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive to our needs. The tour service desk also deserves praise for their outstanding assistance in helping us make the most of our time in Sanya. The hotel's location is another major plus – it's conveniently close to numerous shops and the Sanya One Mall, Sanya Bay, making it easy to explore the area and do some shopping whenever we wanted. The hotel's amenities were fantastic. With two pools plus a breathtaking infinity pool. The infinity pool, in particular, provided a mesmerizing experience with its seamless views. The children's play area was wonderful – my daughter absolutely loved it and spent hours enjoying the facilities. This was truly a memorable New Year's celebration, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to create these special family memories. Highly recommended for families looking for a perfect blend of luxury, service, and family-friendly amenities in Sanya.

This hotel is incredibly quiet and comfortable, with excellent cleanliness. The breakfast is lavish, and the service is outstanding. Before arrival, a butler added me on WeChat to provide information about the weather, local attractions, and the shuttle bus from the high-speed rail station. On the evening of check-in, the butler called again to ask how my stay was and if I needed anything, which made me feel very well taken care of. The hotel is divided into sections: Ocean Castle, Desert Castle, Glacier Castle, and Forest Castle, each with its own unique character. The kids had a fantastic time at Haihua Island, and staying at the Oubao Hotel while visiting Haihua Island is an excellent choice.

My stay at Atlantis Sanya exceeded my expectations overall. As soon as I arrived, I could feel the strong vacation vibe. The room was clean and tidy, with ample space, and opening the window revealed a beautiful sea view 🌊, instantly putting me at ease. I slept well at night; the environment was relatively quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The Aquaventure Waterpark was a major highlight of this trip. There was a wide variety of rides and attractions, and the pacing was well-organized, ensuring both adults and children had a great time 😄. The Aquarium was also well worth a visit, with diverse exhibits and a peaceful atmosphere. Walking through the underwater tunnel, watching various marine creatures slowly swim by, felt incredibly therapeutic 🐠. I had a few minor requests during my stay, and they were all addressed promptly after communication. The overall experience was smooth, I never felt disturbed, and there was nothing to worry about. The staff were all very friendly, which made the entire vacation much more relaxing. The room is spacious, and the mattress is just right—not too soft, which is great for anyone with back issues. The hotel is quite close to Wuyuanhe Stadium and even closer to the beach. You can hear the sound of the waves at night, which is really soothing and helps with sleep. Breakfast is also pretty good with lots of options. They even have robots delivering room service now, which is a nice touch! 👍 The butler service was excellent too, very proactive in resolving any issues. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The service here deserves full marks! Every staff member I encountered was incredibly enthusiastic. Our butler, Coco, was very responsive to all our questions and proactively offered help. The room was spacious and clean, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—which made for a fantastic night's sleep. From check-in to check-out, there was absolutely nothing to complain about; the whole experience was excellent.

I was very satisfied with this hotel, located right in Baoting Qixianling. Although the facilities are a bit older, they are very well maintained. The staff, in particular, were incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel provides electric shuttle buggies that guests can use at any time to go anywhere on the property. This time, I even got a room upgrade! It happened to be New Year's Eve, and the hotel also organized a celebratory 'Li' ethnic group ceremony, which really added to the festive New Year atmosphere.

I booked the honeymoon suite on the seventh floor, a corner room with multiple windows and a large balcony. It was incredibly clean and comfortable, a truly pleasant surprise. The housekeeper who cleaned our room was very friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Although this hotel is quite large and can get busy, the staff works meticulously and tries their best to meet guests' needs. They proactively helped carry our luggage to the room upon arrival and again to the lobby when we checked out. This level of service was even better than what I experienced at the five-star Garden Hotel in Guangzhou. Of course, a small tip is definitely warranted! The hotel's BBQ and hot pot buffet were delicious and plentiful, especially the lamb skewers – I ate too much! The breakfast the next day was even more amazing; it was incredibly lavish. The restaurant was huge, and I'd say it was the most bountiful hotel breakfast of our entire trip. The landscaping was beautiful, and the hotel grounds were expansive. Right outside the hotel is the Coconut Dream Corridor. While the water at Sanya Bay isn't as clear as at Yalong Bay, it's still a nice place to walk around, stroll, and observe people's various activities.

## Surrounded by Beauty I stayed for a whole week and didn't switch hotels! Next time I'm in Sanya, I'll definitely stay here again! The food was incredibly satisfying, restaurant-quality! Excellent value for money! This was my first time traveling with my 1.5-year-old twin babies, and the hotel offered plenty of activities. The hotel has direct access to the beach (pictures 4/14), something no other nearby hotels have! This is because the hotel specially renovated an underground passage to reach the beach! 【Bedding】The only minor downside was that the mattress was a little saggy, but considering the last renovation was in 2018, I'm still very happy with the price! I hope next time there will be value-added services like replacing them with Simmons mattresses!

The package deal offered great value, but requires a one-day advance booking. We loved it so much that we extended our stay for another day; our little one even cried when we had to leave, absolutely not wanting to go! On the downside, there are very few dining options nearby, and food delivery services are also limited. The water park downstairs closes early at 7 PM. The 'ice world' included in the hotel package is quite small and not worth a special trip. However, you can take the hotel shuttle bus to a different area for food and shopping.

The butler service was excellent, and they were very responsive to our requests! Having a good butler makes a hotel stay much more relaxed. However, there are a few areas I think could be improved: 1. The lobby staff showed very little service awareness when it came to greeting and guiding guests who arrived by car. 2. On January 2nd, there were a lot of agricultural machines, possibly for an exhibition or something. There was only one security guard at the entrance, and both security supervision and guest guidance were severely lacking. 3. Finally, on January 3rd, the sun came out, but the lawn's logo letters had been removed. People come to stay at the Westin in Wanning to enjoy the hotel experience, right? Yet, the iconic feature on your front beach was gone, and there was a long row of agricultural machines below the lobby. It was quite perplexing.
