Warm service, great breakfast, although far from the city, there are 2 big supermarkets opposite the hotel, convenient shopping. The accommodation is clean and tidy, although it is an old-fashioned door key, but the sense of security is still enough.

A great hotel super close to the Berlin airport. Perfect for an overnight stay when waiting for your flight. Newly renovated room with super comfortable bed and welcome drink on arrival.

Zum persönlich Service Kann nichts gesagt werden, da keine Notwendigkeit bestand. Im Vorfeld wurde aber schnell auf Mailanfragen reagiert. Was fehlt, sind noch zwei Kissen, wenn man etwas höher schlafen möchte oder beim Fernsehen etwas bequemer. Diese wurden vermißt. Ansonsten schönes Hotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung, insbesondere der Küche. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

We've stayed at this hotel several times, and it's always been great. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Service is very good. The hotel is close to the train station and the city.

The room was tiny for 3 people. It looked much bigger in the pictures. We even had to remove the swing due to lack of space. The furniture is dated. No kettle, tea, coffee, etc., and no minibar. I wasn't happy with it. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating after I complained. If I had paid €290 instead of €125, I would have left the hotel immediately. That's my opinion of the place. Everyone has to decide for themselves how they want to spend the night.

Super nice and cute room. We heard a train honk 2-3 times during the night, but it wasn't really a big deal. Unfortunately, the rolls at breakfast were almost empty, and the coffee machine didn't work, but you could have one made at reception, as they have a machine there. The lady behind the counter at check-in spoke almost no German. We can speak English, but many certainly don't. If I book a hotel in Germany, I'd like to have a German-speaking person to contact in case of any issues. But €100 for two people with breakfast and parking (€10) is very good. I'd be happy to stay again.

First of all, we have to say that the room was neat and clean. The breakfast was also fine and the location was great. However: We booked a suite with a city view for 4 days. We got a smaller (mini) suite facing the inner courtyard, which we hadn't realized until then because we were given a ”suite” when we checked in. It was only after three days that we realized that we hadn't actually gotten the room we had booked - unfortunately too late. In addition, although we had a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and microwave, there were no plates or glasses, which we had to ask about at reception. The hotel says that it doesn't clean the room until after the second night. This wasn't a problem for us and so we prepared the room accordingly after the second night so that the cleaning staff could work without interruption. In the evening we realized that no one was there. The reception was so full that we couldn't let anyone know. We also assumed that someone would come on the third day at least. The next morning we put up a sign on the door asking for cleaning. In short, no one came again. When we finally went to reception, we were told that this was an external service provider who had carried out the cleaning according to the documents, which of course was not the case! Other guests had also complained about this. Since we had already paid and therefore could not get a refund, we were treated to a drink at the bar and a chocolate bar for breakfast. So our ”suite” was not cleaned once in 4 nights, let alone the trash can emptied. The highlight was when checking out, when I was suddenly asked to pay a bill. After I told them that I had already done this in advance, the receptionist said that this was just a blocking of the amount but that I still had to pay the regular amount. What surprised me most was that the amount did not match my booking at all. When I pointed out again that I had already paid, the receptionist said he had confused me with another guest and that I could leave...

Good hotel for a short stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed. The location is convenient, and the staff were polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out were simple and without any issues. The hotel is practical, quiet, and well suited for a business trip. Overall, a good experience and a solid choice for the price.

Excellent accommodation, just 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel is new, or nearly so. Ours was a family room for four, very spacious, spotlessly clean, with two TVs, and very comfortable. Excellent! There are two or three restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed just for a night between flights. The room is clean and looks like at the pictures. Editional touristic tax needs to be paid at check in.
