I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

I stayed at FOX Lite Hotel DPulze Cyberjaya and overall it’s good for a short stay. The location is very convenient as it’s connected to a mall, making it easy to find food. The room is simple but comfortable, and the staff are friendly. However, cleanliness and amenities could be improved. Suitable for budget stays, not a luxury hotel.

I had a nice stay at Resort Suites at Bandar Sunway. The room was big and spacious, which made the stay comfortable and good value for money. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Sunway Pyramid Mall and nearby attractions, which made everything easy to access. However, the walls are quite thin, so noise from сосед rooms and the corridor can be heard quite easily, especially at night. Overall, still a pleasant stay for the price—great location and space, but light sleepers may find the noise a bit disruptive.

This homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here. My recent stay in the deluxe king room at Centrestage-Perfect Host in Petaling Jaya was truly a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, I could feel the immense care and sincerity put into this homestay, which made me feel from the bottom of my heart that I had chosen the right place for this trip. First, let's talk about the location. This homestay is situated in Centrestage, the core business district of Petaling Jaya, making its geographical location exceptionally convenient. The surrounding amenities are very complete, with restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and shopping malls all within easy reach. You can find everything you need for daily life within a few minutes' walk. Transportation is also very convenient, whether you're taking public transport or driving, making getting around during the entire trip easy and stress-free. Regarding the room, the deluxe king room was very spacious and comfortable. The decor was modern and minimalist, creating a clean and elegant visual aesthetic that made me feel relaxed the moment I entered. The king-size bed was very large, with a mattress that was just the right softness, and coupled with high-quality bedding, I enjoyed a very high-quality sleep experience every night. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was fully equipped with essential amenities such as a TV, refrigerator, and electric kettle, making for a very comfortable stay. Cleanliness was outstanding. The entire accommodation space was maintained exceptionally clean and tidy, from the lobby to the room, every corner was well-organized. The bathroom facilities were also very clean, with a stable hot water supply, ample water pressure, and a full range of toiletries, completely meeting the needs of travelers and allowing for a very reassuring and comfortable stay. The service was the most touching highlight of my stay. Perfect Host lives up to its name; the Host was incredibly warm and friendly, treating every guest like an old friend. From communication before check-in to reception upon arrival, every step was meticulously thoughtful. Any questions I had were answered promptly and enthusiastically, and the Host proactively offered recommendations for nearby attractions and food, enriching my trip even further. The facilities were very well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi was fast and stable, fully meeting all needs for business or leisure travel. Overall, the accommodation under Centrestage-Perfect Host in Petaling Jaya performed excellently in all aspects, offering exceptional value for money. It's definitely an unmissable choice when visiting Petaling Jaya. I highly recommend it to every traveler! The next time I visit Malaysia, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

Location is quite near to one utama shopping mall. Only 8-15minutes driving to 1U or Starling Mall. Check in and out is easy, instruction giving cleared. The entire House is clean and comfy. The house is facing to kampung area and mosque, so there will be a bit noisy. Other than that are all good. Definitely will book this house again if with family ,Tq host.

The establishment offers a pleasant environment, and the accommodations provided were meticulously maintained. The interior design of this hotel is exceptional, exuding a luxurious aesthetic that extends to the in-room accessories. However, the absence of a washing machine was notable, and locating one proved challenging. Upon discovery, it was determined that a fee is associated with its use for laundry services. Furthermore, the shower system and fixtures in the washroom were found to be substandard and did not align with the overall quality presented by the hotel.

Overall room was nice and cozy. Cleanliness was okay, there’s hair on the sofa seat. Location is abit remote, no restaurant within walking distance but it was fine for me bcz i booked this area to attend a marathon nearby and i spend my day resting and grab food to the hotel so it wasnt an issue to me. Also not too far from airport which is convenient for me. Amenities wise was basic, there’s filtered water outside the room, toothbrush n towel provided. Would be nice if shower cap provided.

First of all…really appreciate the low rate from all Sun Inns Hotel. This is truly amazing. But I would like to say there’s still room for improvement. For example, I rmb there’s some room in Sun Inns comes with a smart TV, not all. I recommend adding smart TV to all rooms. Good thing is there’s water dispenser which is much needed. The air cond is super cold 👍 we actually turned it off because it’s just too much But the light in the room is broken…so the whole room is quite gloomy. The bedsheet is separated, I don’t like it tho, why is it separated into 3 pieces ya? Some hotels also like this 🤔 And one important thing…the bed shouldn’t be facing directly towards the door, this is very bad in fengshui… there’s plenty of space to place the bed, I wonder why it is placed like this. Normally hotels know fengshui right? 🤔 Bed facing bathroom door and main door is very very bad, strongly recommend to change the placement of bed.
