my experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spotless and very comfortable . Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay.

The place was not clean when we checked in especially the bed, it is still can see got hair and dandruff. Sink got used teabag, I hope the host can improve the cleaning service as this affected the stay.

Great location, directly connected to DPulze Mall with plenty of food and shopping options. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money and ideal for a short stay in Cyberjaya.

The room was really spacious, and it was so convenient for going out to the mall. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby with delicious food. I'd definitely choose this place again. I originally booked it for an event I was attending, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise!

The surrounding amenities are very complete, with restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and shopping malls all within easy reach. You can find everything you need for daily life within a few minutes' walk. Transportation is also very convenient, whether you're taking public transport or driving, making getting around during the entire trip easy and stress-free. Regarding the room, the deluxe king room was very spacious and comfortable. The decor was modern and minimalist, creating a clean and elegant visual aesthetic that made me feel relaxed the moment I entered. The king-size bed was very large, with a mattress that was just the right softness, and coupled with high-quality bedding, I enjoyed a very high-quality sleep experience every night. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was fully equipped with essential amenities such as a TV, refrigerator, and electric kettle, making for a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness was outstanding. The entire accommodation space was maintained exceptionally clean and tidy, from the lobby to the room, every corner was well-organized. The bathroom facilities were also very clean, with a stable hot water supply, ample water pressure, and a full range of toiletries, completely meeting the needs of travelers and allowing for a very reassuring and comfortable stay. The service was the most touching highlight of my stay. Perfect Host lives up to its name; the Host was incredibly warm and friendly, treating every guest like an old friend. From communication before check-in to reception upon arrival, every step was meticulously thoughtful. Any questions I had were answered promptly and enthusiastically, and the Host proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions and food, enriching my trip even further. The cleanliness is actually not too bad. The host even send someone to clean up the place on the 2nd day. And also replenish laundry detergent. There's room for improvement in terms of hygiene. There's sewer smell coming from kitchen sink, dripping bathroom sink, cockroaches running around, the kitchen filter is leaking. The place wins in terms of location that's close to 1 Utama, M World Hotel, One World Hotel, etc.

I had a pleasant stay at Paxtonz KL Hotel. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a nice view of Empire City. The facilities in the room were complete, including all the necessary utensils, which made the stay very convenient. Toiletries were fully prepared, so there was no need to bring extra essentials. The soundproofing was surprisingly good, allowing for a quiet and restful night's sleep. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is a great place to relax. There are many many restaurants downstairs, making it easy to find food at any time. The only downside was that the lift waiting time could be quite long during peak hours. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with TV, hairdryer, hanger and toiletries. The surroundings were greeny and quiet. Next to it was Padi Malaya. Parking lot was free and safe. Accessible to Shaftesbury, Multimedia University, Dpulze Shopping Mall, McDonald’s and Starbucks. Highly recommended to travellers in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.
