I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

I stayed at FOX Lite Hotel DPulze Cyberjaya and overall it’s good for a short stay. The location is very convenient as it’s connected to a mall, making it easy to find food. The room is simple but comfortable, and the staff are friendly. However, cleanliness and amenities could be improved. Suitable for budget stays, not a luxury hotel.

I had a nice stay at Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway. The room was big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and good value for money. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall and nearby attractions, which made everything easy to access. However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from сосед rooms and the corridor can be heard quite easily, especially at night. Overall, still a pleasant stay for the price—great location and space, but light sleepers may find the noise a bit disruptive.

The surrounding amenities are very complete, with restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and shopping malls all within easy reach. You can find everything you need for daily life within a few minutes' walk. Transportation is also very convenient, whether you're taking public transport or driving, making getting around during the entire trip easy and stress-free. Regarding the room, the deluxe king room was very spacious and comfortable. The decor was modern and minimalist, creating a clean and elegant visual aesthetic that made me feel relaxed the moment I entered. The king-size bed was very large, with a mattress that was just the right softness, and coupled with high-quality bedding, I enjoyed a very high-quality sleep experience every night. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was fully equipped with essential amenities such as a TV, refrigerator, and electric kettle, making for a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness was outstanding. The entire accommodation space was maintained exceptionally clean and tidy, from the lobby to the room, every corner was well-organized. The bathroom facilities were also very clean, with a stable hot water supply, ample water pressure, and a full range of toiletries, completely meeting the needs of travelers and allowing for a very reassuring and comfortable stay. The service was the most touching highlight of my stay. Perfect Host lives up to its name; the Host was incredibly warm and friendly, treating every guest like an old friend. From communication before check-in to reception upon arrival, every step was meticulously thoughtful. Any questions I had were answered promptly and enthusiastically, and the Host proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions and food, enriching my trip even further. The facilities were very well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, fully meeting all needs for business or leisure travel. Overall, the accommodation under Centrestage-Perfect Host in Petaling Jaya performed excellently in all aspects, offering exceptional value for money. Location is quite near to one utama shopping mall. Only 8-15minutes driving to 1U or Starling Mall. Check in and out is easy, instruction giving cleared. The entire House is clean and comfy. The house is facing to kampung area and mosque, so there will be a bit noisy. Other than that are all good. Definitely will book this house again if with family ,Tq host.

I had a pleasant stay at Paxtonz KL Hotel. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a nice view of Empire City. The facilities in the room were complete, including all the necessary utensils, which made the stay very convenient. Toiletries were fully prepared, so there was no need to bring extra essentials. The soundproofing was surprisingly good, allowing for a quiet and restful night's sleep. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is a great place to relax. There are many many restaurants downstairs, making it easy to find food at any time. The only downside was that the lift waiting time could be quite long during peak hours. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I checked in late as I had attended a concert earlier, arriving at the hotel around midnight. While the property is new, I found it difficult to locate my room in Block A due to the absence of signboards distinguishing Blocks A, B, C, and D. The room itself was spacious, and the air conditioning functioned well. However, at approximately 6 a.m., someone knocked on my door several times. As I was unsure of the visitor’s identity, I chose not to open the door.
