The hotel was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It also provided a full range of toiletries for guests’ convenience. One minor issue was that only half a roll of toilet paper was initially provided, so we had to request additional rolls during our stay. We also appreciated the late check-out time of 12pm, which allowed for a more relaxed departure. The hotel is conveniently located approximately 700m from City Square, making it easily accessible. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy and comfortable setup. The bed was incredibly soft and made for a great night's sleep, making me feel right at home. The staff were all very warm and attentive, providing professional and thoughtful service from check-in to check-out. The location is also incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, making it easy to get around. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great. All in all, it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

Great stay! The room was quite normal. Clean but nothing aesthetics. Suitable for people who just wants to stay for the need. Not for staycation or for people who loves hotel aesthetics. Breakfast spread was limited. Not a lot of options but the vibe of the restaurant was cool when the sun shines in. Overall it was good, wouldn’t mind to stay again.

The hotel room was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. However, the location of the room facing the park and main road made it quite noisy, especially during peak hours. If you’re sensitive to sound, I’d recommend requesting a room on a quieter side of the hotel. Overall, a good stay with excellent cleanliness, but noise can be an issue.

Our family of four had a wonderful one-night stay. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the entire room—including the bathroom, coffee station, and large wardrobe—was perfectly clean. We loved the complimentary coffee, bottled water, and the lovely scent of the bath soap. Staffs were kind, helpful and friendly. Excellent service 👍 Wifi connections were good. Definitely worth coming back to stay here again. Suggestion for improvement Additional mirror in the room,I couldn't watch the TV show as the cable had no connection.

1. Have books two rooms with bathtubs via Trip.com but when we checked in at the hotel, we found out that the booking has changed to rooms without bathtubs without informing us. We have paid extra $5 for each room. Please advise. 2. It would be good to have two room cards instead of one card per room.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I think this is where I should put a full stop. It’s time for me to look for a new hotel. During my first stay, I was upgraded to a suite, which gave me a very good impression. Unfortunately, this time the room I was given was very disappointing. The room was small and had no windows, which made the stay uncomfortable. Both of us even woke up the next morning with red, itchy marks on our legs. The bathroom lighting was very dim and not practical. Breakfast was exactly the same as before, with no improvement or changes. The only advantage is the convenient location, as there is a local food court behind the hotel where you can easily find good local food. However, early in the morning, when taking the lift to breakfast or during check-out, there was a strong smell of oily kitchen fumes, which was unpleasant. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I will be considering other accommodation options in the future.

lovedddd the hotel stay there! super clean room and toilet. love it so much! and it's close to sssooooo many food and massage places! even near woodfire which is a must go if you love great burgers and brisket! would've given service 5 stars if the night receptionist wasn't so attitude. called cos the Aircon couldn't work, she already gave the bochap attitude with a SIGH. but I discovered later I didn't switch on the Aircon switch. so I called again to tell her to cancel. her response? ”K” and hung up. I even said sorry and thank you. seriously.

Overall, the stay was okay. We checked the room upon arrival and noticed some stains on the pillow and bedsheets. We informed the front desk, and they quickly arranged housekeeping to replace them (just to avoid any issues with the RM100 deposit). The room had a slight musty smell and felt a bit old. The toilet was clean, but the door couldn’t fully close as it was a bit faulty. For the price, it was still acceptable and we didn’t expect too much. Soundproofing wasn’t great, but luckily it wasn’t too noisy.

I stayed at this budget hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable for a budget stay. The self check-in kiosk was very convenient and easy to use. The location is very strategic, with restaurants, kedai mamak, 99 Speedmart, and other food stalls all within walking distance. It made everything very convenient, especially for meals and daily needs. Overall, it’s a good value for money, and I would consider staying here again.
