The facilities and environment are average, but the price is very favorable, the location is excellent, you can travel with your dog, the self-service check-in process is simple and convenient, and it is generally recommended for travelers with dogs. Since I couldn't go to Matera, I stayed for another two days.

beautiful location, in the city center of Gallipoli, hotel complete with swimming pool, solarium and gym. very comfortable room; abundant and complete breakfast with everything both sweet and savory, hot creps made at the moment; convenient shuttle to the sea. I do not recommend it because it turns out that I can no longer find a place in my reservations. ahahahah Raffaele.

The hotel's reception, breakfast, and rooms are divided into three areas, which is also a wonderful business model of Italians: transforming various houses on the street into hotels, renting a shared counter in the town center as a reception, and signing a breakfast contract with a cafe restaurant (guests must confirm the dining time in advance). Experience a hotel that is different from the traditional hotel model. Because breakfast is in a cafe restaurant, the bread and snacks are good, especially the various coffees.

What an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period. Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

The hotel is in a great location for walking in the morning and evening and for taking pictures, just a 5-minute walk from the tourist area of Alberobello. It seems that the facilities of the church have been remodeled, and there is a very calm atmosphere. It is about 15 minutes walk to the station. WI-FI worked fine.

Camera impeccabile, dotata di ogni comfort. L’ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli, molto tranquillo e riservato: l’ideale per rilassarsi. La cucina esterna è attrezzatissima, perfetta anche per chi desidera cucinare in autonomia. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato, un vero plus. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a darci ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare nei dintorni. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, consigliatissimo!

Excellent location, 20 minutes walk from train station and back door gives direct access to the brilliant centro storico. Very pleasant stay at the Arryvo Hotel. Very modern interior, modern room design, with comfortable bed and clean rooms. A nice seating area on the first floor and a sizable coffee shop/restaurant. Breakfast is a la carte from the menu and was a refreshing change from the norm of buffet breakfasts. The onsite washing and drying machines were a massive bonus. Extremely warm welcome at reception on check-in, extremely helpful and similar upon checkout. Id absolutely stay again if I return to Lecce in future.
