Airbnb style rented thru Trip Platform. Doesn’t have your daily housekeeping. Drinking/Mineral water also not provided. You have to purchase yourself, no water filter/cooler in the room. Suggest buy from nearby KK Mart. Car park was damn crazy, stayed at Level 25 but allocated a guest parking lot at Level 11. The speed ramp is confusing for ppl at first. “Resident” carpark start at level 5. Every level of parking is actually two floors

Location was convenient, we checked in for the 2nd floor when it was repainted 1 Month ago. Since the 2nd floor had no access to windows hence no ventilation. The smell of paint was heavy and suffocating to bear with. We requested a room change and the staff said there were no more rooms (although there were other rooms available on Trip.com) and we were given just another key card to get some ventilation when opening the doors, mind you the whole floor was painted and ventilation was poor so that makes no difference. Only thing to do is to keep your washroom switch on so the fan will at least get some of that toxic paint smell out of the room. Oh and btw, TV does not work+the cabinets smell awful (not really a big issue if you dont care or use them). I would recommend elsewhere until the smell of paint wears off.

Strategic location, with plenty of massage parlors and lots of eateries nearby. Hot water was not hot enough, but still okay. The receptionist could be more flexible and let us check in first, then pay the deposit after we offload our luggage in the room and go to the nearest ATM. It’s not like we’re going to owe them RM50 and run away.

Our windowless room was in the basement but it was clean and very comfortable. Bottled water was also provided. However, the air conditioning had a slight musty smell. There are water dispensers on floors 2-4 (labeled 1F-3F locally), so it was fine even after we finished the complimentary bottles we received initially. The hotel is close to JB Sentral Station, and they offered luggage storage, which was great as we could start sightseeing right after we arrived.

The staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is cozy, clean and comfortable. Location is ok and plenty of parking available. Coffee for free at the lobby is the plus point.

Staff at reception is helpful and professional. Swimming pool ok. Cafe breakfast is good. Staff there are doing a good job. Value for money. Ok for a short stay. A grand hotel in hardware. Maintenance is lacking. Bath tub is old. Bath curtain won’t cost too much to change. Toilet drainage smells. Restaurants are at the other side of the main road which means you have to climb the footbridge back and forth. Ten to fifteen min grab ride to Check point.

The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.

everything is good . also have netflix and water heater . washing machine , iron and hair dryer , iron board . kitchen equipment all is good . also have ampaian dekat balcony to sidai baju after guna washing machine . view nya juga bagus ya . thank you all the team involve .

I choose this area because it's near my friend house. And quite a lot of restaurants (Chinese food) near by no matter day and night. 15 min to Pelangi area. The hotel is quiet. Overa is consider clean, our room without window, is bit damp. The aircon leaking out of sudden during midnight.

I had a great stay at Fives Hotel DNP. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it a relaxing place to unwind. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions.
