CYNTHIA TAN YUCHIH
After arriving at the airport, getting to the hotel required a taxi, as public transport wasn't convenient. However, the taxi fare wasn't cheap either. I'd recommend heading into the city early unless absolutely necessary to stay here.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful at the front desk.
It was a bit inconvenient that you had to go to the front desk to get a kettle for hot water.
The room was on the smaller side.
But it did have a microwave, which was great for heating up food!

Guest UserThe room was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, the closet was small and inconvenient. A hairdryer was provided. There were two beautiful lamps, but nowhere to plug them in. One power outlet didn't work, leaving only one functional outlet to charge a phone. A mini-fridge was also present, but there was no available outlet for it. The TV had a poor signal, though YouTube was accessible. The shared bathroom was very clean, with plenty of hot water, soap, and shampoo. Cleanliness was perfect; our towels were changed.
There was no physical staff at the front desk. We encountered an issue with the entry code, which was resolved via the doorbell's intercom system. This place is definitely geared towards tech-savvy guests! I had internet access but no phone signal to receive the SMS confirmation required for online check-in. Luckily, they assisted us via the intercom, and we managed to sort everything out.

a1jackyThis is a no-frills hotel that is good for a short stay. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to the main station for metros and trains.
The room was very big and we could lay out both of our large suitcases with ease. The neighbourhood is lively but the room was insulated from the hustle and bustle from the streets and we had a good sleep during our stay.

This hotel is right in the city center, which isn't ideal for major attractions, but it was super convenient for where I needed to go (Copenhagen University). It's entirely self-service. My room was in a separate small building in the courtyard, so I ended up dragging my suitcase around the main building for twenty minutes before I found it! 😅 The room had a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and a fridge, which was great for cooking. However, there was a strong food smell every time I opened the fridge, and my duvet also had a very noticeable food smell near the head area. I had to turn it around to sleep at night. 😭 The hotel doesn't offer room cleaning services; if you want it cleaned or linens changed, you have to pay extra. The only seating in the entire room was a small sofa under the TV, and I kept bumping my head on the TV – it wasn't very practical. It really could use another chair. Still, for Copenhagen, the price of this hotel was quite cheap.

Anonymous UserCopenhagen's New Hexagonal Warrior Hotel Recommended!
I'm so incredibly happy with the hotel I booked this time!
Brand New – The Locke Copenhagen, just opened in '26.
Excellent Location – It's only a 5-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station, about 25 minutes to the airport, and right next to Tivoli Gardens.
Firm Bed – This is so important! The beds at the airport hotel and in Faro were way too soft, and I woke up feeling sore. Finally, at Locke, I had the best sleep of the whole trip.
Great Design Aesthetic – All the furniture and furnishings have a fantastic Nordic design feel.
Well-Equipped – We booked a deluxe suite, which came with a kitchen, washing machine, and refrigerator.
Restaurant Environment Downstairs – My partner worked from the co-working space downstairs and said the seating was very comfortable. Plus, there's a famous place called Rug nearby for a delicious breakfast.
Overall, a 5-star recommendation! A big pat on the back for my excellent hotel choice!

PSrivastavaWalkable from metro station, near to the airport. However a bit far from the main city but well connected. Decent breakfast spread, in-house laundry and gym. Courteous and helpful staff

We ended up staying here unexpectedly after our flight got cancelled — we were supposed to meet someone, so we had to find a place near the airport last minute. In terms of location, it really helped. It’s very close to the airport, which made a stressful situation a bit easier.
What left a bad impression on me was the reception experience. The lady at the front desk felt quite rude, at least from my perspective. There was no greeting or even a simple “hello” when I walked up. When I handed her my passport, she handled it carelessly and said she couldn’t read my name, asking me to read it out myself. After that, the way she called my name felt dismissive and a bit disrespectful. It just didn’t sit right with me, especially after a long and tiring travel day.
I didn’t say anything at the time — I was exhausted and didn’t want to create a scene. Maybe that’s just her way, and everyone is different. But small things like basic politeness and kindness at reception really matter, especially for guests dealing with cancelled flights and last-minute stress.
Overall, the location works well for airport stays, but the front desk service could definitely be warmer and more welcoming.

Anonymous UserFunctional for a Layover, But Bare-Bones in
If you just need a place to crash during a long layover, this hotel serves its purpose, but don't expect any ”extras.” It is a functional choice for proximity to the airport, and that is about where the perks end.
The Downsides:
Missing Amenities: The room is strictly ”no-frills.” There is no kettle, no coffee-making facilities, and absolutely no toiletries provided.
Basic Bathroom: The bathroom setup is incredibly sparse. There wasn't even a floor mat, which made the space feel unfinished and led to a slippery floor after showering.
Mediocre Breakfast: The morning spread was underwhelming. It’s edible, but certainly not a highlight of the stay.
The Verdict:
It’s a fine spot if you are arriving late and leaving early, but the lack of basic comforts makes it hard to recommend for anything longer than a quick night's sleep.

Anonymous UserStay was good for the first four days. Busy and tired each day. Got to bed at 9-10, no issues.
Last day, noisy guests put lights on anddidn't stop till midnight.
Rooms are fine. I was satisfied. Had 2 showers and a toilet. Mostly fine.
Location clear and easy to move around.
Facilities not sure. Didn't seem to have any kitchen or fridge or anything I wanted. Didn't affect me too much, but would have been nice.

It’s a cozy and amazing place, located just outside the metro. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and I would definitely choose this hotel again. The staff are very friendly, and they even offer complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby — which is great, considering a coffee in Copenhagen usually costs around $8. Here, it’s free and served with a smile.
The heater also works really well; for Asians who don’t like the cold, it can go all the way up to 29°C.
Thank you to all the staff — my stay was truly wonderful.
