3-Star Hotels in Brandenburg, Germany

The staff at the restaurant/at breakfast was unfortunately more concerned that the guest - goes back in time (at the entry I was told I would come 10 minutes before breakfast end. I shouldn't just say later that I wouldn't have known) - or not disturbed (my husband wanted lunch and there was no staff who took him. Therefore he placed himself on a unreserved table. The staff came and thought he was making everything wrong and couldn't sit there. Why and how he does it right, it was not just answered nicely. He may stay alone). A third not so nice experience: At request of the business center deposited on Trip.com to work on the laptop, my husband should pay 100 euros for 1 day - it was probably confused with a meeting room. The front desk was told at the reception that he could also sit in a empty restaurant. When he wanted to do this in the morning, the restaurant staff ignored it. Unfortunately, not such a nice stay for us.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and a welcoming atmosphere from arrival. The room I stayed in was perfect for what I needed, it was quiet, the bathroom was clean and a reasonable size, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast suited me fine, it was a good continental spread, no cooked food but I didn't want that anyway. The staff on reception had limited English, but ingeniously used a translation app on their phone so we could communicate when I needed to order a taxi. I would certainly stay again.

General impression is good and can be recommended further. Breakfast was very good. Service was good and instructions for changes were included. The size of the TV is still in old state and here the hotel should improve the size. The window hotel room was loud to the motorway and despite noise protection accumulation and greening - ＞ had to stay closed at night. But would be booked back at this price immediately.

The hotel is clean and the air conditioning works well. It's quiet and really nice. The breakfast was delicious!! I used the luggage storage service after checking out. It's good to leave your luggage and go sightseeing at the Sangsu Palace and nearby attractions. It's a 15-minute walk to the central station, so I didn't have to use public transportation.

The hotel is very modern and also very quiet unfortunately the climate doesn't really cool, but otherwise everything is perfect. Breakfast is also very diverse.
