Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

The contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.

Chambre propre et literie confortable Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement . Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours) Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri ) Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r) Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté) Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

Dar D'or Fes - Riad in Fes A charming, traditional Moroccan-style riad. We found the place quite easily; we rang the doorbell and were greeted by a woman. She quickly checked us into a small, air-conditioned room on the second floor. About the room: This class of room was quite small but more than adequate for an overnight stay. The bed linen was clean, the internet good, and the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay (a small safe, hangers, a good shower, hot water, bedside tables, and outlets). In true traditional style, two windows overlooked the riad's inner courtyard, and another window faced the narrow street of the Medina. Overall, the location is very good, with cafes, shops, and fast-food places nearby. If you're coming by taxi, be prepared for very narrow streets, so you might have to walk a short distance. I'd like to specially thank the owner of this place because we asked for a small refrigerator, and they were accommodating and provided one. Also, a big thank you to the staff member named Yousef, who prepared us a good breakfast and politely offered advice and answered our questions. Overall, it's a good place, well-maintained and clean (only the floor in the room was a bit dirty, which I discovered after lifting my foot). Thank you for the coziness; it's a good place.

Very good location which near the Fes train station and 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest shopping mall. Free football live streaming with big TV inside the hotel that’s very fit for football lovers. Food quality is nice at the restaurant with reasonable price. A good hotel choice for budget travellers.

The staff was very polite and attentive. Special thanks to Tarik, who met us in the parking lot and escorted us directly to the riad – such assistance was invaluable in the labyrinthine medina of Fez! Staying in a building with centuries of history is unforgettable. A delicious and filling breakfast was a great start to the day before exploring the city. The rooftop offers a lovely view of Fez. It was here that we had a pleasant chat with the staff at the end of the day. Conversations under the night sky were one of the warmest memories of the trip. The room was a little dark – a characteristic of ancient buildings with small windows designed to protect against heat. This wasn't an issue for us, but if you are sensitive to light, it's worth keeping in mind.

The stairwell is relatively narrow, and the waiter will help carry the luggage upstairs. The room hygiene, especially the bathroom, is more general and the stains are obvious. The mattress and quilt are very comfortable and sleep well. The breakfast looks very rich, you know, it is actually bread, jam, juice mint tea. The owner and staff love to interact.

A very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help. We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn. Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️

Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel very much. This isn't our first time in Fes, and this hotel definitely isn't worth the money. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful inside, but the rooms are tiny. The windows don't face the street but rather an open common area where guests and the owners are constantly present. (From early morning, people are having breakfast and clanking plates in the hall, and in the evening, they're having dinner late into the night). Overall, the hotel didn't seem very clean or tidy, and we even had to contend with a huge cockroach one night. Midway through our stay, we got food poisoning and completely stopped going to breakfast (this was the only time in our three months in Morocco). It's also a shame that there are no kettles or refrigerators in the rooms.

Visually the place is okay, with a roof terrace with a good view of hills and the medina for sunset. The bed was comfortable and the shower was decent, but the room was cold. The owner is a bit of clown, and the breakfast is very poor, with no eggs. My booking was for 2 people, including breakfast for 2 people, but since I am just one person, the least they could do is throw in a couple of fried eggs and some pleasant Moroccan hospitality — but there was none. No English is spoken, so make sure your French is good enough to complain about the poor, glucose-spiking, protein-less peasant’s breakfast.
