This hotel has a certain rustic appeal to it. It's cozy, and I have to admit, the service was fantastic. The hotel was kind enough to let me check in super early in the morning, free of charge, which I really appreciated. It is located in Lakeside, which is the major tourist section of Pokhara. The location is quite good.
My main issues are with how clean it was and the noise. I always like to do a quick bed bug check, and the mattress was filthy. All of the sheets and towels were frayed and old. Bugs frequently came in and out of the room. The toilet was combined with a shower. And you can hear literally everything.
So if you want a cheap and charming rustic place to stay, this might be it. But it's definitely not quiet or clean.
We stayed at this hotel both before and after ABC. We had a lot of dirty clothes after coming down the mountain, and the hotel reception offered to help with laundry at a reasonable price. The breakfast was also very plentiful and delicious.
The room is very minimalist. I like it very much. The water pressure is very strong. The bathroom is compact. The owner, a woman and a man, are very kind and helpful. I asked to pay 500 Nepalese rupees per person to take a shower before leaving in the evening after checking out. You can also store your luggage for free for 30 days. I will stay again.
Basic and informal hotel. Clean and neat. However, the shower curtain is a big problem. Whoever could finish a shower without wetting the toilet floor should deserve a medal. I used all the towels to cover the floor after shower. This is pretty annoying especially since they do not change the towels or make the room everyday.
Very nice hotel. Breakfast buffet had a good assortment. Room service was always quick and cheerful. Fan in our toilet was noisy and some water ran from the shower floor into the toilet area. You do get quite a bit of noise coming from Lakeside road businesses
Overall a pleasant enough.
An excellently located guest house. Just off the main road in central Lakeside yet so calm and peaceful. Quite unbelievable really. Beautiful gardens, spacious rooms and 2 min walk to the best section of the lake in this area.
Pratigya, one of the owners, helped me decide what trekking route to take and recommended some cool extra sections that turned out to be big highlights for me. She helped, advised and booked everything from buses, permits, taxis and masseuses and made sure I had her number for in case I ran into problems on my trek. As a solo female traveler this was extremely comforting. When I come back to do one of the treks that can only be done with a guide I will be contacting her and her husband.
I highly recommend Yeti guest house and especially the owners / hosts.
We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. The location right by the lake is perfect, and waking up to the view of the water and mountains was a treat. The staff were wonderfully helpful and kind throughout our stay. When we asked if we could have chairs for the balcony to enjoy the view better, they provided them away without any hesitation. They were also always happy to help with information about the area and any questions we had.
If you want a well located place with great views and genuinely helpful staff, this is it. We really loved our time here. 🩷
I had a great stay at this hostel in Pokhara, perfectly located right by the lake. The common area is spacious and уютная, making it easy to relax or meet other travelers. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were fresh and delicious… I’d definitely stay here again!
Thank you for the kindness of the hotel staff who seemed like a family!!! The pretty and cozy garden and rest seats were good too. The friendly staff in pretty sari and the manager who helped the tour schedule mainly for guests, and the staff who always smiled and responded will never forget!!! Dunya Bat!!!

SSofia_PoeThe hotel is one kilometre away from the Tourist bus stop. It's also around 15 minutes away from the lake if you go on foot. The location is pretty convenient.
The room ia well-equipped and has a table, two chairs, a TV set, a kettle, an AC, bottled water, and tea. It also has hot (not just warm) water, which was my first time to see in Nepal 😅 I had a nice breakfast, even prepacked one on the day I was leaving too early to have it in.
The main drawback for me was roosters waking each other up starting from 3 am somewhere nearby. Other than that, great indeed.
TTai pariyarI stayed alone in a Standard Double Room and found it very comfortable. The room was clean and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, making it more than comfortable enough for a solo stay. The bed was spacious, allowing for a good night’s rest.
The shower and Wi-Fi worked well without any issues, so there were no inconveniences during the stay. The surrounding environment was pleasant, and it was easy to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay.
The staff were also polite and kind, which made my friend feel safe and comfortable even while staying alone. Considering the price, the overall quality of the hotel was very high, and it is a great choice for solo travelers.
Nning ingGood accommodation, lovely host, giving advice throughout, good room, near the view room, in a good view room, delicious food, inexpensive, walking distance from the cable car park.

VVicky59This family run hotel was a great find for relaxing a few days after our trek. It is easy walking distance to the lakeside but far enough away that you don't hear the nightclubs when you want to sleep at night. The beds are comfortable and the room is well designed. There are many thoughtful touches: the table attached to the wall by the door let's you have luggage underneath, the fridge is for you to use and not crammed full of mini bar stuff, there is even a beer mug provided. The full hot breakfast has eggs, chicken sausage, potatoes, toast, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee, we were plenty well fed. You can choose to sit out in the garden area for breakfast if you like. The owner and his family were very friendly and helpful with the owner speaking really good English.

AAnonymous UserComfortable bed and pillow. Nice boss. Superb location and clean room. Power outlet is a little tricky but not a big problem at all. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Sarangkot.
GGuest UserLocation is good.50mtr from main road.you can find lots of restaurant nearby.pokhara lake side 10min walking distance.hotel owner is very helpful.we booked Kathmandu bus through him and our experience is very good. In clear weather you can see mount fishtail from room.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location. From the balcony, you can see the snow-capped mountains, Fishtail Peak and Anna Peak in the distance. Compared with the overall environment of the hotel, the price is good value for money in Pokhara.
The biggest problem is the hot water in the room. The hot water is not hot. I didn't take a shower during the two nights I stayed.
I communicated with the waiter many times. The waiter's attitude was very patient and kind, but it didn't solve the problem. In their concept, this kind of lukewarm water is hot water.
